We had high expectations going in because family members had worked with Pini and his team on both a kitchen and a bathroom project and raved about their experience. From the start, Pini was straightforward, transparent, and his pricing was exactly what we were hoping for! Especially after getting quotes from other companies that were outrageously more than double. The entire project took around four weeks (a bit longer than expected, but understandable with an older home and a very detail-oriented wife)! Through it all, Pini and his crew were extremely responsive, addressing any issues right away, even on weekends. Pini personally stopped by every day to check progress and offered valuable guidance from his years of experience. He even went shopping with us for materials, which made the process so much smoother. We can't say enough great things about his crew either! They work fast, do high-quality work, and are respectful of your home and space. This was our first major renovation, and we didn't know exactly what to expect, but the experience has made us excited to take on more projects in the future. Our advice for anyone starting a renovation is to stay involved and ask lots of questions, you'll learn so much along the way. In the end, we absolutely love our new bathroom. It turned out exactly as we hoped and imagined. After waiting four years to tackle this room, it's now the nicest space in our home! So much so that the rest of the house needs to catch up! A neighbor highly recommended Team Remodeling and Construction. The Team owner, Pini, and his entire crew made the project as stressless as a remodel can be. It was a collaborative endeavor. Pini listened, understood, offered suggestions, accompanied us shopping for tile, bathroom fixtures etc. His goal was to ensure the bathroom we envisioned was achieved and it absolutely was. His entire team headed by Roger and Jose are kind, professional, and extremely skillful. Manuel's tile work is outstanding. We really like that Pini and all vendors we bought from are locally owned small businesses. We have additional remodeling projects to do and look forward to working with Pini and his team.

At the time of purchase, their salesperson strongly pushed an extended warranty from a company they work with. I trusted their recommendation and have been paying for that warranty for seven years without ever making a claim. Six months ago I finally needed the warranty to repair my Bosch washing machine. It has still not been repaired. The warranty company has done nothing but delay, make excuses, and avoid fixing the problem. A quick look at their reviews shows that many other customers have had the exact same experience. Since Universal Appliance and Kitchen Center, also known as WDC Kitchen & Bath, sells these warranties and makes a commission from them, I went back to the store expecting them to stand behind what they sell and help resolve the issue. Instead, I was treated as if I had to defend myself for asking for help. While we were explaining the situation, one of the salespeople stood there on his cell phone, clearly showing little interest or concern. If a company is willing to take commissions for selling extended warranties, it should also take responsibility when those warranties fail their customers. In this case, Universal Appliance and Kitchen Center, also known as WDC Kitchen & Bath, was happy to take the commission but offered no real support when the product and warranty they promoted failed. Living in Hidden Hills, many of my neighbors invest significant money in high-end appliances and rely on businesses to stand behind what they sell. I will absolutely be sharing this experience with my neighbors and community so they can be aware before choosing where to purchase their appliances. Because of this experience, I will not do business with Universal Appliance and Kitchen Center, also known as WDC Kitchen & Bath, again.
