These guys were phenomenal! I moved from a 2 story condo to an upstairs apartment and also needed them to go to an upstairs storage unit where the elevator was broken and they did it all no problem and without complaints as well as quick! I also am a new mom and it was hard for me to fully pack before the move so they helped me pack. Nothing was damaged and they really went above and beyond. I also came from riverside and moved to oc and their company is based in San Diego so far drive for them but again they didn't complain or act inconvenienced by the difficulty of the move. After 10hrs to move my 3 bedroom home, I will be suing this company. They walked out at 7:25pm without completing my move. Half the boxes were left in the garage or randomly anywhere. Furniture in the wrong place; not assembled. An hour before they left my card was fraudulently (without my consent) charged for $2400 (the estimate was $1100) My cat was locked up for 10hrs & had not eaten anything. I am DISGUSTED at the complete lack of communication, lack of comprehension & ability to actually MOVE A HOUSE. I have moved about 10x in the last 8yrs & this is the 5th time I'm moving the same goods in 2.5yrs due to separating. I am a Senior Project Manager so one could say I have moving down to a science. I'm highly organized & clutter free. I have moved a 3 bed house (1800 sqft) many many times & on average they take 6-6.5hrs, which is in alignment with their estimate of 6.5hrs. I also do a "pre-move" so that I spend the morning hours of moving day being productive at the new house. Yesterday I had some strong college guys disassemble 2/3 beds to make moving more efficient & they also moved about 15 boxes to the new house (I only used about 40 piggy boxes + another 10 cardboard boxes TOTAL which is about 25 less than the average 3 bed move - so much so that Piggy Boxes are refunding me $100 because I had 35 boxes unused (this is good customer service btw). I did have 2 full beds already disassembled in the garage that I clearly advised would be stored in my new garage. There was not 1 thing they had to break down, pack up or spend additional time on. I moved today with a bad cold & I have a rare medical condition that was made worse. - Crew arrived at 9:30 which is the latest any crew has ever arrived for me. - The Lead Mover expressed dissatisfaction with the fact that I needed a washer dryer moved telling me "those are heavy". I had similar commentary about my Master dresser & was asked to empty the light contents which I've never been asked to do before. - The job commenced at 9:45. I got the guys up to speed & headed off to my new place. At 12:30 I was back at the old place to see how things were going only to find the truck wasn't even 1/4 full. i asked lead mover how many more hours till he would be done, he says 2hrs then says 1hr. Me looking around thinking well that's not gonna happen. - At 1:29pm now back at my new place I called CS. She says she will call to find out an ETA. 30 mins later no call back so I called again. All of a sudden she gets a message: 1 more hour. It was 2 more hours turns out. - 3:20pm lead mover calls me to say they are done. Exhales loudly & exclaims how hard it was. Then tells me they taking their lunch now so will be at my new place around 4pm. I have never in my life had a MOVER complain about MOVING (Having lived & moved in 3 countries). Almost 7hrs later they get to my new place. Now that unpacking is happening: - "Where does this box go?" Me "what does the sticker say?" We all look down & say out aloud together "Master Closet"... - Shows mover where to put sofa.... Places sofa in completely different place. - The 2 Full beds that we had multiple conversations about to be stored in the garage...were brought upstairs into several different rooms. Almost 6pm & I just had a FIFTH conversation about the 2 Full Beds. I have gone from wound up to angry. I cannot BELIEVE this ridiculousness. - "Where does this go?"...I say "Bed 2". Where do I find it? Bed 3. This happened MULTIPLE times. Head mover says to me "well you told me, not him"... so now I have to have 3 separate conversations with each mover about 1 single item?! What in the actual F. Updating with images of how they trashed my old place. They did not use plastic carpet covers. I had just got my carpets cleaned a month ago, now will have to get them re-cleaned before handing keys back to my landlord. They also left a bunch of stuff. My attorney has been notified. read more

Great communication and the move was terrific! Movers called me the day of move to inform me they were enroute and asked very specific questions about my furniture so they would be sure to have the appropriate tools. Received a text message when they were 15 minutes away. Two movers and a very clean truck appointed with all the right equipment and tools arrived on time and ready to work. These guys were amazing. We have a lot of bigger furniture and fragile furniture and they wrapped and padded everything so well. They were quick and efficient and I felt all our stuff was in good hands and not going to be damaged. They helped disassemble and reassemble all our stuff too. They even managed to get our over sized couch and a treadmill in the house without any dings or scrapes. These guys hustled and we are incredibly thankful for them and helping with our move. The staff was very communicative throughout the whole moving process, they broke down each expense for the price I was quoted at which allowed me to make some readjustments to the initial amount I was going to pay. Tom the moving manager is a paradigm of "BALANCE". The movers arrived early and led by Tom performed the packing and moving as well as disassembly and prepping in a very efficient manner. No items broken and the price points they offered at $159/ hour for three movers or $189 per hour for four movers, were well priced and fair. Unpacking and entry into the storage spaces itself took about an hour which was also incredible! These people are pros! These people understand MOVING and they understand geometry and logistics-- both components are important when you're handling other people's possessions! We were able to get everything done in 3 and 1/2 hours and they didn't miss a beat when we showed up at the new apartment and the driveway had too big of a hump coming in and the truck would not clear it... they just pulled up on the street and went to plan B and rolled everything in from there. They showed up on time, took a great care of our belongings, finished the move sooner than it was originally estimated and in general were very professional. We had a relatively complex situation - the destination place had a steep and narrow private driveway which wouldn't allow for big trucks so they had to unload our stuff and do a lift on a smaller truck.
