I even reached out to the BBB hoping they would respond (without the run around) and they have not. On 8/19 I had an appt to inspect shower spout and toilet flange. The shower spout was repaired that day. For the toilet flange, I was told it needed to be replaced & repositioned and I needed a new toilet. I was quoted $3583 and told it would take 3-4 hours to completed. Based on the scope of work, it seemed to be a reasonable estimate. When the plumber arrive the following week to do the work, it took 1.5 hours. I inquired about a reduction in price since it took less than half the time. I was told no. Not feeling comfortable with that, I reached out asking what the hourly rate was. Instead of answering my question, I was told that some plumbers are more efficient and I wouldn't be charged more if it took longer etc etc. I was given an option to discuss the details of the estimate via email. I then received a phone call about my concerns. I was told they would look at a $1088 charge and get back to me the next day. 2 days later I received a voicemail that I was overcharged and would receive a $585 refund. Still no explanation for what & no breakdown of charges. Now I wonder what else was I overcharged for? What is the hourly rate? How can the plumber that gave the estimate be so wrong about the time the work would take?

Our ducts were damaged by a skunk who had been living under the house several years back. Ron crawled through the entire area and came out with pictures and videos. He explained what needed to be replaced and repaired and an estimate of how long it would take. He gave me a quote on the spot and forwarded me all the videos and pictures. I thought the quote was reasonable and scheduled him to come back the following week. He and one of his guys arrived on time (9am) and completed the work by 11:15a. He replaced 2 duct runs and repaired a third. He hauled away all the damaged ducts and cleaned up the area when he left. All in all, everything went smoothly. They also sent me a text with the name and headshot of the technician coming, which I thought was a good customer service touch. They had a $69 inspection fee and the fee was waived when they ended up doing repairs. They assessed the leak was coming from of the connections to those sinks that have the pull-out nozzles (I don't know what you call them). The technician said other than that that the sink looked in overall good shape, and the price they mentioned didn't seem outrageous. I approved the repair and they got it done in a couple hours. No complaints from our tenants since the work was done.
