Originally purchased a groupon for 1.5 hours 2 people for $100. It was a while ago since our house was professionally deep-cleaned and we didn't realize it had been so dirty until after they left! First they were very on time. I was told they'd come at 1pm first but I asked for 1:30pm and the scheduling lady said ok but for some reason they still showed up at 1pm. It's OK we're still home anyway just haven't finished our lunch. Grace and her partner loaded their gear in 10 mins, then off they went to clean the bathrooms. After the small bathroom was done, grace moved on to the kitchen. Her partner did such a good job in my bathroom. She bleached the heck out of the 2 year old bathtub stain! And I really appreciated that she asked if she could use bleach first before she proceeded. She also wiped down everything including the baseboard and light fixtures, tidied up my toiletries and even straightened out the towels and the TP in a triangle like a hotel! Grace also did an amazing job with the other bathroom. She also cleaned every surface in the kitchen, inside the microwave, swept the floor even underneath the couch and the edge right below the area rug, mopped the floor and now it feels so nice on our bare feet..... Used to be someone was useless and everyone knew about it, but so many "repairmen" hide behind their email and their Yelp and their Craig's listing. You just can't call trustworthy people because it's hard to tell who "they" are. That said, this was a better experience than many. Mark was fast, helpful, quick about the phone calls and he met me with parts I needed. I was about 90% through a fix and needed one silly little item, and no one would stay open late enough for me to get to them, or I couldn't fit my truck in their silly little parking lot. Mark, it turns out, keeps some long hours, keeps a good stock of parts, knew what I needed, had a generic alternative that didn't cost as much as the brand-name replacement, and he charged me a very reasonable price. He then suggested that I first call for a general vent cleaning because it would be cheaper and most likely the problem. Of course, he still offered to come out and run my machine through a diagnostic test if there were further problems. I really appreciated his willingness to walk through the problem and give me tips for addressing them. He also warned me about getting taken advantage of by vent-cleaning companies. I just have to say he was super helpful and while I do hope that my problem can be fixed without his help, I am already confident that if I do in fact need Mark's help it will be outstanding.

After the inspection was completed, his team, led by Brenda, provided the inspection report the very next day. The report detailed the findings and included a quote for treating the termite-infested areas. I submitted the report to my HOA and received approval within 48 hours, as they wouldn't need to hire another company. Brenda was proactive, calling and emailing with available dates, and I chose 4/23/2026 at 6:30 AM. Today, the technician, Kisda, called and texted before arriving right on time at 6:30 AM. He explained the treatment process and completed the termite job efficiently. Before leaving, he detailed what he had done and even sent me pictures.
