I have bought quartz countertops and tile for 2 homes in the last 5 years. I remodel a lot of homes as a designer. I few years ago I purchased classic white countertops in quartz. Its absolutely beautiful and performs like a champ. Last year I called Bedrosians again to order classic white quartz. The girl said we don't have it from the same manufacturer, but a different one. I said ok and ordered it. It was picked up last Sept and installed Oct. We moved back into the house Nov. I started to notice faint yellow marks left from who knows what on the kitchen counters. Recently, massive stains one in pink and one in dark Grey. I started a complaint and the girl told me due health issues the formulation was change. I fill out their paperwork and I was,told they will do nothing to help me. I still have 2 slabs they won't take back. They don't care about their customers. Beware!​ read more

I went in to get a bathroom tile since the day before I went to the Miramar location to get shower wall tile. This location is closer to my house. I love both locations. The rep I had at Miramar was very nice and helpful. Thank you Cale. The ladies at the Vista location were very nice and helpful as well. I even brought all the reviews and we had a nice conversation about it. I forgot to get the females name that helped me but she worked at the front desk and greeted me when I arrived. She got me some samples and matched it with the shower tile I bought and liked it. So Thank you very much. I now have a go to tile place when I need one. I don't understand the bad reviews. Thanks to Brittany - she saved the store from receiving a horrible 1 star review as the associate Alyssa was so rude and condescending to my mother that honestly anyone with an attitude like that should NOT be working in customer service. Although my mom was talking to her, she calls to ask me one question which I answered within seconds and then Alyssa gets on the phone and has a 10 minute phone conversation with another customer while my mom is waiting there to finish putting her order in. Doesn't even say excuse me or tell her she will be right back. The person IN STORE who was being helped before the phone call should have priority! She also made my mom sign a no return policy waiver which I didn't have to do when I placed an order, treating her like a child. Very very rude to the point where my mom never wanted to go back. That is NOT how you should treat a customer. I went back yesterday and made sure to go to Brittany - and WHAT A DIFFERENCE! SOOO courteous, so sweet, so polite, and cares about helping you make the right choice. She truly saved me from never entering that store again and I do home remodels. In our pursuit for the perfect tile, we have explored about a dozen tile shops in a variety of cities and counties. When in Oceanside for a weekend getaway, we popped into Bedrosians and hit the jackpot because we not only found our dream tile, but we met Brittany... an experienced contractor and a brilliant designer. We were blown away with the level of customer service we got. She looked at our inspiration photos and our photos from Pinterest, etc. Then, she walked us directly to the tiles that would help us achieve the vision. She not only nailed the look but advised us on the tone of the tile and how it would reflect in the space, given the amount of natural vs artificial light we had in the space. She helped us pick the vanity, trim, sink, hardware finish, and even a wall color! We had plans to higher a designer who quoted us $400 an hour, and instead, we'll put that money into purchasing higher end features that we wanted for our remodel. In addition, this showroom is just amazing... featuring the latest and greatest tiles out in the market. We picked a tile that was made in the USA, and it was awesome that they had these options. I can't rave enough about our experience as we've tried to obtain quality consultation from other shops and none of them came close to what Brittany offered... she even explained plumbing and other planning details for us to understand the possibilities. Searched at a handful of tile stores for our guest bathroom renovation and ended up purchasing from the Bedrosians in Vista. The selection here was extensive and gorgeous. Tons of unique options and the prices were extremely competitive for higher end products. What really made our experience here great was the sales rep Cheynne. She's amazing! She went above and beyond whenever she could for us in the process. Renovations are stressful. There's a lot of decisions to made made about countless details and tons of money being spent. If you are told by your salesman, "good news, everything is in stock"- ask for it in writing with specific delivery dates. We learned that "in stock" can mean 1 is available from one of the their numerous stores. The distribution was a nightmare- products not available for 4 weeks, wrong products shipped, complete sets unavailable and discontinued...not sure why they are still being sold The manager was very helpful, but we basically "Frankensteined" our set. Different vendors. Having to send contractors home because we didn't have the products was literally costly. We had to drive to different warehouses as well. If something isn't readily available, please don't sell them as such. Just be up front. Manager was good, but the team there was less than helpful. We remodeled our kitchen after a water leak in the wall damaged half our kitchen. For the backsplash we chose one of Bedrosian's products and are very happy with it. We bought from the store in Oceanside, where Alyssa was very helpful in placing my order between their store and the Anaheim one where the border trim was available. She even followed up with me to make sure I got everything in a timely manner. I highly recommend Bedrosian, and especially if you can work with Alyssa in the Oceanside store. read more

They sold me a laticrete preformed shower pan and some floor tile. When I couldn't find anyone on my own, their employee "Mynor" recommended a company that would help me install and it's been a complete disaster!!! Diego Bros. Tile ruined my tile install in my whole bathroom! I'm literally sick about it because I gave them $4000 and they didn't even put enough mud down to bond the tile to the substrate - there are large voids underneath. They ruined the install of my niche and then tried to sparkle their mistakes. And, now I have to tear up all their work and start over again. So far, Diego Bros. have been unscrupulous by assuring me knew how to install properly and uncooperative with refunding any of my money... Why would Bedrosians suggest these unfit characters??? Order on line. Don't order in store. Love the selection here but the customer service is not what it could be. I placed an order for tile and my customer service agent was Danielle. I was specific with my requests but the agent billed me for an overage without consent. While the intentions were good I did not need this overage and now I'm stuck with a lot of tile since the store doesn't "do returns" - but online does. Dumb. If this was my mistake I'd gladly own this. But it's the agents and the stores mistake. My suggestion is to order online if you are going to go with this company. Since the store and the service agents don't really want to help you and they aren't transparent about their policies before they auto bill you. read more

Tile purchased does not look like sample in store but when contacted store w photos with multiple boxes (purchased 17) I was told the pictures I went look just like sample and showed "tons of variation " I bought this tile because it had very little white and several different colors. Now I'm stuck because they believe it looks just like the sample. How convenient. You can find cheaper white subway tile anywhere. You will pay 3x the amount here and it wont look like sample. i paid more because I wanted variation. I will never recommend or buy from this company again. Alyssa was my sales person and instead of helping me find another solution she just kept telling me that her and boss see "tons of variation " it looks nothing like sample. Sample is only 1/4 white. First, the tile looks great. The customer service (Luis) has always been sub par. My package was lost and I had to call multiple times to get updates. I was never alerted to them finding the package, and since I am residential I had a lift gate coming. I STRESSED to them to call me the day it was delivered so I could meet the truck and do an easy transfer into the back of my truck. Were talking a giant pallet was coming to our house. I even called the transit company to get updates. No one called me back, and my package was left half hanging out in the street. 39 cases we had to hand cart up the hill to the house. Well, since the package was lost, we had to reschedule the flooring company from that August to this April. We just noticed we were 70 sqft off so I just went to order it again, and asked if they would uphold the discounted rate from when we first got them, since they were lost and we were unable to know we were short on sqft... I was told " its not longer applicable" so ok, I get it. It was 25 percent off. I asked since it was a blunder, if I could get the 15 percent off for first time buying since this was a weird first time situation... Without hesitation he told me no, its for first time buyers. Im not asking for free, im not asking for anything out of the ordinary. Im asking that a company extend the olive branch since our package was lost and we are just now finding out about the lack of sqft since the project was put on hold. We ordered over 630 sqft! Not a nominal amount. Just the lack of trying makes me want to go with Tilebar for future purchases. Anecdotally, when Tilebar sent out a package when we were doing out bathroom that had some color variations that were not on the website they were more than happy to make it up by sending out a new box free of charge with out us even asking. Go with Tilebar if you want better customer service. read more

We are building, first timers, and definitely have felt overwhelmed throughout the process. I went to a ton of tile and stone stores and my best experience by far was here! Ivette was absolutely wonderful. She got my vision instantly, was so patient with me, had all the perfect suggestions and completely made my vision come to life. I felt like I was walking around the store with an old friend, who also happened to be an amazing home/interior designer. She wasn't pushy and really listened to my wants and also my budget. She spent so much time with me in person, on the phone and via email and she also made it so easy for our contractor to order everything I picked out. Our GC sourced two large quartz slabs from Bedrosians in May 2019. Both slabs started cracking within 10 months of installation. I've tried contacting the sales person at Bedrosians directly (twice in the last 5 days) and he won't even respond to my emails asking about the warranty. I don't live close to this Bedrosians but both times I have been there the sales reps have been so kind and helpful. This last time Tatiana helped me and she really impressed me with how friendly and willing to help she was. Also, this Bedrosians has an awesome showroom. We worked with Ivett Moore who was instrumental in helping us select the proper tile combinations and colors. Ivett was super enthusiastic as well as incredibly patient as we worked through multiple tile samples during numerous visits. She has a great eye and is an extremely talented designer. I recently visited the showroom on Hacienda Dr. in Vista/Oceanside area of San Diego County. I stumbled upon a new representative who was extraordinarily helpful! Her name is Stephanie Moates and she definitely knows design; she was able to guide me in choices that stayed within my budget and tastes. Stephanie confidently helped me make choices and directed me from making some design mistakes. She quickly understood my vision and was able to make appropriate suggestions within my very constrained budget. I can't recommend her enough. Before I went in, I was feeling very apprehensive about starting my remodeling of a master bath. After spending time with Stephanie, I came out of the store excited and much more confident in executing this project. I am very thankful! And, very excited for the final result. I ordered all of the tile for the current house I'm flipping through this Bedrosians location. I worked with Tatianna as my sales rep and she was wonderful. Some tile we got shipped and the rest we were able to pick up at their warehouse. The tile shipped quickly to our project and arrived without broken pieces. Went in several times to look at tile. Spoke with a salesman about certain selection over the phone later that week, several phone calls to work out quantity, pricing, delivery time etc. Confirmed my order over the phone and was told 6-8 weeks for arrival. Understandable and I was aware of the wait. Fast forward 6 weeks I call in for a status on it and was told payment was needed to complete the order. This was not discussed at start of any of our calls nor on the day I placed the order. Again this was not discussed and considering it was ordered under a business I was under the impression payment would be due on pick up. No follow up call either if they were expecting payment wouldn't they follow up as a customer service stand point. My decision was clear with the rep as we spoke several times. Now we are back at square one. 6 weeks wasted and back on the hunt for tile, but it won't be here. read more
