Someone came out and handed them tickets and then once the tickets were handed out they were told they could leave and come back. Of course the boys left and then returned at 10:30. They had numbers on the tickets and when getting in line to purchase the needohs people were allowed to go in and make Needoh purchases that didn't have a ticket. Which was confusing and on top of that the order of the tickets were not being honored. It was very disappointing. Did they get Needohs yes, but was this event also unorganized and not well thought out 100%. I get that things happen and in cases like this people will be disappointed. It's also okay for Ace Hardware to admit, yeah we messed up. A side note, the Needohs were up priced, they were about $12.99 and the quality of the Needohs were not that great. A lot of inconsistencies and then looking into it more they aren't on the retailer list. All of these things can just be small mistakes and that is all fine but the event itself just seemed unorganized. Not the best experience. I heard they did sell out on overpriced Needohs, good for Ace Hardware.

Well, since I've brought home the plants, most of all of my caterpillars have just dropped dead. Those plants were not pesticide free!!! Please beware when purchasing milkweed from this nursery. It may be cheaper than other places, but I guess there's a reason why.

There was a homeless man in there walking around with a Domino's pizza box and I'm not sure if this is a thing around the location? Although he began shouting when he walked out, he was harmless. Fairly overpriced for what they had. The place is huge. But for such a large selection I was disappointed with the selection and presentation. The place felt very dingy and didn't make me feel excited about buying anything. I was the only customer in the warehouse, I walked by the only worker in there several times (the owner?), and he didn't greet me or offer to help me the whole time I was there.
