Howards went out of biz b4 my washer was delivered, but I still needed a washer. CTS came highly recommended bc they have been in biz since 1976, and it is owned by a Veteran. My late father was a Veteran, so I enjoy supporting Veteran owned businesses. Neil was super helpful, and they delivered the washer in a week. Secondarily, the same washer cost $200 less vs Howards. Contrast the foregoing with Howards who didn't deliver the same washer in 6 weeks, and didn't communicate via email or phone. In addition, CTS doesn't nickel & dime you like the other appliance stores. They don't try and sell you an extended warranty, nor charge you for delivery, haul away or for new hoses. The installation guys were on time, polite and efficient. All of the foregoing was a nice surprise. Doing biz w/ CTS was easy and pleasurable. Was hoping for a positive experience but definitely was far from it. I entered the store right when I entered was hoping to be greeted as this is a small store, no greeting that's fine. Iwasnt sure where to go, then i hear a voice across the way. The voice of a man sitting in a chair at a desk as what i was looking for, I responded and he sent me around the corner to look.and said someone will help me. While looking around another employee said someone will help me. I looked around long enough to find what I needed. A women asked if I had been helped, I responded "no". She said she'd get someone looked around longer..... oh did I mention there was only 1 other customer in ththis store when I was there - she was being helped. As I mentioned i looked around for a bit longer, but gave up and decided to leave. As I was headed to the exit the lady was passing by me and I let her know I was leaving and customer service needed some improvement. The lady said that she had someone to help me.... what do you know, the voice from the desk was there to help, he said someone would be in the back to help. While at the desk he did not appear to be that busy nor was he on a call. I ppolitely declined the help. My intentions was to support a family owned business and not sure that staff took my appearance (I thought i looked okay, buy I'm recovering from a medical procedure) I was ready to buy today. This place is higher priced but was expecting the customer service to be there. My take away was i encountered 3 employees, none of which were helping the 1 customer were not able to help greet me in a professional manner or able to assist me rather pass the buck. Call them this morning to get the price for a washer. A salesmen spoke to me and give me the price. I told him Costco have the same washer for $100 less, but unfortunately they are out of stock,! Can they do the price match? His answer was "Why would I do that? You can wait to buy from them". My respond was "Thank you for your customer service" and hung up! This is the first and also the last time I will call this business. He should just tell me that they can't do the price match. Didn't have to be so rude and unprofessional like that. I work in the customer relation services for over 20 years, I understand how important is the customer services can be. Unless they don't need to make any sale, they can't treat a customer like that! We received everything we wanted by JULY! Fridge, stovetop, hood, double oven. Starting early is your best defense in current situation. TIP! I am going to give this appliance store 5 stars but these stars come without me purchasing anything, I will explain. Back in April the 1st week of April, I bought a stove and dishwasher from Best Buy, almost 7 months later, I have yet to receive my items. Best buy would not release the stove, which has been sitting in a warehouse without the dishwasher (reasoning later). With lack of communication and sending a installer to my house without having the appliances, I asked for a full refund from Best Buy. Hence going to CTS and meeting Niel. He did what Best buy should have done and communicated on why the stove was not being released which was due to the manufacturer of the appliances not proving the rebate/sale/discount back to Best Buy. When asking Niel to reorder the appliances through CTS, he says the cost of the appliances went up on price and that he wouldn't be able to get me the same price. He suggested I call Pacific Sales which is associated with Best Buy and see what they could do and see if they can resolve my issues (Pacific Sales did) but it was Niel that did the job Best Buy should have. Not only did he explain to me the issue but made suggestions on what to do, he also called Pacific Sales to help the situation. Kudos to you good sir. In another 1 year and a half, I will be looking for a refrigerator and I would hesitate to approach Niel for it. read more

Each time I have been "helped" by Neil. And each time he has failed to tell me anything about appliances. He just keeps saying "you need to know what you want". I thought that was the salespersons job, to educate you and guide you through the decision process. I was in need of a dishwasher badly. During the Covid-19 Pandemic my dishwasher dies on me and of course being home all the time the dishes were getting out of control. I called CTS and they took my information and reserved a private appointment on the showroom floor to help me. I found a beautiful dishwasher and they even were able to have it for me that same day. The dishwasher is perpect and the customer service I received was awesome. CTS took great care of me and making me feel safe on the showroom floor. I would reccomend CTS to evryone! read more

I would use caution before using this business. We purchased a new dryer and washer. We were told by the delivery personnel to call them first if something goes wrong in the first year. Three days after we purchased the dryer, the circuit board went bad. The management here was uninterested in helping at all and we were told to call the Maytag service repair. Two weeks later and still no working dryer. Anyone can be in the Sales business but it takes honesty to be in the Customer service business. I would look elsewhere. read more

In late April we purchased a small appliance from Scott at CTS to replace an older wornout model. We bought the same model we had such good service from, we were confident of ongoing quality. Things change and that includes quality. Our new appliance failed on 5/9/19. Called Scott at CTS and he immediately set up a schedule of pickup and replacement. Great service. The replacement unit arrived on 5/14/19. Sometime in late August, the replacement failed and Scott suggested we pickup a loaner until manufacturer decided what to do. We returned defective unit and picked up the loaner. Manufacturer decided to replace appliance and Scott picked up the loaner and had the third unit delivered on 9/10/19. So far so good. The outstanding service we received from Scott at CTS is virtually impossible to find anywhere today. read more

Excellent customer service. I was kind of a crazy person trying to find a stove to replace the one that I had on backorder. All the big box stores were completely sold out. I called around yesterday and found CTS had an excellent model at a decent price. They were very quick since I only had my lunch break to come grab it due to my busy schedule. They were also super nice to me when I called the next day to ask about a "missing part" that was exactly where it should have been in the box the whole time that I completely missed upon first glance. Neil at CTS saved our sanity. We came home from a week's vacation to a very rancid smell in our house. We discovered a dead refrigerator full of spoiled food. After emptying the refrigerator, we got on the phone to CTS and gave them the size and style of refrigerator we wanted, and they had a few in stock that fit our wish list. We went right over and Neil walked us through our choices. We found one that worked and was in stock. SOLD! We expected to wait a few days for delivery, but Neil promised they would get it to us the next day. By early afternoon they were in our kitchen taking out the rancid one and installing the new one. Purchased a speed queen washer and dryer which work beautifully,except the dryer door is "sticky " when opening and closing . I called three times for service to no avail it's as if I am not a customer . I suggest that anyone reading this to save their money and just buy on line for less money or buy commercial branded Speed Queen appliances from the local distributor for far less money and same or better service. read more

NEIL deserves 0 stars! Sadly, this isn't an option! I met with Neil and had him select a comparable electric stove top to the one I have had for 15 years. We used the installers recommended by Neil. (I was never given any option except one). My electric stove top was installed on October 15. The installers put their hands over the burners multiple times checking the temperature. I didn't realize until they left that the burners did not turn bright red and did not provide enough heat to boil water. They clearly knew their was a problem yet left!! Neil was quickly contacted. Instead of sending the installers back, he told me that I needed to wait and have Thermador assess the problem. The Thermador appliance man came out and blamed the lack of voltage on my breaker box. Told me my microwave and oven weren't split. This was incorrect! I couldn't imagine why the same stove top wouldn't work as the previous one had for 15 years. Neil's response. 1. I needed to have an electrician come out. 2. And that because the breaker wasn't split that my warranty was now null and void! My stovetop was only 30 days old!! Probably not the best thing to say to a woman who spent $1600 on an expensive cooktop, couldn't cook and had to cancel Thanksgiving. On December 2, the initial installation company returned. They realized that they had incorrectly wired my stove top on day one!!!! I was without a stove top for two months!!! Neil's customer service deserves zero stars. To date, he has never called to apologize for the mistake that his recommended installation company made not apologized for his rudeness. This isn't the first company that he has received poor Yelp reviews with! I will never use CTS again. read more
