Their pricing and process was straightforward. Our move date was September 13. The communication with Darlene and Rosie leading up to our move was great. I was told I would have a 4 person crew, but I ended up with a 5 person crew with no extra charge. The day of the move, Vince called 30 minutes ahead of the team's arrival and adjusted his arrival time by 15 minutes to accommodate my schedule. Vince and his crew (Emerson, Chance, Mario and D) were excellent. They were professional, on time, courteous and took great care with our furniture and belongings. I really appreciated the special care they gave in helping with small things that could have been big things had they not stepped in to help. Excellent team. Excellent crew! Excellent experience!

Jeremiah's communication heading into the move was excellent and Mike and his team arrived right in the window they said they would. As soon as I gave them the rundown of the place, they wasted ZERO time and got straight to work - all the way until the last item was carried into the new place. Heading into this move, I was worried about taking apart our bed frames and putting them back together. Mission Movers took care of it at no extra cost. But the biggest thing for me is how friendly and HONEST the team was. One of my dining chairs was already cracked before the move and they approached me and apologized for thinking they did it. That small gesture went a long way for me and I know they were going to find a solution even if it was their fault. They also could've charged me for a full 4 hours but charged me to the exact minute they worked at 3.75 hours. Not to mention it was also a really hot day and they powered through it without a single complaint. I…read moreknow this job is incredibly physically demanding work - many crews tend to keep to themselves and focus on powering through, but they each made a thoughtful effort to introduce themselves, which created a friendly atmosphere. Scheduling was seamless from the moment I reached out for a quote. On the day of the move, they actually arrived earlier than expected, which immediately set the tone. They originally estimated around 2-3 hours for loading, but they were so efficient they only took 1.25 hours! I was wildly impressed. With the extra time, they offered to help load the items I had set aside for my car, taking extra trips to carry the remainder of items from my apartment out to my car. When I got to my new home, they had already arrived and were immediately ready to unload, which to my shock, again, only took only 45 minutes despite it being 100 degrees. Everything was placed in the correct rooms as labeled. They made sure to stack boxes against the walls in a strategically organized fashion, leaving plenty of walkway room, which has not always been the case for me in the past. They also took the time to ask where smaller, unlabeled items, like lamps, mirrors, and wall art, should be placed instead of placing them randomly (which is what I had expected and would have been perfectly happy with!). At no point did I feel like I needed to watch over them or worry about things being handled carelessly. Everything arrived exactly as expected, undamaged, and accounted for. There was not a single item damaged or broken. I want to give a special shout out to Rob who went the extra mile (literally and figuratively!) to ensure the entire process was smooth, organized, and well run from start to finish. As someone who is self-employed in client-facing work, it was easy to tell that Rob cares about the customer service aspect of his job just as much as the duties. I learned about my city's (Fullerton) numerous opportunities for large item pick ups and extra trash pick ups (for an added fee) in the process. Our garage now has useable totes and shelves and designated spaces for items we truly need and use for our home and life.
