Because we bought 3 appliances the discount was even greater. Delivery was $150 to Long Beach. The delivery guys Luis and Alex were so careful and gave me time to clean up behind the old washer and dryer before bringing in the new ones. They had to take a door off to get them in the laundry room but put it all back together. They moved the old refrigerator into the garage for us and took the old junk washer and dryer as well as an old dishwasher with them. Satisfied customers!

My late father was a Veteran, so I enjoy supporting Veteran owned businesses. Neil was super helpful, and they delivered the washer in a week. Secondarily, the same washer cost $200 less vs Howards. Contrast the foregoing with Howards who didn't deliver the same washer in 6 weeks, and didn't communicate via email or phone. In addition, CTS doesn't nickel & dime you like the other appliance stores. They don't try and sell you an extended warranty, nor charge you for delivery, haul away or for new hoses. The installation guys were on time, polite and efficient. All of the foregoing was a nice surprise. Doing biz w/ CTS was easy and pleasurable. I'm about ready to do it. Have both a 3" Milwaukee cutting tool and a Dremel. Just bought the house don't want to tear apart the hardwood floor of my recently purchased house, because this guy can't wait or give me a proper estimate of the space he needs to get my old dishwasher out. Your guy think I can snap my fingers and make it happen. The entire time standing in front of the washer. How can I make a cut with you standing there? Then, "I'm not paid to wait, you'll have to reschedule." And leaves. He couldn't bring in the new washer? By that time is have been done. It took me 2 mins to cut my floor, 5 mins to remove the washer. And about 10 to move the new into my house. Lazy and disrespectful of my time and the money I've already paid. Highly wouldn't recommend. Gonna bash your company every where I can, make sure to warm anyone that will listen, just the type of people this company employees. My wife and I were only looking for a front load washer with great cu ft, since we have a big family. We were approached by the American Sweet Heart (Marcos). He went above and beyond to not only on trying to sell but asked the right questions and was very friendly and NOT pushy like lots of typical sales people. He heard our demands and met them by giving us different options that fit our budget. Branded options if I didn't say... Original prices were mod to high but they offered a hell of a discount I couldn't refuse and still walked out with an affordable cost including the delivery and installation. It was such a great experience and cost that we decided to buy another fridge and return the previous one we bought from a different company/vendor; saving us money and having better performing branded appliances.
