I used to loved this place until the day I left my gold chains to get fixed. 3 weeks ago I took 2 of my broken chains to get fixed because I was eager to use them again. I'm sure they took up to an inch off one of my chains. In the pictures you can see my chain was up to my manubrium bone (close to my breasts) and now it's up to my clavicle bone (upper chest). When I went to pick up my chains, my mistake was that I didn't put them on while being in the store. I didn't hesitate to call the store no more because a week has passed by and I didn't find out until last night I decided to wear it again. I feel very disappointed because this chain was given to me by my ex boyfriend which I loved so much and lost him due to an accident. read more

When I tried it on, I realized I was a size 5 and asked if he could make it a size 5. He did not charge extra for having to resize again and it was ready within a few days.
