Their expertise was invaluable to me, as a first time home builder. It was a relief to be able to rely on their expertise before ordering. It was shipped from the vendor to their warehouse and then it was repackaged and labeled per room. This was very beneficial as my plumber, electrician, and general contractor were able to look at the labels and see where it went as some of them were similar but went in different areas of the house. Worst customer service I've ever experienced at an allegedly high end store. They won't receive one dollar from me if they were the only Toto dealer in the county. First off the door was locked when they were supposed to be open. I had to call them to open the door. After I walked in NO ONE greeted me. I had to walk to the back of the store to find five people in front of their computers. One stood up and came over. She didn't tell me her name, she didn't ask mine. Told her what I was looking for. Asked some prices. She didn't know--is that a new sales strategy? After some questions and answers, she said she'd make up a list of items for me. She basically then walked away from me. Most importantly, she didn't ask for my name, phone, or email. Pretty obvious to me that she wrote me off. If you want RSF customers only, or contractors only, and you think that's a good business strategy--well, have fun with that. If you're a normal person who needs assistance and asks the price--forget it. I'm back to Ferguson's--great customer service, doesn't treat you like crap, and has just as nice of a showroom, without the pretense. read more

We paid almost $1000 for two sets of faucets in oil bronze finish. We paid for shipping and it took several weeks to come in. When my husband picked them up one set of levers were missing. A staff member there, Todd, then realized there was a mistake when placing the order for the levers. He said he won't charge us shipping for the other levers that will arrive in a couple more weeks and he's supposedly not charging us for those levers. Nonetheless, the invoice clearly states two orders of levers and I'm perplexed how one basic set of levers could cost $140? Husband was told that these faucets aren't even considered very costly by a staff member there. I guess we have a different definition of expensive. Anyway, we would choose to take our business elsewhere next time. Very unimpressed ! Lots of great faucet supply stores around. read more

After having such a bad experience at Ferguson Bath & lighting, I did an Internet search and found this place. Within minutes when I walked in, I was instantly approached with helpful service! Which was a relief because I had so many questions! I was looking for a single hole faucet for a vessel sink, and didn't know much about them. Joel was the one who helped me and was very kind in answering my novice questions. Lol! I ordered a medium height one, but then the next day I changed my mind and I called, talked to Curtis, and requested to upgrade to taller one. The faucet came in sooner than expected, and when it did. ..talk about Customer Service! Joel called me to give me status, that unfortunately, the UPS shipping process put a ding on my faucet, but he was already on it! He explained that he was ordering me a new one asap! And arrived only (2) days later. When I went to pick it up, Joel explained that due to the snafu, they waived the upgrade charge! And that is whyyyy I love to buy local!! Went in trying to figure out how to fix or replace our shower fixtures bought 10 years ago - we had chosen a fancy Italian brand but we couldn't recall the name and it wasn't on the fixture anywhere. We were ready to try to replace it when we were told by an appliance salesperson to try this specialty store Faucets and Fixtures. We hit the jackpot!! The salesperson, Mark Atanasovski listened to us and immediately recognized the brand, G.S. Products when we showed him the photos. Not only that,even though they didn't carry the line any more but he knew the company representative's name and his email address, called him for us and let him know what we needed, gave us his number and sent us on our way. I did a major renovation of my house in 2015 and replaced all faucets, shower heads, toilets, steam shower, water softener, RO drinking system, etc. I did a one stop shopping with Faucets N Fixtures and ordered everything from them. Their price is competitive with online pricing and also gave me discount for volume purchases. Because the renovation took 18 months, my plumber needed items at different stages, I guess FNF stocked all items for me and hand delivered parts to my house by request and provided tech support if required. Very impressive! Joel and Mark are excellent to work with and they spent tons of time explain the pros and cons of different choices in the planning stage. I remember one time while shopping around and visiting their Encinitas store, a guy walked in with a very old plumbing part and said: I bought this from you 5 years ago, can you help me? The showroom has a large selection of quality tubs, faucets, hardware, etc... and the sales person (very young looking) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I have been working with FergXXX, Pacific SXXX and PirXX for a fairly large project, I'm trying to find the 1 place where I could place the majority of my order, work with 1 person, and be price competitive; but that has not been easy, surprisingly. I came to the Faucet Factory to look at Victoria and Albert tubs because they seem to have the most on display in the SD area. I'm going to have come back. Faucets N Fixtures (formerly The Faucet factory) positively gets 5 Stars from me with no hesitation! Because of their large selection of quality products, my wife and I went in to buy a pair of new matching faucets two days ago. A plumber had previously said that our existing faucet manufacturer was no longer in business and repair parts were not available. Joel ( who is extremely knowledgeable) helped us initially and after we explained our situation said that he could definitely replace those parts. He said to just bring in the old ones in for matching verification. Today I returned with a plumber and Mark (another quite knowledgeable employee) helped us and brought us the parts we needed within a few minutes. We purchased the parts and had fully operational faucets by early this afternoon. Normally I don't rave about businesses, but we were shopping for fairly high end fixtures that would have cost many hundreds of dollars and would have rendered the store a decent profit. Instead they only made a small parts sale (with little profit) that totaled about $60. I still almost can't believe that it really happened... Product arrived multiple times defective, not their fault but a real annoyance; in calling the manufacturer recently, I learned that no one at the Faucet Factory had ever contacted the supervisor there. I ended up waiting several months for a series of ground shipment , 10 days minimum each, as the product was defective on four separate occasions. Perhaps it has gotten better. I really wanted to do business locally, but this place just isn't worth it. The first time I went in to inquire about a farm sink, the guy told me he would have to research what I was looking for. Turns out it is a pretty standard size and shape that I bought through ATG stores. I went back and ordered my faucets. That was a mistake. I placed the order over a month ago. I was told the pieces would come in quickly (a few days). I still don't have the complete order and I am chasing them for updates. It is worth your time to go to International Bath and Tile. This place is a diamond in the rough. From the outside it looks pretty basic but when you walk in you can see right away what a beautiful showroom it is. I was referred to this place by a friend who used them for a remodel. I talked to the owner, Joel, for awhile and he gave me some great ideas for my bathroom remodel. I really just went in to get some ideas but Joel was so knowledgeable and helpful that I know I will be returning to purchase the items he helped me choose. It turns out Joel just bought this place from the previous owner a couple of years ago. He has completely remodeled it and expanded into the space next door so it is twice the size that it used to be. I know they do a lot of work with interior designers but they work directly with homeowners too, so if you didn't hire a designer this is a great place to go because they can pretty much help you design your whole space as well as supply the fixtures that will go into the space. They are happy to spend time with you figuring out the details. North County needed a resource like this and I will definitely be telling my friends about it. read more

I was referred to The Faucet Factory because they have a lovely new showroom and location. Yes the showroom is beautifull and they are very happy to sell a produc,t but the problem begins when customer service is needed. There isn't any customer service. After a problem, my plumber called for help and was spoken to rudely. He was told to check with manufacturer. " They can't help with problems, they only sell it" When I phoned for the store owners name I was told he was on vacation and my plumber was lying. After waiting several weeks for the owner to return, I was told he was busy, but bring in the merchandise and they will credit my account for THEIR mistake and my plumbers time. After again returning to the store with the product, I was told to set it down and a refund would be issued, and the owner would call. He never did. After waiting 3 more weeks for a refund that did not happen, (They now have my merchandise) I contacted my bank for damages. The day the bank called them to dispute they credited my account. I phoned my salesman the next day to double check and he stated "Sorry I have been too busy for 3 weeks. I have my credit but never heard from the owner. I was told. "Your plumber charges you too much".I decided to pay my plumber on my own. Sorry, owner Joel, your staff undermines your business. So not worth 2 months of my time. read more

I had purchased faucets for all sinks in my house a while back. Recently one began to drip so I contacted the store and spoke to Austin. He was super helpful , told me they were under warranty and sent out not only a stem for the cold water which dripped but also the hot water stem stems the next day. He was concerned that if one dripped the other might begin dripping also and he didn't want me to have another problem in the future. They fit perfecting.
