I reached out via cell and Alex responded the same day asking for more info. I texted it all to him. The next day he emailed me a quote and laid out all the info. The pricing was very fair, and based on his quick response time and great reviews, I decided to hire them. I am very glad that I did. My move went extremely well. I hired 2 movers and a 20-foot truck. Eugene and Serg were great. They clearly communicated their arrival time and kept me updated via text. There were 2 pick up locations - my storage unit and my parent's house. They had everything from storage wrapped and packed into the truck in 2 hours. Then we went to my parents for a few more things, we were out of there in under an hour. They drove to Jersey City and then had the entire truck unpacked and moved in and all the packing material cleaned up in 3 hours. It was an extremely hot day and the guys worked really hard and very quickly. Good thing I had the presence of mind to pack a suitcase of stuff we'd need (there was one night between the pack and the move) because these dudes came through my house like a very organized hurricane that just blew everything that wasn't nailed down into boxes. They wrapped every piece of china in layers of packing paper and arranged it in some magical way so that not one dish broke. They wrapped my unbreakable Corelle dishes from Target the EXACT SAME WAY. My entire four-bedroom house was packed in 4.5 hours. The move itself took place the next day and again the team was extremely punctual and professional. They took amazing care in bringing everything in and making sure it was placed in the right room. And once again, they got the job done in less time (and for less money) than I was originally quoted. And yes, side note, if you work with Bobby on the initial estimate, he is almost certainly going to tell you that the job is going to take longer, be more difficult, and cost more than it will actually end up being in reality. Don't worry about it, the guys who actually show up to do the job will do better than that! Even after they finish loading, they linger next to their truck and in their vehicle, slowly counting cash or chatting, refusing to move until they're good and ready.
