We went to so many bakeries in search of the perfect wedding cake, and in the end, Pacific Ranch Market bakery won by a mile. The experience from cake tasting to wedding day was perfect. For the cake tasting, Carmen gave us different individual containers for cake flavor, filling, frosting, whipped cream, etc and we had the chance to pair different combinations. We requested to have fresh strawberries, and they were able to incorporate them. They also added white chocolate curls which made our cake super pretty. On the morning of the wedding day, our friend dropped off flowers and they decorated the cake beautifully. They were also able to deliver to the venue seamlessly and in time for the reception. They even baked us a mini cake to take home. As for the market itself, this is a neighborhood grocery store, and you can find unique ingredients here. Their prepared food is really good as well.

I ordered a birthday cake for my granddaughter's birthday. It was absolutely the best cake I've ever tasted. It was also beautifully decorated. Thank you Pacific Ranch Market

Wonderful little market in Orange with a good selection of quality groceries and food! I stopped by while out in the area, and was impressed by the selection of hot foods, sushi, and the juice bar! I think it was unique because of the seating area so you can enjoy all of your food right then and there. I think the prices were a bit high, so I'm not sure when to go to this spot unless I'm in the area. Great vibes anyway, and I had a great time checking it out.

He was also a sushi chef so I got the best of both worlds!

Got a tuna sandwich and didn't want bread. I was okay with lettuce and he asked if cucumber was okay and I said "sure!" It came out yummy, refreshing and fancy!

Juices! Today it was buy one get one free!

You can find most things under $10. I recently bought a bag of 6 navel oranges (super sweet too!) for just $3.99. They don't sell by pounds which helps a lot. Got a bag of frozen potstickers for $6 which would've been around $10 at an Asian market. Snacks are mostly between $2-$6. No joke it's the biggest Trader Joe's I've ever come to and I've seen my fair share of them growing up. Now to steer away from glazing about Joe's size. I find the staff to be exactly what the internet says about them- easy to converse with, super helpful, and probably making their way through college (at least the ones that have helped me so far are). There was one time where I timidly asked a question about a food they had out of stock and the cashier just yelled out what I asked for and they had someone busting a mission to find it! I didn't even need it that badly but that has been a core Joe memory for me. Shout out to that staffer whose name escapes me. Since I don't have a huge family to feed, Trader Joe's has been my go-to for just the right amount of food that I can finish without letting it go bad. Shout out to the Mango Cream Bars, Bulgogi Fried Rice, and Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs. If there's anything consistent in my life, it's those three.

Then another bakery gal named Gaby jumped in saying Sarah didn't know what she was talking about and took my cake order. The price of the cake was $65+. It seemed costly for a grocery store cake but I finally agreed seeing as it was a multi layered "specialty" cake. Well to my surprise I received a call the following day to say that the way Gaby had written up the cake order that they can't and don't make that type of cake. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that she is only available in the mornings. I decided to go into the store to find out what was going on cause now I'm pissed about the whole situation. The bakery gal that was originally going to take my order, Sarah was there so I explained about the call and that I was there to find out what in the hell was going on. She could see that I was pissed and she immediately let me know that there is ALWAYS a "manger" available and that she would be happy to help me get a cake order done. Well she made my daughters cake special as she said and I wasn't changed a a ridiculous price. THANK YOU SARAH FOR GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS

They just did another reshuffling of the aisles, which always confuses me for a while, but they added back full-size racks around the pharmacy. The last remodel added shorter racks for the medication, and they were backlit. It made the pharmacy feel special, like a store within a store. They instead cleared out the front of those same aisles for holiday seasonal displays. I think it's harder to find the medication I'm looking for now. You do need to app if you want certain deals, but check that receipt because they don't always work. I've had to call someone over twice in the past few months because the signage didn't match the price given. I feel bad for people who may not have or want a smartphone. The people who work here are more efficient than friendly. You'll often feel like you're interrupting a conversation between two employees unless you use self-checkout. Some are really nice. You'll often feel like you're interrupting a conversation between two employees unless you use self-checkout. I also hate that you have to answer a couple of questions every time you swipe/tap to pay. They always want a donation for something, and/or ask, "Would you recommend this location to someone else?" I'd like to opt out of those. The selection around the store is pretty good, and they do have good sales. There are a couple of things I need to buy at another grocery store, but they can't have everything. I do like the gas discount at Chevron stations. Finally, the bathrooms are gas-station-level. Always dirty, graffiti in places, chipped tiles, and/or sinks. Paper towels are usually on the floor. It's not a pleasant experience. Now I'm not a fan of having a code to get into the bathroom, but if they remodeled these, and they were nice, I wouldn't mind. ,

My group of friends and I were purchasing snacks and waiting respectfully in line at Register 14. Our group consisted of one African American individual and three Southeast Asian individuals. When it was our turn to check out, the cashier told us the store was closed and refused to ring up our items. She directed us to customer service instead. When we went to customer service, we were informed that the store was actually still open until 10:00 PM. What made the situation even more upsetting was that after refusing to serve us, the cashier immediately rang up the customer behind us. If the store was truly closed, why were other customers still being checked out? The entire interaction felt targeted, disrespectful, and humiliating. While I cannot know the cashier's intentions, being denied service while another customer was served moments later left my friends and me feeling singled out and unwelcome. Rather than argue, I left all of my items behind and walked out. I have shopped at 99 Ranch for years and never expected to experience something like this. I hope management reviews the surveillance footage and register activity from Register 14 around 9:00 PM on June 6, 2026, and addresses why customers were falsely told the store was closed while others continued to receive service. Until then, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
