Also I have double checked their chemical testing data with other pool suppliers like Leslie's and their data is inconsistent.

The team was very professional and knowledgeable and after the install went over several demonstration on how to put the cover on and off! After two full years of use - we are still pleased with our purchase. It takes on average 20 min to put the net and cover on/off - which can be a burden but the quality and safety is top notch!! Of course our kids ages (4-6) at that time tested the product out and made us all feel safe! They crawled to the middle to grab their ball and crawled back to safety! I'm mean that's what you want!!! Alfredo correctly diagnosed the problem with our pool plumbing. He replaced an old copper skimmer with copper pipes, put in a new efficient PVC skimmer with 2" PVC pipes and made two new return lines, also in PVC. Everything works great. Our pool has better circulation then ever AND he fixed the heater. They were also very neat and cleaned up everyday and took away all the debris at the end of the job. I highly recommend them, especially if Alfredo is in the lead. He knows his stuff.
