Wow, what great service my Mom & I have had with Pacific Sales . From walking in the front door we were nicely greeted from the front desk (much appreciated) to then being greeted by James asking if he could help us . We were looking for all appliances for a kitchen remodel. We told James what we were looking for he guided us in the right direction explained everything the pros and cons so that we can make an educated decision. He put together a bundle price (fridge,range with oven, dishwasher, microwave & kitchen sink) for us with the Memorial Day Sale plus all our bonuses and rewards we were going to get! We bought a Samsung fridge from here 10+ years ago & went in to do some recon on a range & hood. We had already narrowed it down to either a Wolf or Thermador, but wanted more info, & to see if they had any good deals. From online research, as well as from ads around the store, we saw that the prices for these products were pretty much the same wherever you go. A salesman asked if we needed help, so I asked for specs, details, any kind of info he could offer on the items. He said just to look at the merchandise on the floor. Wow, that's helpful. I didn't think of LOOKING at the items, even though I just took pics of them all. So basically, he had nothing to offer; just there for the commission. Know your product, warranty, extended warranty, specialty features, etc. You guys get demos from these high end appliance manufacturers - share this with your customers! In short, if you know what you want & don't need assistance, this would be a decent place to go. The showroom is big, but their customer service is lacking. I should've known this when I walked in & wasn't greeted by the 3 people sitting at desks with no one in front of them. read more

I decided to remodel my master bathroom and started requesting bids for fixtures during the pandemic. Attempted to get bids but retailers required appointments or non responsive since inventory was non existent. Pacific Sales was the easiest retailer to work with. The salesperson Mario C was friendly, knowledgeable and put together a complete quotation of Kohler fixtures within hours and quoted straightforward lead times. He gave the pros and cons of the diverse plumbing fixture brands displayed in their large showroom of kitchen and plumbing fixtures. After awarding my project to a GC I went back and made the purchase the following week. I selected the complete package of Kohler fixtures and also purchased a Toto Neorest Bidet. I was a bit concerned since during covid many of the fixtures were not in stock and lead times on some items were 90 days out! Mario was super communication and supplying product data of products and weekly status of production. Pacific Sales is owned by Best Buy and I'm familiar with the group since I purchased all my kitchen appliances four years ago for my kitchen remodel. I also reopened a credit card with Best Buy which gave me a 10% rewards rebate (good at Best Buy) which was another added perk. In the end, Pacific Sales performed and delivered before the production lead time forecasted and my GC didn't have to return after completing the finished carpentry. I'm so happy with utilizing Pacific Sales as a single source! read more
