This place is the typical stealership we all hate. Do not take you vehicle here for maintenance. Especially if you have limited car knowledge. They will take advantage and pressure you with expensive unnecessary maintenance. $87 for an oil filter and 5qts of oil. ( Expensive but not terribly unreasonable) $90 for a cabin air filter ( This one is truly rediculous. Its a 2-3 minutes task and a $10 filter.) $38 for a engine air filter ( less than a 2 minute task and a $15 filter) Both the cabin and engine air filters were changed 10k miles before they were scheduled due. " Recommend a engine decarbonization for $200" the vehicle has 20k miles. Even at 100k miles this would be unnnecessary overkill. Go to Plaza tire or a trusted local mechanic for your oil changes or general maintenance. The Ford Paducah dealership will overcharge you with a smile. read more

I want to share my experience so other buyers can be aware before purchasing from this dealership. In 2025 I purchased what was represented to me as a brand-new 2024 Ford F-250 Super Duty Platinum from Paducah Ford. This was my first brand-new truck purchase, so naturally I expected transparency and honesty. Unfortunately, after the purchase I discovered evidence indicating the vehicle had sustained transport damage and had been repainted prior to being sold, which was never disclosed at the time of sale. Here are the key facts: * On May 14, 2025, an inspection at another local Ford dealership identified repainting and overspray on the vehicle. * On May 22, 2025, I discovered a handwritten notation on the rear driver-side window that read: "Transport Dmg - Jack Cooper Transport. Take to Shop." * When I contacted Paducah Ford about this, I was told there were no records of paintwork or damage. Since then, the responses I have received have minimized the issue and framed it as minor cosmetic "imperfections." However, the concern is not about cleaning or repainting something now. The concern is that a vehicle with prior damage and repair work appears to have been sold as new without disclosure. Instead of acknowledging the situation, the dealership has continued to characterize the matter as something that could simply be "fixed," which does not address the core issue. What should have been an exciting experience purchasing a new truck has instead been extremely stressful and disappointing. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise potential buyers to think carefully before doing business with this dealership and to thoroughly inspect any vehicle for prior damage or repairs before completing a purchase. read more

Took off work to buy a used vehicle for my son. Drove vehicle and decided to move forward with the purchase. When dealer discovered that I was paying cash and not trading any thing they increased the price of the vehicle 6k over advertised price. They said the advertised price had some small print saying that you had to finance and have a trade in. I declined and left. I do not recommend anyone do business here. My wife and I were traveling from Clinton, MO to Cumming, GA early March, 2024 when our 2023 Ford Bronco Sport developed a "clunking sound" under the engine. The PF service department (Arron Rucker, Asst Mgr and his team) arranged for a quick review of our vehicle and analyzed the problem to determine if they could fix it. Even though PF could not then and there fix the noise, they did talk us through some of our difficult choices. We decided to return home and not chance a more challenging problem than we already had. While we were waiting and thinking about a possible replacement vehicle, Mike Felker in sales cordially showed us a few options. This episode could have been worse than it turned out...by far. The mechanics' analysis of our vehicle cost us $180 and our trip did not go as planned. But God works in ways that make sense to reasonable folks, and we are glad to have known a few there at PF! NOTE: Now March 12. Yesterday we had Gregg Smith Ford here in Clinton fix the "clunking" noise coming from the front end of the Bronco. It took their suspension tech a 5-minute drive to diagnose, then about 10-15 minutes to fix. NO CHARGE either! GSF service manager said he'd spoken with Mr. Rucker at PF service department, and told Mr. Rucker what the cause of the clunking most likely was. My wife and I were charged $200.00 at PF when the problem should have been easily and quickly solved. Sorry this review got a little long but the lesson learned is to be careful about dealing with PF service department. Had to take away one star upon further developments.... read more

DON'T GO HERE!!! DISASTER!!! Where do I start.... We recently moved to rural TN and brought our 2019 Mazda here for service because at 1 hour away, it was the closest dealer, and we have a Mazda prepaid maintenance plan. I'm not sure they really are a Mazda dealer because they told us they don't accept MAZDA prepaid maintenance plans. Other negatives... our 1 hour routine maintenance appointment lasted 3 hours and appeared to include a lunch break for the folks working there while our car sat taken apart and untouched for upwards of an hour. The waiting area was small and included no complimentary refreshments, and the vending machines stole our money. When we asked the front desk about the vending machine, they just laughed as if it was a common occurrence. Most of the employees we encountered were rude and unhelpful. We will never return to this location and were very disappointed. read more

5 times my 2016 Lincoln MKX has been in the service department to repair an oil leak under warranty. It still leaks.. This has to be the most incompetent service department in the entire area. My daughter moved from Kansas City, Missouri to Knoxville, Tennessee on March 10, 2023. While driving, her car broke down on the highway outside of Paducah, Kentucky. It was towed to the nearest dealership, Paducah Ford Lincoln Mazda. It has now sat at Paducah Ford Lincoln Mazda for over three and a half months, waiting to be fixed under a recall by Ford. The service department states that they have checked the entire United States and the part is on emergency back order...for three and a half months. They will not give her a loaner car, even though it s covered by Ford. When we track down the parts they need, nope, they must come directly from Ford to be covered. The entire time, my daughter still must make her car payments for a car that she cannot drive. Service team is very unhelpful. If I could give less than a one star review, I would. Took my car in to the service department to have what I thought was a simple problem fixed. They gave me a $2100 estimate. I left and took it to a private mechanic who I didn't tell that I had already taken to the Ford dealership. He fixed the problem for $355. I will never go back to PF. read more

Having standing issues with our truck. If you have a Ford maintenance agreement they like to change your recommended oil change from 5,ooo to 10,000. When my wife called. Service mgr. Does not tell the truth, in the times we have talked to him. So my wife calls and talks to Dan the owners son and I was sitting next to her in car. She said she was going to call Ford motor, Dan then came back and told her if your going to that then pick up your truck. My wife talked to owner and he was as bad and called her a liar. Not sure if it's the technicians, or the service manager approving the scummy service I had before, but I don't care to find out. Avoid like the Plaque! Ultimately I'm an idiot from purchasing from this place... Here is how my experience went. Purchased a 2013 Ford Focus. During the entire process the only person who showed us any interest was of course the Sales Person. A few days after the purchase we notice the vehicle's transmission is acting very strange: pull out into traffic the car doesn't want to go, shifts hard, grinds and rattles. I call the dealership to report this and was laughed at! They went on to tell me to just drive the car and it would get better. I drove the car... It got worse. I go to the dealership on a Saturday for service, I'm told I can only make an appointment over the phone... I'm standing in front of the guy and his service calendar is between us... So I get in touch with the sales person a few days later, I also at that point did some research on the issues with the car and found out it is common and is reported with varying levels of trouble. I call Ford customer service and am told to contact the Better Business Bureau because if I was not facing an express service issue there was no need in contacting them. I finally get an appointment with the dealership. I take the vehicle in at 7:30 am. a few hours later I notice my vehicle parked outside, I ask if it is finished they say yes. I ask what had been done to it. They say nothing.... I was told they "looked for updates" and since it didn't have any "no repairs were needed". So I have, at that point, a vehicle that makes grinding and rattling noises, doesn't go when you push the accelerator and its considered normal... You know I'm not the absolute smartest person in the world but in all my experience if you have a vehicle that makes strange noises and doesn't go when you push the gas : you have a broken vehicle. I contact Ford Customer service again and again I'm told these are normal "characteristics" of this vehicle and there is nothing they are willing to do to help me. I ask both Ford Customer Service and the Dealership to take me out of the vehicle since it obviously is defective. I was met with resounding NO's from both. Ultimately I traded the vehicle back, I spent 22k on the vehicle, they gave me 14k back - now I had only put 800 miles on the car - and that was only after nearly going into shock when they said they would give me 13k - nearly 10k loss in trade due to a defective vehicle.... They so ****** me. I ended up giving up another 2k in down payment and an antique vehicle to overcome the negative equity to make the new deal work (on a Mazda). Over this entire experience I was ignored, shunned, laughed at, talked about when they thought I couldn't hear. Had no help from Ford itself; which the dealership just laughed about. I had the Sales Person telling me to get a lawyer the whole time. I don't think I have ever been in a more Unprofessional atmosphere. I was severely taken advantage of. Worst group of people I have ever delt with in my life. They have been the most unprofessional, caniving, unethical dealership I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. They sold me a new truck with body damage, were VERY hard to get along with as far as getting the damage repaired, and flat out called me a liar and would not fix the wheel that they damaged while switching tires, I even have the photos to prove that the wheels were damaged while in their possession. Since I live out of town I had to take my brand new truck to a local body shop to have to work done, Dan and Larry Stovesand, the general manager and the owner of Paducah ford, tried every angle they could to pass all the damage off on ford even though it was not warranty work, so all in all the entire process of getting my truck repaired took right at a month to get fixed from the day I picked the truck up to the day I got it back. I own a construction company so not having a truck for me is like a pilot not having a plane to fly, just doesn't work. I asked Dan Stovesand the general manager about a rental while my truck was being repaired and was told that I could only have $30 a day for a few days but that was it, after some arguing he finally agreed to reimburse me what it cost me to rent a truck for a few days, when the check came in the mail for reimbursement they shorted me almost $100 and Larry Stovesand the owner himself told me "tough, that I got all I was going to get from them". Every step of getting my BRAND NEW truck fixed was horrible, they have the worst business ethics and worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. The owner and the general manager, who just happen to be father and son, go figure, are the 2 biggest scum bags you will ever encounter, do yourself a HUGE favor and go anywhere else in the world to buy a new vehicle, Paducha ford truly gives the ford name a bad image. read more

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. My experience with Paducah Ford in Kentucky has nothing but excruciating and unprofessional. They have kept car in their position for over 2 months, until I was left with no choice but to move the car to another dealer. They used non qualified mechanics that did damage to the car to the point of having to have an entire new engine put in, and refused to used to seek help from an actual Mercedes specialist. The same non qualified mechanics put the engine in improperly according to the Mercedes dealership they bought the engine from. They have failed to deliver a car that work. When they attempted to deliver the car, it came on a truck bed with the engine light on. The first time I drove the car, two mouths after the purchase, it stalled. It's been in the local mercedes dealership for a month. and they continue to find things wrong with it due to the previous mechanics.
