My question was not answered, and I was left without clear guidance. After completing my first return, I had tape ready to purchase for the next item. At that point, the representative informed me that I would be charged for tape. I explained that I had already asked about this earlier and had not received a response, but my concern was dismissed, and he continued with the charge without acknowledgment. The lack of communication and disregard for my initial question made the interaction feel dismissive and unprofessional. It ultimately led me to take my business elsewhere, as it was clear that customer service was not being prioritized.

Ervee made suggestions regarding the size of the boxes to help consolidate and save on costs. Ervee has a lovely disposition, patient, kind and helpful. It made a chore feel less like a chore and more like an enjoyable stop during our day. Keep up the good work Ervee, you were a joy to work with!

Brought a QR code that fedex emailed me saying that they will pack and ship and label my Google…read morefiber equipment for me. Get there and the lady tells me that I will have to pay for my packaging myself even though I had an email saying they would take care of it. The lady at FedEx tried to tell me we answered the wrong questions when submitting our equipment return request and we had the wrong QR code... it was the one that supposedly said we didn't need FedEx to pack it. there were no questions we had to answer when submitted the request to return equipment and told her as much. Clearly, she doesn't know what she's talking about. If the first thing she said was not a process we had to go through. Also, if a email from FedEx directly tells you you do not need to pack it and they will pack it for you and doesn't say there will be additional charges or anything Then that should be honored. Irritating

We find it very…read moreconvenient now that UPS has partnered with Amazon to accept returns with no need to box and label anything. This particular store is fairly new and is really close to us. It is a really small UPS Store being 'inside' a small pharmacy. They only had one employee working the counter and since it is so small it may never have more than one, even on a very busy day like the day after Christmas. Even with only one person things weren't slow if all you have is an Amazon return. They had a ton of boxes for return and were running out of room. So if you go be prepared to wait a little due to staffing. I can't speak for the shipping costs as all we had was a return. Glad to have this little store in the neighborhood for our Amazon returns.

Because I didn't purchase the extra insurance I was only reimbursed my shipping cost and one hundred dollars. Make sure you purchase insurance if you ship through this ups store because apparently they don't guarantee the safety of your items unless you give them the extra $$$.
