So the guys were pleasant and did a good job, but I had to help in order to get the job done in a timely manner. That resulted in me having to reiterate more than I should've and when I got home I realized my big lamp was left in my living room. I asked for a third dolly to help get things going, finished taking down the bracket for my TV myself, among other things. Slightly annoying, but thankfully I'm in shape to help move stuff. They were cordial. Spoke to each other in a language I didn't understand most of the time and that was very uncomfortable since there were two of them and on of me. I hate that. They also had a cheaper hourly rate, but still went over the time I stated I wanted to stick to when they arrived. Wow, these guys are amazing. I don't usually give reviews however, they filled their 28 foot truck with all our belongings. From beginning to end, for 8 hours they wrapped every single item and moved every single item. The 3 of them were relentless. They never stopped. No damages, no missing items. Things that I didn't think needed to be wrapped, they wrapped anyway. They provided blankets, hanging boxes and packing materials. The guys just kept moving boxes and furniture to the truck. Wrapping and moving wrapping, wrapping and moving. Then once we got to our new home, they unpacked and unwrapping everything. They never took breaks. Also, because we moved within 10 miles, they did not charge us the double travel time. Their pricing was extremely fair. My boyfriend and I were looking for movers last minute and decided to move forward with Packman Moving because I felt like they were already organized as a company, emailing me an invoice/quote/confirmation email with very useful information and/or an estimated of how much everything will cost. Morning of the scheduled date, they were expected to arrive between 8-9am and when I got the call, I was still sleeping and when I answered the phone, Denis, Artyom, and Alex's energy was just unmatched. They were so friendly on the phone, and even joked with me saying if I needed more time to sleep they can give me a few minutes, which I thought was very nice and funny. I greeted them outside and they were able to catch on things quickly. My boyfriend and I had never hired movers before so we weren't sure how they worked so we asked them if there was anything for us that we can do to help the process easier and they just told us to not worry about it and for us to let them do the work. During the time my boyfriend and I were with them here and there while we were running errands, we noticed that they were packing everything and the furniture very nicely and well done and we were really glad and felt like we were put in good hands. The whole moving process and everything turned out amazing! They didn't take any breaks either and I felt so bad but they all were really nice about it. They scheduled me within a week out of my move at the end of the month, and during Holliday season. The two gentlemen they sent me showed up on time well equipped, and the truck was huge. My studio apartment filled only about a quarter of the truck. The gentleman were very pleasant, all smiles , and ready to get to work, which was greatly appreciated ( I would definitely try to rebook them if i can). They communicated with me twice within the morning of my move date to confirm which I thought was great. There was no extra charges on my bill unlike other companies that wanna charge for every single thing, and over time. It really helped out with my budget. I was able to catch a sale for $99 an hour plus gas. The gentleman stayed within the three hour window. They transported my items very well. I was going to bring my own blankets for them to use, and completely forgot to buy some. Thank goodness they offer blankets for sale so I was able to get two from them at a reasonable price. They even solved challenges like getting a sofa bed through a door by taking door off and putting back on etc. No company is perfect, but they were good hard working guys, and stacked up above others we used in the past.
