Within minutes, I realized I had found something special. The store was spotless, organized, and full of quality appliances, but what truly made my visit unforgettable was Christina. From the very first moment, she welcomed me with a smile and treated me with so much kindness and respect that I honestly felt like I was visiting family instead of shopping in a store. She took the time to answer all of my questions, never rushed me, and made sure I found exactly what I needed. Thanks to her, I purchased a beautiful 10-cubic-foot refrigerator in excellent, like-new condition for only $150. I returned today to pick it up, and everything was exactly as promised. In today's world, it's becoming harder to find businesses that genuinely care about people instead of just making a sale. It stretches as if it's being overused throughout a 5 minute session. I reached out to the chino location; no answer. I finally was able to reach 'Rosie' who encourage me to come back to the store and would help take care of it. Nevertheless, the Chino store does not have a consistent person operating the location. Both times I've called and went it appears no one is present to operate it. It's unfortunate since I live two minutes away. The dishwasher broke down exactly one month after purchase, while still under the three-month guarantee. From that point on, communication and follow-through were extremely poor. Both my husband and I made numerous calls and sent texts. We were asked to provide a receipt, which we did, but no one followed up. Messages went unanswered, and at one point my husband went to the store in person only to find it closed. Multiple service appointments were scheduled. We made sure someone was home and paid for service, yet technicians repeatedly failed to show up as promised or arrived hours later. When a technician finally did come, the issue was not resolved and water leaked after the appliance was run. Because Torres Home Appliance is referenced within Home Appliance and Wholesale's own materials, I believe it's important for customers to be aware of these service and communication issues before purchasing or scheduling service.
