Amazing Scar Revision with Tummy Tuck! - That's what I've experienced just two weeks post surgery thanks to Dr. Robert S. Improta. I came to him with a huge hiatal hernia scar running the length of my abdomen plus a large diagonal scar running above my bikini line from lower back surgery. I went here because my child has an ugly scar and when I called the receptionist told me that a consult would be free. We went to appointment had minimal wait time. My kid sat in my lap while the doc looked at herfrom the other side of the room and determined there was nothing they could do. He recommended a certain cream and we were on our way 15 min later. Then a month later we got a bill for 790 dollars. I called and explained that the person I had spoke to before had said consult would be free and they denied having said it and said I was paying for the doctors time. Wow! I can't help it! I read a poor review about Botox injections at Pacifica and I just have to say how wrong I think it was. I have been an injector for more than 15 years. When I need MY Botox or Juvederm done, Candy does my injections and she has always done a phenomenal job. 2 units of Botox spread across the whole forehead is not enough to drop anyone's brow! Anyone who get Botox knows that. I know for a fact that Pacifica Med Spa does not over dilute their Botox. They actually use the most concentrated dilution of Botox available. I'm not sure where Kris W. has had good treatments in the past but every spa or doctor review she has written has been poor. It looks like she's never been happy with her treatments. You just can't please everyone. Keep up the great work, Candy. All of your good reviews will let people know what a great injector you are! This staff is so nice and accommodating! They make you feel right at home and comfortable. They explained the entire process to me and took their time to make sure that I was comfortable throughout. The actual procedures (Micro Laser Peel and BBL) were quick and painless for the most part. They give you numbing cream to put on ahead of time, so there was really no pain involved during the procedure. There is a little downtime as your face will be red and dry for a while, but it is worth it! Highly recommend this office. read more
