Today was a ruff day, however now I can write a review for exceptional Service. Waited all day for my fridge from Home Depot. The driver called and yelled we cannot find my address and canceled my delivery and hung-up the phone. When I called the Manager at Home Depot she said there is nothing they can do to deliver the fridge. I've been without a fridge for 1/week. I will never buy any appliance at Home Depot again, awful customer servcie. They did give me a credit for my 3,000 purchase. I called Pacific Sales and Blake answered the phone, He took charge for finding me new fridge. Eric had help me a few months ago with my remodel of my bathroom "What a guy"!! Beautiful remodel! Pacific Sales in Carlsbad is top notch along with the team. They found a solution for me to have a beautiful fridge and will send someone out to make sure the day before, that the fridge will fit and if does not they will send my second option at no charge. I adore Pacific Sales, there employee's go the extra mile. Be sure to ask for any of these nice men and they will guide through your journey. Truly, all the employee's are exceptional, so grateful! I have always associated Pacific Sales with premium customer service, but since becoming part of Best Buy, that level of service seems to have disappeared. Our experience purchasing a microwave and oven has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences we've had. The first delivery appointment was canceled by the delivery service. We were then told they had attempted delivery, which simply wasn't true. We have security camera footage showing that no delivery truck ever came to our home during the scheduled delivery window. Despite this, we were told an attempt had been made. A new delivery window was scheduled, and we waited at home all day. As the day went on, there was no communication and no direct phone number to contact the delivery team for an update. Finally, at **7:15 p.m.**, after spending the entire day waiting, we received a message saying they would arrive around **8:20 p.m.** It is unreasonable to expect customers to dedicate an entire day to a delivery only to receive an update that late in the evening. At that point, we made the decision not to have our new appliances installed at 8:20 at night, so we were forced to reschedule yet another appointment. This meant taking another full day to wait through another delivery window, adding even more inconvenience and frustration to an already unacceptable experience. When the delivery finally arrived on the rescheduled date, the microwave was dented. To make matters worse, we were told a replacement would not be available for another **three weeks**, delaying our kitchen project even further. Pacific Sales refunded our delivery fee, which we appreciate, but it doesn't begin to compensate us for the countless hours we spent waiting at home, rearranging our schedules, and dealing with poor communication, canceled appointments, and damaged merchandise. There is much more to this story than what I've included here, but these issues alone demonstrate a serious breakdown in customer service. I expected much more from Pacific Sales. Unfortunately, the experience has left me questioning whether the level of service that once distinguished the company still exists under Best Buy's ownership. Based on this experience, I would not recommend purchasing appliances from Pacific Sales unless significant improvements are made to their delivery process, communication, and customer service. Refunding the delivery fee was appreciated, but it does not adequately compensate customers for the lost time, repeated disruptions to our schedule, and the unnecessary frustration caused by this poorly managed experience. read more

The time came for me to replace my washer and dryer, and I already knew based off of my previous encounter that I would be going to Pacific Sales for this purchase. Based on the previous specs Sergio provided me, I was able to do a little homework on my own and pick out the LG set that I wanted. Unfortunately they did not have the dryer in stock at this store, but Sergio worked diligently to get it shipped from another store without affecting the end cost too much. After going to both Best Buy and Home Depot and finding little selection for appliances, I went to pacific sales. They are part of Best Buy but because they focus on home appliances and fixtures, the store is loaded with a variety of options. I was able to see all of the major brands. Ultimately I purchased a GE that was not on the floor, but they were able to find the model I was lookin for, walk me through the features and how it compared to what I saw there, they checked stock and had it in inventory and was able to deliver and install within 2 days. The service here was great. Attentive without being annoying. I wanted to look myself first which they left me alone to do. Then when I was ready, an associate was ready to help me and answered all my questions. They ultimately saved me money in fees as well by offering me the membership which was cheaper for delivery, install and haul away. It also gave me 60 day returns free of charge. I can cancel before next year if I choose. I will forever use them for my appliance purchases. They were great to work with. read more

I needed to replace my kitchen faucet, as a part broke and the unit became unrepairable. Arthur assisted me. He was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable about all the products that I was considering. Since I couldn't use my faucet I had no water in the kitchen, a real inconvenience. I needed a new faucet ASAP, and mine wasn't in stock at this location. Arthur accommodated me by finding my product elsewhere and had it available in will call the next day. My husband and I wanted to see the Subzero Pro 48", he called and they said they had the floor model. Ours is a twenty year old 36" which has served us well, but is now way too small for our family. Ryan was friendly and knowledgeable and answered our questions without any pressure to buy. He gave us the option of applying for their credit card with either a zero interest for a couple of years or 15% back. We decided to apply for their card with 15% back because the offer was too good to refuse, and Kenyata kindly offered to help us along with the process and got us approved!
