I contacted several companies for repairing a patch of our driveway and Karl was by far the most responsive and knowledgeable. Other companies said the only option was basically to entirely rip out the existing material and redo it, which would have cost a lot of money. Karl said he could patch up what was there and explained why he didn't think the other strategies made sense. He was also incredibly patient as we waited for the check from insurance to come before we could schedule the repair. Then he fit us in really quickly and they came out and did a splendid job! Do not use. as soon as they were finished started flaking right off. they didn't match up the lines already there. When you call them about the problems they get mad at you. Not a very good company. Find someone else. Edit. They have not attempted to contact at all since they yelled saying they were not coming out anymore only to get paid. They came out and pressure wash in may and then paint in July. I ask and they say its not dirty and doesn't need to be done, when you look down and see dirty covering the striping. The lines the they sprayed didnt last more than a couple months all the previous lines have lasted longer. read more

Horrible company. Our association hired them to do our parking lot. They tore everything out and left. We had to drive over loose gravel for 3 months, which screwed up our tires. There was dirt and dust everywhere. We were told that they did not have the proper permit form the city of Bellevue. They bid for this job and did not care to see if they are competent to do the job before making a mess. We were also forced to park off our property for many more days than they initially asked for. I would NOT recommend them at all. Update In the number 2 section of the response the owner states that the plan went as scheduled. Then, in the 3rd section he says there was a 3 month delay. If the owner is this unorganized you can imagine how the whole company is. read more

HORRIBLE WORK AND HORRIBLE TO DEAL WITH - STAY AWAY! We hired Pacific Pavement Protection to repair parts of our parking lot and they proceeded to cut right through our drainage pipe that was clearly marked. They claim to do hundreds of these jobs a year, but I doubt anyone with half the skill they claim to have will make this kind of mistake. Then they wanted us to pay for the damage! We offered to pay for a portion and Karl Eels did not want to take any responsibility. Karl Eels is extremely unprofessional and bullied his way through our whole process. He even seemed to be bragging about how many times he has been taken to court! We asked for a final lien release and he promised to sign the Final Lien Release and when he got the check he refused to send the release instead we received a cowardly email. He seems to be very adept at dealing with a lack of transparency and is able to fanagle his way out of his responsibilities, and he seems to be very equipped at making mistakes and have others pay for it with no accountability on his part. My company has been using P3 for about 5 years now. Everything from a small striping job to 50,000 square feet of sealcoating and striping. We have had them install bollards and pave parking lots 10,000 square feet in size. They have always done a great job and are in contact when there is an issue that needs dealt with. I dont know how many estimates I had them write up before we finally did a job with them. Being a non-profit it can be hard to get management to spend money on pavement and maintenance of the lots. read more
