Fantastic wine experience! I did the red flight with a 2015 Pinot Noir which was a perfect introduction. The Red Tail V.2, Plume Rouge V.1 and 2015 Malbec were all nicely balanced easy drinking big reds. I also did the 2015 Viognier as an add on which was excellent even to a red enthusiast. The atmosphere was spacious and huge on friendliness. This should definitely be a destination for wine lovers in Southern Oregon. read more

Relaxing environment, laid back service and good food, loved our visit!

AMAZING venue. The private room downstairs in the basement was perfect for the wedding rehearsal, the winery has an exquisite attention to detail, everything is brand new, but it feels rustic. The wine was great, and they had 4 beers on tap (New Belgium, Kona) that were ice cold. I can't say enough great things about this place. Oh, and the views of the hills and valley were breathtaking....highly highly recommend coming out here. read more

For most of us on the Rogue Valley. 2-Hawk was always considered a nice place, but the service was poor and wine was not good. I'm happy to say that they finally have a great winemaker in Kiley Evans. I have enjoyed his wines for years now and 2Hawk should now be a place to revisit. Had a wonderful afternoon yesterday at 2Hawk. The wines were excellent and our server Cher was the very best!!! Friendly, Welcoming and outgoing. We had the Baked Brie Platter and the most outstanding Crème Brulee Cheesecake one could ask for. Would highly recommend to anyone. Even though this place is very attractive, I can certainly understand and agree with the low rating on service. Not once, but twice, I went to look around the place and to inquire for my manager about having a staff retreat or small luncheon party here. Both times upon entering, there were very few people actually in the place, yet the staff never once looked up with a greeting nor asked if I might need some assistance. After standing around, I finally looked around myself, finding my way downstairs to see the facility. Still, after all the time spent looking around, not one offer of help or even eye contact from the staff, who were more interested in talking to each other, I left. After twice missing the opportunity for this winery to have our business after non-existent customer service or simple courtesy extended to an entering customer, we ended up going to Jacksonville to the Schoolhaus Brewhaus for our staff luncheon/retreat and had a great experience there. read more

I've been to 2Hawk before on a busy Friday night and it was okay. Went again on a week day for wine tasting and it was fantastic! The guy that was helping us didn't just bring us a flight of wine to try - he gave us full size wine glasses, sat down with us and talked about each wine we were about to try, told stories about the wine and the winery itself, and made it an overall great experience. The wine is delicious - try the Rosè! Out of all the wineries in the valley, I would choose to go to 2Hawk first. read more

We came to 2Hawk, of which we are regulars, and brought our children this time. We went around 530pm on a Sunday, they close at 7pm, and there was one other couple besides ourselves outside. We were told by staff that children are welcome but only playing bocce ball or sitting at the table, okay, no problem. Everything was going well until I asked my oldest son, 10 years old, to grab my water bottle from the car. He went and his sisters went with him. Walking, not running, not screaming. The waitstaff came outside and advised that this behavior is not allowed and what the owner is fearful of and is not okay, or acceptable. We were taken aback as the kids were acting in perfect behavior, and we decided to leave at once. The waitstaff said that he hates to be the one to crack down the rules, but these are the rules because the owner says so. We promptly paid and left and will never return. Absolutely insane and incredibly rude. If the kids had been being wild, I get it, we wouldn't take our children if they acted out as such, but they are truly good kids, and acted perfectly at this establishment. read more

My favorite place to go wine tasting in the Valley! It's a small winery which is evident in its cozy and charming atmosphere and it's clear to see the heart that the owners have put into the business. Live music and a glass of wine at this venue is a perfect Friday night and it's even nice in the winter when they make it cozy and warm indoors. read more

Upon arrival for a special event, our small table of three was reprimanded for bringing in some chocolates and placing them on the table. On previous visits we have been welcomed and and even assisted with our table arrangement and treats (this is the third year we have selected Two Hawk as our celebratory venue). Our server, Kimberly was friendly, personable, and helpful- but overloaded, so that we spent a lot of time looking after our own needs (e.g., water, wine, food, etc). Two Hawk also changed terms of wine membership, mid year, so that existing members experienced changed or reduced benefits in the middle of the membership year. While we love the venue, and like the wine, the overall experience is lacking, and lately, unpredictable and uninviting. read more

The transformation at 2Hawk is amazing. The new owners have brought in a new wine maker, Kiley Evans. It's worth the visit for his 2016 Sauv Blanc and Grenache Rose. 2Hawk is nothing like it was several years ago. I really do recommend it! read more

Loved the atmosphere and the service. I've been there twice now. The young lady that served us both times was exceptional. Her friendliness, timeliness, and knowledge will be a great factor in growing this business. She was the main reason why I choose 2Hawk Winery for the location to take my board members to lunch. Prices were average for what we got. I try to give Eagle Point my business but my husband & I tired Kristelle winery and were treated so terrible. We were made to feel we were intruding on them 2 hours before they closed. I kept trying to tell Kristelle I wanted to bring a group of ladies for lunch. I got nothing but negative reactions. I'm telling everyone I know, don't bother wasting your money or time at Kristelle. If you want to be treated well, go to 2 Hawk Winery. read more

My wife and I have visited this 2Hawk Winery Twice and were blown away by the entire package! Not only is it Beautiful, but we really enjoyed the wine. The food was awesome! We were so pleased that we purchased 12 cases so that we could gift a nice personal gift (a classy thank you) to our customers that do business at our establishment in California. I get customers in all the time that compliment the excellent 2Hawk wines that they received from us! The Cab is my Favorite and My wife really loves the Viogneir. Also, I have Family in Medford Oregon that also have had nothing but great things to say about 2hawk! My Aunt (Medford Local for 30 years) said that the new owners have a great thing going and that she hears good things about 2Hawk all the time! I will definitely go back to the Winery anytime I am in the area! Great wine, Great food, Great service! read more

My first review from two years ago was not that complementary. Their wines have improved dramatically. Pinot Noir is wonderful. The Plum blend was awesome. The Viognier was good on the colder side. Of course their grounds were immaculate so we sat outside in the shade. A must stop by if you're in the area. Have had the Plume Rouge red blend. Very nice. read more

Ordered the white flight. I don't usually like white wines but these were enjoyable. Then ordered a glass of the Pinot noir with the charcuterie board. 45 min later my charcuterie still didn't come out. Went back to get a refund. Nothing offered for the inconvenience. When someone walks into your establishment and sits at the bar in front of you, wouldn't you greet that person and ask if they would like a menu? Or do you ignore them? The employees of 2Hawk decided to choose the latter. After asking for the menu, there was no attempt to make me feel welcome. Horrible service. P.S. Their viognier is not tasty. read more

A group of friends and I decided to go to 2Hawk last Friday after work for a wine tasting. None of us have been there before and we won't be going back. The place is very inviting and has an interesting decor but the staff could use some work. We approached the bar and asked for the four wine tastings and were told that they don't do tastings on Fridays and suggested we check their website next time. The woman said we could order a glass of wine but then we would also have to pay $5 per person for the live music. Since we couldn't taste their wine we weren't going to buy a glass and pay more for music so we left. This was TERRIBLE customer service. We ended up going to another local winery with better service and live music that we didn't have to pay a cover charge for. I gave them one star or I wouldn't be able to post my review.... read more

Notably things change and I have to say their wines just keep getting better and better by far our favorite local winery. The additional new faces of staff members are fresh and friendly a hallmark for this winery and another reason we keep coming back. We went here tonight because there was a notice in the Tempo that there would be a Chicago Blues band playing. We thought it would be fun to have a few glasses of wine and listen to some good blues. The venue is beautiful, but the wines are sadly lacking. We decided to have a wine tasting flight to start out, and I'm sure glad we didn't buy a bottle. They have some of the worst wines I've ever tasted. All of them had a weird aftertaste, not like something you want in a wine. Some smelled like perfume and had an aftertaste like rubbing alcohol, fuzzed up my tongue and just didn't taste like something you want to drink. I don't know if it's because of the age of the wines--they were pouring a 2011 Temperanillo and 2012 Voignier, as well as a white blend (the only drinkable wine at all, and not great--smelled like a boxed Chablis and only tasted marginally better), and a Syrah. Nothing was older than 2009, though they had a 2008 Cab or something on the menu (but not in the tasting flight). That was it, 4 wines, very tiny tastes, for $6. In this case, it was good it wasn't more, because I could not drink any of them if they were more than a couple sips. All in all, this was a sad experience. We had our sad little flight of four tiny tastes and hubby's little dish of Marcona almonds ($3) and left when the band took a break. I couldn't imagine sitting there listening to the band when there was nothing drinkable to enjoy. They need to concentrate on producing decent wines and perhaps letting them age a sufficient amount of time. All of the energy and effort appears to have gone in to building the tasting room, which is beautiful. My advice, skip this one and go to one of the better wineries. You will get better wines and a better value elsewhere. This stuff isn't worth drinking. Buy a bottle of 2 buck Chuck and you'll be happier. read more

Been here three times first time was okay with 4 people. Beautiful open patio. Fun guy flat bread is okay topped with variety of mushrooms but lacking any interesting or notable flavor. Awful customer service. 2nd and 3rd times felt like the waitress didn't even want us there. Completely unhelpful when inquired about the wine list. They offer zero input on the different varietals and no guidance whatsoever in regards to note tasting. Had zero description for ANY of the wine (both times with different staff). I felt like I was in a long line at McDonalds rushed to pick a soda. They weren't busy, it was a beautiful day both times and the waitstaff was only helpful as we left the second time. The third time I had to hunt someone down to pay for my one glass of wine that definitely would have been two had they come around, and my dish. Again, they were not busy at all. They didn't come around to offer a second glass or to see how the first one was. They never asked about how we wanted the ticket to be divided so it was a mess to get my order paid for. They didn't place plates and utensils for us or water. The lady that rang me up kept calling me hun. Only reason I come here is because the location has been convenient for different gatherings. I will advocate for different location regardless next time. Wines by the glass were 7$ and the 6 inch flatbread was 16$. Way over priced for the lackluster customer service and bland flavors. read more

I usually don't review, but ....Wow, Wow, Wow!! I have been so impressed with the quality of new wines being released since the Allen's purchased this vineyard. The Autumn / Fall wine release 11/12/17 is beyond fabulous. Normally, I am a lover of white wine but they are turning my head on that one. All of the wines in this release are fantastic. The Red's are amazing! The new Darow Pinot Noir is sublime. I must say and friends agree... This is the best wine club release in the valley. The catered food and the wine pairings are a treat. Get there early and enjoy all that 2 Hawk has to offer because this best-kept secret is busting out! If I could give 2 Hawk more than a 5-star star review I would because everything about this place is exceptional. read more

We had the best time at 2 Hawks Winery! We ended up there by chance and wish we had gotten there a lot earlier, we hated to leave...they we're closing :) It was the best winery experience that we have ever had. They treated us as if we were their best friends. The food was phenomenal and the wines even better!! If we weren't from Minnesota we would go there as often as we could! This is a MUST VISIT if you are passing through the Rogue Valley. It seems like the entire wine tasting room building is made of reclaimed and local materials - old hickory and fir timbers, wine bottle chandeliers, river rock walls, grapevine trim, wine barrel tables and chairs..you get the idea. Very hip and VERY VINTAGE. They actually had me the minute I saw the old iconic bicycle next to an old salvaged Penzoil barrel by the reclaimed entrance door :) (I'm an avid cyclist.) The lighting, AMBIENCE, an overall feel of the spacious tasting room is absolutely wonderful. Anyway - that's just the tasting room building. The wines and food are top notch. We had a couple of "flights" of wine. I ended up buying a bottle of Viognier - which is one of their pride and joys. I don't drink a lot of Viognes but this one may convert me. I also bought a Merlot which was superb. For food we ordered their little wild mushroom and pepperoni pizzas. And then there is the setting. It's surrounded by their vineyard and has views of the Rogue Valley. We were there in January, but they have a lot of outdoor seating for warmer weather and they apparently have really good live music there during the summer months. And last but definitely not least were the friendly and welcoming people working there. We spent a lot of time just sipping wine and chatting with AMY, AUTUMN, and SARAH. Well done 2Hawk management!! I rarely give 5 star reviews but this is deserving, and we will definitely be coming back when we return to the area in the Spring! read more

We didn't go here for the wine tasting, we went to relax, have a glass of wine, some good munchies, and enjoy - excellent experience - the cheese plate was fantastic and our server, Kaleigh, was perfect. I'm not sure the previous reviews are fair as they are one dimensional...we became fans and this will be our go to place...our service was great, location is great - especially at sunset, great vibe, and the cheese plate/munchies were great..looking to expand menu in the future - WE WILL BE THERE !!! read more

Great Atmosphere! I was recently at two hawk with my mother and aunt for a glass of wine after passing by this winery many times. The Viognier did not disappoint! This is a great destination for a warm weekend afternoon and I look forward to seeing bands play there during the summer. read more

My friends and I came to check out a blues band at 2Hawk last night. The band, atmosphere and wines were amazing! However, my only complaint was our server Cali who didn't know much about the wines and came off rather rude to us, as well as other employees she was interacting with. Went to 2 Hawks yesterday, (Saturday), winery had a couple of groups but mostly empty as it was only an hour or so until closing. Simple order of a glass or wine, a wine flight and hummus plate. Paid at 6:15, by 6:46 still no hummus plate. Servers seemed pretty indifferent to the patrons. More interested in chatting behind the bar with other workers and ordering their dinner. Went to the bar for my last pour of the flight, and asked them to credit me for the hummus plate as I no longer wanted it. I was told they would credit me and still bring the plate, it was on the house. 10 minutes later I asked if they had done the credit and was told no. Gave them my card and was told that it did go thru and I was given a different receipt showing the lower amount. Checked my acct today and only the original charge and no credit. Not going to fight over the $9 as I did eat the hummus plate but there are too many other good wineries in the area to ever go back here. read more
