Unfortunately, in the past couple years the quality has declined dramatically. The work has become sloppy, and on each of my last two visits they have actually damaged my shoes. The first time, they were able to improve the damage, so I let it go. This time, multiple pairs in the same order came back damaged, on top of the work being otherwise subpar. I take extremely good care of my shoes, and I can't continue bringing them in for routine work like resoling only to have them come back with damage that wasn't there before. After nearly a decade, I unfortunately no longer trust them with my shoes.
