Bland farm raised seafood that is absolutely not worth the money they charge. The " lobster" corn dog appetizer is slipper lobster and does not resemble in taste or texture the kind of lobster that calls for such a high price. The snow crab mussels and clams broil we ordered was just as disappointing. It came in a large bowl with water that had absolutely no seasoning. We had to ask for old bay seasoning and butter which it should have come with. Not the worst seafood I've had but definitely not worth the money we spent. If you want good seafood for these prices go to sand lake where the restaurants use fresh wild caught seafood. I went to dinner at Paddlefish at the beginning of March 2017. It was absolutely HORRIBLE! I'm a local, and was very excited for Paddlefish to open up, and what a disappointment. Slow service. Orders weren't right. Overpriced. But that wasn't even the worst part. I left an accurate and very detailed review on FB. Three days later, the Paddlefish FB page reached out to me to say they were sorry to hear of my bad experience, and asked me to email them my address. I promptly emailed the address given, with my address. One month later the general manager, Jimmy, emailed me back. A month later. How is that good customer service; that you ask someone to email you, and then take weeks to get back to them? I was told they would be sending me a gift card, and they would like for me to give them a chance again. I figured why not. Maybe, just maybe, it was a bad day. Maybe they were still working their kinks out. Three months later, no gift card. It seems the reply on the FB was to save face in a public forum, and the clear lack of urgency in the GM's reply, and no follow up - was just hot air. But despite this, I went back last night with friends who wanted to go while we were at Disney Springs. I don't even know where to start..... so let's just say this: save your money, and go anywhere else at Disney Springs. Went up for a late night dinner. After standing for 10 minutes waiting to be seated we sat ourselves. We were then approached by a server who told us that we had to change seats, after doing so no one else came to even give us a menu. After waiting an additional 15 minutes we got up and left. Not what I expected for a higher end Restaurant. My daughter ordered the swordfish and mussels and sent it back. The mussels were nasty and old tasting. To spend 40 a meal and not even get a side salad is ridiculous. My 3 scallops were the size of a half dollar and got 4 Brussel sprouts and the meal cost 36! Won't be back! read more

Made a reservation and was seated almost immediately. Got to the table and all four seats were either greasy, sticky or filled with crumbs. Things happen no biggie. My fiance and I came here for dinner while at disney and I have to say our experience was amazing. Elizabeth was a great server. Came here during sunset hours with my mother and sister. We started off with the crabcakes as an appetizer. Sad to say that this was the only nice part of our meal. We ordered the crab, catfish, and scallops. The catfish was breaded with no seasoning, not even pepper I could say. The crab pot was awful. I spent $34 for one crab cluster with a knuckle broken off. I asked if there would be butter and was told yes. I received a pot of butter water. There was no seasoning, had to ask for old bay, even then, we were just not pleased. We loved our waitress. I mean how is she to know that there is no seasoning on the food that she recommends. I will confidently say that we only ate 60% of our food. We even had to ask for bread at the end because we were still hungry. Good service, but overpriced. I just feel foolish splurging on food that none of us enjoyed and would collectively call unappetizing. Sad to say that we would have been more satisfied by going to Applebees. read more

Decided to give this a try as part of our Disney deluxe dining plan. Poor service. Once we were seated it was almost 15min before we were even given water. The food was fine but not outstanding. Our receipt was miscalculated at $243 for two. Should have been around $100. No problem except you would calculate your tip based on this amount. Also when it was redone from the old Fulton's large windows were added. That would be fine except they were filthy. The window we sat by had 3 streaming areas of bird poo. This is one of the worst Disney dining experiences I've ever had. Don't waste your time. read more

We actually left before we were served water. The restaurant was not cozy at all. It lacked ambiance and felt like a hospital cafeteria. White, sterile and very loud. So loud we couldn't hear ourselves think. I am not going to drop 200 dollars on a dinner where I can't hear the other person. Lighting is way off. Cool lighting was harsh. The Boathouse next door has excellent ambiance. I used to run restaurants and I was shocked that this was the end product to the mass renovations. Sorry but needs work. read more

The food was very good but the two star score is based on the service and also the seaters. When were were brought to our table our hostess was fine but as we were going up the stairs the other host (a very tall guy) was also seating a party and he came by the left side of me up the stairs like he was racing to get his party by us. Seemed very unprofessional. Then our server seemed ok but only very average , it went very downhill as we left. We have a tables in wonderland discount card and someone really needs to educate the servers on the different Disney discounts because our server didn't know the difference and during an I tail discussion of them told us the tables card was the same as the annual passholder (which I also hold) discount, which it is not at all. The table last card included 20% off of alcohol as well as food and then adds an automatic 18% tip on the bill. When I received our bill it was $143++ as we had a bottle of wine with dinner, and as always I verified it included the 18% tip. After I signed it seemed strange the server came and took the signed copy abruptly from the table while we were still there. We got up and we're near the elevator and waiters to take it to the third floor to see the new rooftop bar. While waiting our server very loudly was telling someone she couldn't believe in a $143 dollar bill that we gave her no tip and she has no idea what she did. Wow I couldn't believe what I was hearing, the elevator opened so I didn't go back to correct her nor did I think it was correct to. This was so shocking, and here I was torn weather to give her above the 18% which most of the time I do but didn't feel it was warranted this time. I am considering getting any receipt out and writing a letter to paddlefish with her name but am torn about getting her in trouble because that's not my intent. read more

To start with a positive, the bread with honey butter they serve is great... However, I ordered the salmon as my entree. What regret. I received a small piece of slightly overdone fish with no sauce or seasonings. The menu said it came with spring vegetables and couscous... yet my plate had no vegetables on it. This is one of the worst Disney restaurants. It took 25 minutes for drinks to appear. The rolls that they served were cold. The calamari/Shishito peppers had only two peppers and we had to ask for more peppers. There were small chunks of calamari but mostly breading. The swordfish with mussels had six mussel shells but three were empty. They brought us more mussels. The waitress and manager were excellent. The problem is that the food in the kitchen is terrible.
