Customer service was terrible!! They were offering ridiculously low percentages on silver that I was trying to pawn.

Had a bad experience with this new guy that works there his name is Mauricio no customer service arrogant and likes to argue with customers. I been a customer with them for a long time maybe over 20 yrs had no problem everyone is excellent and helpful except with this new guy don't know where he come from he acts like he's the owner of the place To Helen and Gino the owner your going to loose customers if you going to have a kind of employee like this on your business its really bad for your business. read more

So first of all the area that the pawnshop in is super scary the front door doesn't work so you have to park in a parking lot and walk for about five minutes to get to the pawnshop which is also in a really scary area so then I get inside and I meet Mauricio nice guy works fast, but he asks me multiple times to do a review for him like multiple times. Ask me to scan a code then watches me scan it just doing too much. Then on top of that I pawn some gold and I know that it's worth $600 cause I looked up the value and how many ounces I had and what carrot I had. Just Stopped in , found this shop on google maps I had seen it had a 4.5 star review . So glad I did , Marricio took care of me and even gave me more than expected . There's no pick up after 5pm cause the safe is close. But they'll buy and sell no problem. No where on there website or online did they say anything about not being able to pick up after 5. On the ticket it says "You may redeem the property you have pledged at any time until the close of business..." waste of time and gas read more

If I could give this shop a -negative review I would. My 63 year old father with alzhimers just got his gold chain with a scorpio on it stolen. I have been calling pawn shops all over town to see if maybe they turned it in. I called and this hispanic lady behind the counter, and I point out her race because unfortunately I didnt get to ask for her name due to her rude commentary. Every one so far has helped me to atleast know if the necklace is in their shop or not besides her. I called and explained the situation and she immediately interrupted me and told me to file a police report, WHICH I ALREADY DID!!! IM DOING MY PART TO HELP!!! I asked if she could simply just help me to know if my item was there, and before I could even tell her what the item was, she then interrupted me AGAIN and said no its not. HOW IS IT NOT THERE IF YOU DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT IM LOOKING FOR. Absolutely rude! Do not come to this money hungry ass place with rude customer service. read more
