We've ordered from them a few times and it's been great every time! My favorite is the chicken, bacon, & ranch pizza

I ordered a Sicilian pizza with fresh garlic and basil for pick up. I've had their Sicilian pizzas before, and they are pretty delicious. When I got to the counter, I paid and when I opened the box I saw they made it a hand-tossed pie instead. I let the young lady working know about the mistake. She didn't know what to do. There was an angry older gentleman telling her to hurry up and do a remake. It was a really hostile environment, and the older gentleman was complaining to the rest of the staff that he "would've been done already but [he] had to stop to make another f*cking pie." He asked me who I talked to on the phone, and I honestly didn't remember apart from her being female and asking me what size pizza I wanted after I asked for a Sicilian. In the end, I got my Sicilian pie after 30 more minutes of waiting. And I got to see the process in full! From frozen foccacia to toppings to oven. Jessica was nice enough to apologize and thank me for waiting despite having a shithead for a boss yelling at her all night. There is a better way to coach people than degrading them. I don't understand why a restaurant would want to make their customer feel like they are at fault for asking for what they ordered. Padula's has decent pies, but the customer service experience and work environment are terrible. read more

Excellent food especially pizza, highly recommend the lasagna also. All kinds of family meals.

Before they changed owners we would order from Padula's regularly. My wife would order the eggplant Parmesan. The last three times she order the dinner she was extremely disappointed. One time it was overcooked; second time the plastic cover was melted into the dinner and the third time it was terrible. We gave not ordered anything from Padula's based on the quality of the food recently and probably will not in the future. read more

Got a mushroom and cheese pizza. I guess im used to fresh mushrooms, but they use canned ones. And the cannned ones may have been ok but the mushrooms were kind of glopped in little islands around the pizza and really didnt pick up the cheese and sauce flavors. Its like it wasnt cooked enough for the mushrooms to meld with the rest of the cheese and they tasted like well mushrooms out of a can. read more

Padula's was given a chance today to impress us. Overall, they failed. The pizza arrived within the allotted time, but what we got was substandard. We had ordered a simple large pepperoni to be able to compare it with other places. What we got was a medium temperature pizza, with two pieces that had virtually no cheese/no sauce/no topping. Very unimpressive. The pepperoni was in several cases black at the edges - I guess some may like this? For now, we're sticking with our existing pizza source. read more

Padula's has been my go to for a long time. But the last 6 months it's really changed for the worse. Extra cheese pizza next to a regular pizza and you can't tell the difference. You now have to check the pizza and calzones before you leave, because they will look good on the top and be burnt badly on the bottom. I don't know why it says im in Cali. Padulas was the first pizza that I had in Spring Hill. When I first flew across the pond about 12 years ago, this was the place where we would get takeout or delivery given its proximity to my parents' house in Pristine Place. Everything was good until one day we had a bad pizza from there. After that we never went back. Fast forward about six years and I find myself back with an open mind and, empty stomach, ready to sample three slices of various pizzas again. At this point, I was eight places into the competition, and I was curious to see how it would stack up. Unfortunately, when the slices initially came out they were not hot, more like luke warm, but the staff promptly took them back and they came out right the second time. I didn't especially care for their regular cheese or pepperoni pizzas. Again, I think other people do a slightly better one. What I did dig however was their thicker pizza with the 6 meats. Got your attention right? This pizza was very good. Lots of cheese, lot of toppings and not a small portion either. I will definitely be popping back in to have some more of this bad boy when I can finally face pizza again. read more

Best pizza we've had in years!! Always great service, exceptionally fast delivery except on weekends (which is to be expected) Last night we ordered an extra large supreme, my mother was staying the night and will usually eat a half to one slice of pizza....she went back for a second slice then raved the rest of the night how good pizza was....my mother used to work for a very high end pizza place in Chicago for almost 20 years, its rare for her to compliment any pizza so hats off to Padulas, you won my mother over!!! read more

Good pizza, definitely better than Pizza Hut, domino's, or and any of those corporation pizza places . My three stars is probably more like most peoples four stars. I am just saving the four stars for truly excellent pizza, and five stars for the best pizza which I have not had in this area yet. Also, sorry about no picture because I am reviewing this about a week after I had it. If you like a pizza with a lot of sauce, then this is definitely for you, I could do with probably half the sauce they use and cheese all the way to the crust. It has a thick crust which I prefer, but might be cooked a minute or two too long. And my family were very picky and we all prefer certain pizzas but with this one we all like it and able to order it for everyone. read more

Worst night ever!! 20 minutes on the phone repeating my card number asked for a delivery and a hour they call me asking me when I was going to pick it up! Then finally my food gets here and it's not even right!! Instead of zeppoles I got cinnamon rolls and no pepperoni on my pizza!! And my food was cold I had to put it in the oven myself!!! The chicken with white sauce pasta was delicious. It was creamy and had just enough Broccoli in it. One of my favorite appetizers is the mushrooms. The dipping sauce they give with it has a hint of horseradish in it. The service was polite and expedient. read more

I voted it four stars because I love one item on their menu and that is the item that I always get. Which is a pepperoni stick. I don't really eat any other items from here because I like traditional New York style pizza but the pepperoni sticks and the sausage sticks are amazing read more

This was our first order from this place. It arrived in a sad state. The pizza box appeared to have been pushed down and bent. The pizza had slid to one side and toppings stuck to box lid. The two orders of boneless wings were also smashed, cold and plain. We ordered two different flavors. I called in immediately and was told that since they were getting ready to close all they could do is credit us for a future order. We tried to place the replacement order and were told that they have no record of a complaint and when I offered to supply pictures as proof...the manager told me it didn't matter..."anyone could have done that to try and get a credit." I highly recommend you avoid this establishment. Way over priced for inferior product and horrendous customer service. read more

They kept making repeat my my credit card over the phone 3 times and I said I will just pay cash. Then they didn't bring my pizza, I called 1.5 hours later and they said it was on the way. A total of 2 hours later, I say where is my pizza and they say "oh I tried calling you back for the address 3 times and I left a message.". I say I have no messages and no voice mail and Jason the manager hangs up on me. Not happy! read more

I would say I have never had their pizza and I will not start to eat here for any reason. During these hard times we have received free pizza from another company pizza from a mobile unit. Pamela's pizza had come over and harassed these people trying to thank us for our service to the public. They called the police and told them to leave. The truck went around to the back and again Padula pizza came and harassed the company and called the police again. They were not stealing customers but trying to do something to say thank you the the employees of the grocery company for showing up at work every day for countless hours of service. This is me boycotting your business and letting people know how rude and nasty you were to a company that does so much for our community. Shame on you. I will have 0 stars for this company read more

I can't say enough nice things about this place. The friendliness of the staff is so warming and inviting. The food is worth every cent. They even went above and beyond to deliver a pizza to my brother for his birthday when his address was a big inconvenience. Thank you, Padula's! read more

I almost never give an establishment 1 star unless its for a good reason or i care about fellow yelpers. In this case its worse. Lets begin our horror story. Came in to order a nice pie, a few dinner plates and some pasta and wings. Guess what? wings are the menu but they had non.. strike 1. I pay the woman for my food and then i guess she didn't like the shock on my face when she told me "we don't sell wings".. then i say to myself BUT ITS ON YOUR MENU! so now the rudeness begins. i have my hand stretch to receive my change and she drops it on the counter next to my hand. I say "ok no problem maybe she doesn't like to touch peoples hands; i respect that" but NO! she goes to the back.. takes out a rag and wipes the counter. Ok cool she is wiping the counter she is being clean.. NOPE! she then goes to kneading some dough, didn't wash her hands mind you. Now another customer comes and she rings them out; guess what? she goes back to kneading the dough again without washing her hands! Common on now! the sink is right next to you. I take my food home; gladly that pizza she was making wasn't mine because i never saw it hit the box from the oven (i feel bad for the poor soul who it belonged to). they just have me one from the oven i guess they had prepared or something; good magic trick for sure. Eating the pizza i noticed the crust is disgusting, its a real dark yellow and task like something out of a Pillsbury dough boy canister . cheese is definitely not real cheese. I tasted better cheese from the franchise pizzerias. Sauce was bearable but way too salty; trust me i can take my salt. Ziti noodles were pretty hard and didn't taste very cooked and the chicken was very chewy and felt like rubber in the mouth. My salad was nasty; taste like 2 week old lettuce.. it was wilted and the veggies had a sour taste to them; it went immediately into the garbage. I did not mean to be rude in this message nor do i have anything against the people who own the establishment; they probably are wonderful people but i am being honest when i say the food is not good and its definitely not clean. I'm only looking out for my fellow yelpers who i view like distant family in the community. This is coming from someone who move into the area from NYC 11 weeks ago. I have been a customers at Padilla's pizzeria for almost 4 years in the last year while ordering even thou they repeat it back has been wrong. The last one was meatball parm instead of mozzarella I asked for provolone but guess what no sauce. I spoke to a worker explained my problem had to hold while he spoke to his manager but the cook got on and asked there was no sauce I said no well let me see if I can discount the next thanks but no thanks. Tonight was the first time I ever ordered from Padula's... I'd heard good things about it and our normal place is closed on Sunday's and aside from the Big Chains this was my only option for pizza delivery. I ordered the special which was 10 wings and a large cheese pizza and also a steak sub to split up. The price was considerably higher than the other places in the area and they quoted a time of 45 minutes but in reality it was 1 hour and 15 minutes before they showed up. Thy also charged a delivery fee and the items were far from hot and fresh (did I mention I live 2.5 miles from the location?). The pizza was undercooked and doughy... the hoagie was bland and nothing special... finally the wings looked like they had been manhandled pretty badly and had some big chunks of meat that were missing from them. The sauce was also really uneven and it looked like they had just baked them plain in the oven and then drizzled some sauce on them as an afterthought. To sum it up I don't think I'll be ordering from them again and I'd tell anyone else to skip it and order from PJ's or Pizza Villa instead. read more

The best Italian take-out in Spring Hill. I'm from pizza country, NY, and this place can stand up to any of their pizza and extras. The delivery was fast. The calzone was yummie. The pizza amazing. This is the ONLY pizza place that delivers out to the backwoods where I live! Thank Goodness they are good! We started with the family antipasto salad. It had some of everything in it! Meat, cheese, crisp spring mix, peppers, fresh tomatos, etc! Thin crispy crust with itty bitty pepperoni! yummm, The kids got their version of a "supreme" it was scarrffed up and gone! We get white pizzas normally with spinach and artichokes. Those have been good. We only have a couple places that deliver where we live. With right leg amputation not too long ago, some days it's easier to order out. We haven't re been in there to eat. I did have my credit card info stolen two years ago from a delivery boy. The bank gave me my money. He tried to use it again they caught him. Now when I have to hand my card to someone, I let them know, what happened. It has never happened anywhere again. I can not give them a 1 star because I have not tried their pizza. However, it would be nice if their drivers would not run red lights at a school zone. Making a u-turn on a red light is still illegal. When I called to report they acted like they could care less. Drivers be aware when the drivers are out. I have been ordering pizza from here for 5-6 years. I feel that I have always tip the driver well (at least $10 or more depending on the order). Tonight I called and placed a $55.00 order not including tip. They call me back and say sorry you are not in our delivery area. I tell them that they have been delivery to me for several years. The rude girl on the phone says so do you want to come pick it up? Saw this pizza place after eating at the breakfast place next door. We grabbed a menu and took it home. A few nights later we attempted to order from them. First we tried online but their gluten free pizza didn't show up on the online menu. We then called in and asked for the gluten free pizza. The person on the phone had to ask others if they served gluten free pizza. After much discussion they decided they did. We added another pizza, a specialty pizza on their menu that the person in the phone again didn't know they served. Finally we asked for an appetizer from their menu which after more discussion they decided they didn't have. We canceled the order and will likely never go back.
