I couldn't be happier with the results of my mole removal! I had a slight raised mole in the middle of my nose and 3 other Dermatologists that I consulted with wouldn't touch it because they said it would leave a scar and that it's better to have my mole. I felt self conscious of the mole and wanted the mole removed badly. I searched high and low for the right doctor that could remove it without a scar. After much researched I found Dr. Hendricks whom specializes in a scarless mole removal technique. I read his reviews and saw his videos. With everything I have learned about him I decided to give this doctor a try and do not regret it one bit! I received wonderful care and service from Dr. Hendricks and his office manager Christine. The procedure did not hurt. I just felt a pinched. It took 2 sessions with 10 days of healing in between. I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Hendricks. I was referred to him after receiving a large laceration on my face from a sports related injury. Initially I was really nervous--the abrasion was front-and-center across my upper lip in an ugly upside down "U" shape, and swelling was significant. Didn't exactly need to be convinced about the importance of finding a great plastic surgeon for this incident. Despite heavy swelling from the injury, Dr. Hendrick's stitch work turned out great--my friends and I could tell right away that he had done an excellent job. As the wound healed and the swelling decreased, it only continued to look better. Beyond the procedure itself, Dr. Hendricks was extremely professional and thoughtful with his instructions on taking care of the wound. He was both proactive and diligent about answering my questions via both text and phone calls throughout the week after the injury. He also recommended a product called ScarGuard, which has helped minimize scar tissue growth and redness. It has been about 2 months since the injury, and the unanimous feedback I've received is that people could barely even see the scar. Most people don't notice it until I bring it up. I would like to start by saying that Dr. Hendricks is simply awesome! I have recently had a facial mole removed at his office and the entire experience, from the initial consultation to the procedure itself, was outstanding. After reading about his scar-less laser mole removal method, I contacted his office for a consultation. I had to re-schedule my first appointment due to a work related issue but they had no problem accommodating the change (a special shout out to Christine for being so patient with me :)). I was sent timely reminders about the appointment, which was nice. On the day of the consultation, I did some quick paperwork followed by a chat with Dr. Hendricks. He's a very friendly and likeable person, which made the entire process much less nerve-racking. I could tell he really cares about his patients. During the consultation, we decided that we were going to have the mole removed the same day. It took about 10 minutes and Dr. Hendricks was diligent about asking me if I was uncomfortable at any point during the process. I didn't really feel anything after the local anesthesia. I followed his post-op instructions and after about 3 weeks, I can hardly tell I had a mole there! Pretty thrilled, to be quite honest. In the early 2000s, I went to Dr. Hendricks for a unilateral eyelid fold surgery. I already had a fold on one eyelid but not the other & wanted them to be symmetrical. Dr. Hendricks did an impressively great job & the results looked completely natural. I would give him 5 stars for that work. A few years later, I went for mole removal, & I was a little underwhelmed with the mediocre results. I probably could have gotten the same thing from a med-spa for a lot less cost. So I would recommend Dr. Hendricks for plastic surgery but not necessarily skin services. His procedures are quite expensive, but with an office location in Newport Beach, that's to be expected. Also, his office staff is respectful & knowledgeable, and he was only late once to an appointment. read more

In addition to the aesthetic type surgery promoted on his website, Dr. Hendricks also does reconstructive/restorative type procedures as well. Several years ago i came to Dr. Hendricks for repair to a disfigurement my lower thigh area. A serious dog bite had ripped the skin in four areas and resulting infection killed all the fat layer between my skin and the muscle. When healed, I had a sunken -in area and the skin had actually stuck down to the muscle. It looked really bad and was quite visible any time I wore shorts or a tennis skirt (every day!). After discussing many options I came across in my research, Dr. Hendricks did a surgery that involved placing fat cells in the scooped out areas to fill in the depressions in a effort to effect a permanent repair. Everything went great and the result was better than I expected. It's been at least 10 years now and while you can still see the white scars from where the dog's teeth cut the skin, the area is no longer deformed and sunken. It looks 1000 percent better and feels better now that the scar tissue was released off the muscle. I hope he still does this type of work because I think he did a really great job! About 3 years ago, I had a friend refer me to Dr. Hendricks for Smartlipo on my legs. Since then, my results have maintained perfectly. I would like to add that I did not experience pain and was even walking/jogging within a few days. A little background I had a breast augmentation done on July 8th and it has been two weeks since my surgery. I was thinking enlarging my breasts for years and years and years. I meet Dr. Hendricks through my boyfriend and I cannot express how happy and blessed I feel to have meet him. I had a consultation and can say that in the first 5 minutes I felt the most comfortable that I have every felt. I wanted him to do my surgery the next day!!! I asked many questions and he was and is very educated and informative with all the information that you request and the information that is provided to you from him. He is very savvy with the new implants and how they work as well as pre-op care and procedure. He also made me feel comfortable the day of surgery and provided me options prior to this day to prepare me for the pain and discomfort that I would be feeling. I saw Dr. Hendricks the next day and I could raise my hands and felt great except for the obvious pain that I knew I would be feeling. In two weeks I have seen him 4-5 times and a few times because I just needed reassurance that my healing was going as planned. I had a situation with the cooling vest that I decided to get for swelling and pain (the best idea ever) and he took care of it right away. The vest broke and he had me a new vest at the office overnight and I was back to recovery!!!! I again went through most of my life with small breasts and I did like the way that I looked in t-shirts, bathing suits, naked!!! He may be good at some things but DO NOT have your​ breasts done by Dr. Hendricks​. 6 years ago he butchered me and didn't have the balls to fix it, or at the very least, refund me. I paid 10 thousand dollars for a lift and implants and all I got was saggy boobs, bad implants, and SCARS that looked like train tracks!!! I'll admit it was my fault for not doing enough research. Two years ago I had them redone to erase the pain of looking at them in the mirror. Thankfully, I am happy with the results. Shame on you Dr. Hendricks. You should have owned up to your incompetence....did I mention he squeezed my breast so hard the day after surgery at the checkup​ I wound up in the hospital for an emergency hematoma​! About 6 months ago I got breast implants. Dr. Hendricks office was very clean, inviting, safe, professional, and clearly provided me with all the pre and post operation instructions. Dr. Hendricks and his staff make me feel very comfortable which is important as this is a LIFE changing event and a very costly one at that. If I had to do the surgery all over I would because of the results. This is not pleasant pain but the staff makes you feel like everything is going to be ok and it is. After your surgery the Dr. sees you with follow up appointments to make sure the healing process is going well. This was to my surprise how often the Dr. is involved with the post op because you are unsure of the healing process yourself and you want to feel and be safe. My husband says to me about once a week, "Wow your scars are almost gone. Your Dr. did a Great job" I love hearing that from my husband as he had mixed feelings from the first time he understood I was serious about getting the surgery. Go with your gut feeling when chosing a Dr. Dr. Hendricks was the first I interviewed but I had done my research prior to meeting him the first time. After months of research I came across yelp reviews leading me to find dr. Hendricks office. I was really apprehensive at first but on my first consultation I felt like I had arrived at the right hands. It's not everyday you come across a doctor who picks up his phones calls and text messages answering every question you have multiple times a day. That was me! I'm such a control freak I called him a million times before my surgery. I always dreamed of a flat stomach but I inherited some pretty bad genes from my family and my pouch was only getting bigger over the years. Dr. Hendricks was certain he could help me, he was honest and told me upfront what he could and couldn't achieve w the smart lipo so on 7/11/14 I went for the procedure. I came out of the surgery w barely any bruising and was able to go on w my life after only a few days. But after a few weeks of the surgery I felt like he had been a little conservative and didn't take all that I wanted. So after my 4th apt we talked and he agreed w me that it was more he could do. Without hesitations he explained to me that it may never be perfect and it may never be like I always dreamed but he was willing to try it again and after 3 months I went for my second procedure. ( all I paid for the second time was the anesthesiologist and surgery center $1200, dr Hendricks never charged me anything extra for him self) and by the way the surgery center where he performs his surgeries is called Rox surgery center in newport where all the celebrities go to. I even got see dr. Dubrow from the show Botched in the same clinic performing surgery on someone else lol... It's been 4 weeks after my second procedure and again I had absolutely no bruising and I am really happy w the results.. I don't have the pouch anymore and I can already imagine my self wearing whatever I want... I really think I look great!! Some of u maybe thinking if he was s great doctor he wouldn't have to do it twice but I think that if u want a doctor u can trust that is not gonna give u any scars and burn u w the laser and make you have ridges after UR procedure you should go w dr.
