    Right movers rented a trailer from our business for a move they were doing for a client. Dealt directly with Timothy the owner. Apparently one of their drivers had an incident and was in an accident with the trailer. Long story short. They kept the trailer for 2 extra weeks and still has not paid for the damages to the trailer or axle Will ignore any texts and any calls. Would NOT recommend to anyone

    The team over at Right Movers is great! From the first inquiry, to the in-house quote, packing and unloading it was a smooth experience. Worked with Zach, Frank and Noah and another guy that I really appreciate too. There was a nice girl helping unload too but man, this was the SMOOTHEST move we have ever done. This was from Los Angeles to Las Vegas. Basically we were packing for a couple weeks and them they came on a Sunday to pack the truck. They used a 26 footer and we basically filled it all the way to the door with boxes, two beds, a three piece sectional, and three exercise machines. They drove out to Vegas and stayed overnight and we met them at our destination in the morning before it got warm. Packing took just over 5 hours but unloading only took 3. Makes sense and these guys again like I said did an amazing job. Packing was tight because our townhouse was only 1500 sqft. Also 3 floors with narrow staircases. For the value, quality and timing, Right Movers does it right. Get them for your next move! Also if it's hot, make sure they have enough water. And you don't have to but hell, we tipped them for both days and they got extra GUAC!

    45 mins to get the doors off. They had to use MY tools.

    Don't do it! Find another company. Amateur hour. Subcontracted workers. The job started two hours late. The guys were constantly in their phones, taking smoke breaks, and one guy simply disappeared for over 25 mins. They were unorganized and it was a mess all day long. Nobody knew how to take the doors off the refrigerator. It took them 45 minutes with two guys to accomplish this. I had already sent my sons to the other house or they could have done it. The clock was ticking and it was a joke.

    ALL of the stuff in less than the space a car would take!

    This is the third time we've used Right Movers and we would definitely use them again! The first time was in December of 2017 when we moved from our home in Anaheim Hills to a Condo in Yorba Linda. I had a broken foot at the time and the Movers were so empathetic and took the time to get everything exactly where I wanted it to be! The second time was in March of 2019 when we moved from Yorba Linda to our retirement home in Oregon. Our possessions were delivered on time and everything was taken care of to my complete satisfaction. The most recent time was moving my daughter from her apartment in Francisco to Oregon. Why I didn't call Tim in the first place, I'm not quite sure, but I didn't and if you've been looking for a moving company recently you will know that things are crazy out there. When you put in a search questionnaires pop up and if you fill out the information about your move, you are soon inundated with calls and emails from hucksters. These people are well versed in high pressure sales tactics and say anything to convince you that their company is best and everyone else is a bunch of crooks. I don't fall so easily and thought I'd hired the right company, but they left us high and dry. That same day in desperation, I reached out to Tim at Right Movers. Understandably, it was difficult to get hold of him because his company is EXTREMELY busy. But when I did get him on the phone he set up FaceTime meeting that very evening to see what needed to be moved. Exactly 2 weeks later, all of my daughter's things were picked up from San Francisco and delivered the very next day to Oregon!!!! Now, I must tell you about Carlos. He is the most exemplary, good natured, hard working, professional our family has EVER seen! He was fast, efficient and worked tirelessly moving our daughter's furniture down 3 flights of stairs, and never lost his smile. Upon delivering it to Oregon, he packed everything in our garage like a Tetris Master using up a quarter of the space we had cleared! I could not recommend Right Movers higher!!!! Beware the Hucksters!!! Call Right Movers!!!!

    First off let me say that the guy who I spoke to was very nice. Never had any problems with…read morecourtesy. However, service or lack thereof was terrible. The first date I hired them for I had to reschedule because my shed didn't get delivered when it said it was supposed to be. I gave them 4 days noticed once it didn't arrive. So we rescheduled for the next week. Then, after hiring them to assemble a shed I bought from Lowe's they contacted me the day before installation and said that they didn't include the roofing. I really needed the shed built so I said ok even though I was also planning to have the roof done with it. Then later that same night (after 8pm) they texted me to let me know that not all of their guys could come out the next day to assemble and that he could still come out but that it would need to be done over 2 Saturdays. I have a disabled husband and dogs that make it difficult to have to have our yard unavailable for 2 Saturdays. So I said that I prefer they just come the next Saturday to be done in one day. He didn't give me a reason as to why his guys were unavailable either. So the next Saturday they come out at 7am as they had said. I had to wake up really early to make sure our dogs got time to use the yard which is difficult with my condition. They worked until 9am or so unwrapping the shed and laying out all the pieces and then ask to speak with me. The guy said that their coworker who has the nail gun was on vacation and that they couldn't do the job. What? You drove all the way out here, unwrap the crate and only now realize you don't have the proper tools? They said they tried to rent one from Home Depot but they were all gone. If that's the case you should buy a new one. When you say you are going to do a job then you should do it. Plus, it was forecast to rain in the next week so now all the wood was going to get wet. They already had canceled on me once and now they were canceling again? He said they could come out the next Saturday but at this point I wasn't confident they would. So I hired someone else who not only arrived and completed the project but was also willing to install the roofing. Canceling on me twice with less than 24 hours notice is unacceptable. Also, if you unwrap something and leave it out in the rain that is also unacceptable. Some of the wood was warped after and the new guy I hired had a difficult time with some of the pieces. I cannot recommend this company at all. My time is worth a lot and they wasted 2 weeks of it.

I decided to get some quotes for getting…read morethis assembled and JD Assembly came through quickly and provided a reasonable quote compared with the others. After just 2-3 texts, the owner came with 3 other guys scheduled for a Saturday at 6:30 AM. All of them showed up a bit earlier than that and they were out of my house by 10:45 AM. After reading that it could take a couple hours over the span of 3 days to assemble with 1-2 people, I was definitely surprised they got this done in so little time. One of the reasons I went with them is because it seems they've done so many of these models before (based on other reviewers' photos) so it was more reassuring for me to go with these guys. As you can see from my pictures, my gazebo turned out amazing. I even had an old torn up gazebo in place of that, and they were nice enough to help me tear it down. After the new gazebo was up, they cleaned up the backyard, organized the cardboard boxes for me to toss, and even placed my old gazebo to the side in a nice pile so it's easy for me to clean up after. JD Assembly is reliable, professional, and great to work with. Really glad I went with them!

    I recently purchased two IKEA BRIMNES cabinets with glass doors (30 3/4" x 37 3/8") but only to…read morerealize they were too heavy (over 80 lbs each) to assemble on my own. I decided to hire a professional assembler again and opted to try a different company this time for comparison. [Quote and scheduling]: Assembly Masters do not list pricing information on their website. Customers must request a quote via the "GET A FREE QUOTE HERE" button on the website or by calling their contact number. I submitted my request online and received an initial quote of $119.00 (flat rate with no tax) for one cabinet. However, I clarified that my initial job request was assembling two IKEA BRIMNES cabinets and the representative apologized for the typo. Unlike few other assembly companies, Assembly Masters require (1) customers to provide their full address and phone number for order confirmation and (2) provide credit card information to secure the appointment. I later called their number where I spoke with Todd who was very friendly. He finalized my appointment and processed my credit payment payment over the phone. [Service terms and conditions]: Here are some key service terms and conditions to be aware of - * FREE street / validated or paid parking by customer; parking to be provided for Assembler * All boxes to be located in the desired area for assembly prior to arrival * Attaching Items to the wall is an optional service - added charge may apply * Moving items to another room after Assembly is not included * Empty boxes and debris are stacked neatly for disposal by customer * Assemblers do not haul trash/ boxes away after service is complete * Assemblers are NOT required to move existing furniture/ Items * Pictures/ Video of assembly are taken by Assembler for verification [Process]: The technician Alvaro arrived within 24 hours of my booking and within the 3-hour scheduled time window. He was friendly and well-prepared with his tools. Alvaro was able to complete the assembly of both IKEA BRIMNES cabinets in just over an hour. [Conclusion]: Assembly Masters provided a reasonable quote and completed the job efficiently. However, few areas could use improvement including (1) allowing customers to pay in cash or by credit card in person before the job begins rather than requiring payment over the phone, (2) listing clear service prices (or price range) on the website instead of requiring customers to request a quote, and (3) offering to haul away empty boxes instead of leaving them to the customer. Personally these are relatively minor issues, but another furniture assembly company I recently worked with managed to accomplish all three of these areas in addition to completing the assembly job. If these points are not dealbreakers, Assembly Masters is still a solid choice for anyone looking to save time assembling IKEA furniture.
