Keila Vega - she assisted us with opening our Best Buy Credit Cards in order to get our points with Best Buy. She seamlessly took us through the entire process and was so pleasant to interact with. She made sure our order was correct and gave us all the time we needed to review what we needed to do. Joshua Wilson - What can we say, this gentleman is the man! To say that I tortured this man with emails and constant reorganization with quotes over the period of roughly 2 months is an understatement. We had a lot of issues come up during our remodel with several different vendors. However, it was never an issue for James, and we ended up just purchasing everything through Pacific Sales as James inspired confidence in us that he would take care of us if issues arose. Not only was he patient with our many requests, he even gave us knowledge about things we never even considered. He was always responsive to emails and phone calls - literally same day responses! Now THAT is customer service!!!! Truth be told, we actually purchased a refrigerator and range top from Howard's, but they took our money and closed their doors and we never heard back from them. We are currently trying to get our money back through our credit card company. The employees there are also hard to get a hold of, they don't return phone calls, and they use high pressure sales tactics. Overall, they just aren't very knowledgeable about the products they sell (at least regarding the products we were interested in) and we feel for the employees who had to work under those conditions. It's no surprise to us that they eventually closed their doors. In closing, we can't speak highly enough of the team here at Pacific Sales, they all deserve raises for the amount of effort and work they put in for their customers. I have been a dedicated customer for over 30 years. Yes the store is beautiful and the display of appliances is amazing. The sales people give good advice and make you walk out after your purchase with a smile on your face. All is great until something goes wrong with one of your appliances and the NIGHTMARE begins. My nightmare began when my 4 year old Samsung refrigerator went out on March 4, 2026. I had purchased the Geek Squad extended warranty. I have had the repairman here on 4 different occasions and all point fingers to others. Now I have to call Samsung who does not service Yorba Linda (never advised of this) and they contract out and I have to pay for the service call. SO IT CONTINUES!!!! When I was speaking to customer service about my refrigerator earlier this month I was stupid yes stupid to buy a new microwave. I also paid for installation. They delievered a damaged and nicely said they would replace. Today while I am waiting for delivery they call me and say it is drop off only. WHAT THE HELL!!!! I said I paid for installation. Nope now I HAVE TO CALL TOMORROW!!!!! I WILL NEVER, NEVER BUY AN APPLIANCE FROM YOU AGAIN! YOUR LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS CAUSED ME EXTREME STRESS ALL MONTH. I HAVE NO REFRIGERATOR FOR EASTER CELEBRATION I HAVE TO RUN OUTSIDE TO MY GARAGE FOR AN ICE CUBE. NOW IN ADDITION TO DEALING WITH YOUR INCOMPETENT GEEK SQUAD FOR REPAIR OF MY REFRIGERATOR I HAVE THE ADDED STRESS OF MY MICROWAVE. And I would like to add, every time you need service or a delivery. They give you a 7:00 am to 7:00 PM window where YOU have to be available for them. So I have spend 5 days waiting for their incompetence and it continues!! Please don't just take my word. We needed a dryer ASAP because ours went caput. As soon as Pacific Sales opened at 10:00 AM, my husband and I were there. We chose an LG dryer because I read they were the best and most reliable. Sean scheduled our delivery and we were in and out in less than 15 minutes. I took off one star because the young lady who checked us out at the front wasn't the most friendly employee. You can do better than that, Pacific Sales. We're repeat customers and so are my parents.
