I've ordered twice now from Padula's: once by a delivery service and once pick up. Both times to feed 4 adults. Here's the scoop. First time: cost~$80 with tip: 1large supreme pizza, cheesy bread, large salad. Second time: cost~$100 with tip: family meal - baked ziti, salad, bread and added 12 meatballs and a medium supreme pizza. Impressions: food is well cooked, well seasoned overall. Good value for price. Pizza toppings are plentiful sauce is robust and crust is crispy where it should be. The ziti needed more cheese in my opinion but was plentiful. The bread that came with it was delicious ( could we get more?) salad was fresh and the dressing is homemade ( Cesar). The group agreed the meatballs were the best anyone has ever had. The family dinners serve what they say they serve. Excellent bargain. Pizza prices not worth delivery service cost. read more

It's delicious! The restaurant is small but clean and neat. Jay, the owner was manning the counter. He's knowledgeable, super friendly and helpful. The menus are new and really neat looking and loaded with plenty of choices, including apps, chicken wings and salads. Prices are reasonable, too. Of course, you can order ahead by calling or online. Check it online because there are specials. And you can carry out, dine in or get your order delivered. I, of course, came in to order. Ordered the pie with everything, the Garbage pizza. I have tried to order food several times. Each time the order is taken but never made. No attempt to contact me back to give a reason. They just don't bother making the food. Each time after I have waited for my food to be made and go to pick it up the order isn't ready. No explanation or care is given in the slightest. Extremely rude and non caring. Ordered a large supreme pizza and a greek salad with caesar dressing, to be picked up from DoorDash on a Sunday evening. This was my first time ever eating from this pizzeria, and other than Pizza Hut, unfortunately I've found myself very disappointed by the offerings in the Spring Hill area. Fortunately, I found the pizza to be chock full of plentiful toppings, the pepperoni was nicely cooked, spicy, and curled up around the edges. I'll add about the salad when we eat that, likely later tonight (10/01/2023), or tomorrow. I would have given it five stars but the crust could have used more cooking so next time, I'll ask for it to be more done. -- edit: the salad was excellent, and was huge! I ate it for two days as a meal, the dressing was delicious and probably the best Caesar dressing I've ever tasted (and I've been eating various brands for three decades now). This tasted fresh. We've gotten pizza and wings here a handful of times and the pizza never disappoints. Freaking amazing! This most recent time ordering carry out online I tried to use our $10 off coupon which didn't work. We got 24 dry rub wings and it was insanely over seasoned. We got it before and they were great. This time it was as if the cover of the seasoning bottle came off and they were like...oh well. Even after removing the skin and scraping it, it was still way too salty. Thankfully their service was great and they agreed to credit us or replace the wings. Would still recommend even after this little bump in the road. Well just like Padulas Yelp rating, the pizza is mediocre. The pizza itself looked much thicker than what I am used to however it didn't taste to much thicker. There was barely any sauce on it and it was super greasy. If I had a choice, and I always do, this wouldn't be my first, second, or third pick. This is like I'm drunk and don't want Pizza Hut pizza and that's great if that's what you're into. However it's not what I'm into. We tried their pizza at my son's school when they brought their food truck. The pizza was pretty good! We are picky in our home so it's a high bar. I'd say the crust was a bit chewy for our tastes and the sauce was a little sweeter than we are used to but, we still really enjoyed it. I was horrified! They state out front and on their menu gluten free options available. They also have a gluten free disclaimer, which most restaurants have today. However, when we went to order, they didn't seem to concerned about cross contamination. I watched them "heat up" the GF lasagna in a microwave, which was used for gluten items as well. The kitchen staff did NOT wear gloves at anytime. After handling GF food with bare hands, they wiped their hands on their apron and pants which had flour on them. I DO NOT recommend this restaurant. It was so scary for food safety, GF aside, I wouldn't recommend it for a non gluten person. Stay away! The food purchased was thrown away. read more

Greasy, greasy, greasy!!!!! I wish I had taken a picture of the boxes. We ordered 2 pizzas, 2 calzones, breadsticks, 2 orders of cinnamon knots, lasagna, and a Pepsi. The middle of the veggie pizza wasn't done, the breadsticks were burnt, and the icing was separated and the top looked like water or oil. Other than the Pepsi, the lasagna was the best choice. Drove from Miami to visit family here in SpringHill. Was hungry for pizza, looked for pizzeria in the area gave Padula pizzeria a try my husband wanted Papa John told him let's try this location. By my surprise pizza was so delicious everything taste so fresh. Staff super friendly, meet Jason super nice making you feel so at home he introduced us the owner very nice as well. I ordered a Sicilian pizza with fresh garlic and basil for pick up. I've had their Sicilian pizzas before, and they are pretty delicious. When I got to the counter, I paid and when I opened the box I saw they made it a hand-tossed pie instead. I let the young lady working know about the mistake. She didn't know what to do. There was an angry older gentleman telling her to hurry up and do a remake. It was a really hostile environment, and the older gentleman was complaining to the rest of the staff that he "would've been done already but [he] had to stop to make another f*cking pie." He asked me who I talked to on the phone, and I honestly didn't remember apart from her being female and asking me what size pizza I wanted after I asked for a Sicilian. In the end, I got my Sicilian pie after 30 more minutes of waiting. And I got to see the process in full! From frozen foccacia to toppings to oven. Jessica was nice enough to apologize and thank me for waiting despite having a shithead for a boss yelling at her all night. There is a better way to coach people than degrading them. I don't understand why a restaurant would want to make their customer feel like they are at fault for asking for what they ordered. I think that Padula's has the best tasting pizza sauce in Spring Hill. I've gone there often and always loved their pizza. My last visit a few weeks ago, something was different. I noticed it on my way home after picking up my order. I could smell the cheese which seemed different. When I got home I grabbed a slice and started eating, and the cheese didn't taste the same.
