Great pizza lots of toppings, I've had their wings, pasta and meatballs subs everything is great. I haven't had a bad meal

I still stick by the 3 stars because the food is good but they're the worst for service. They also seem to close early regularly depending on time of year. They also took down their hours on the front of the store, i assume so they can close when they want. Unless youre ordering super early in the day or afternoon and picking it up in person dont bother. And always check your food before leaving. read more

Completely underwhelming. Ordered a crispy chicken salad and got mostly white iceberg lettuce which has no flavor, 1 slice of tomato and 2 small slivers of red onion. The breading fell off of the chicken so I had bites of breading and bites of non breaded chicken (and not at the same time). The worse part is that they put the cheese on top of the hot chicken, then placed the smallest bag of croutons (a joke) on top and sealed it, making the cheese melt into a flat congealed mess. The garlic bread must have had Parmesan cheese in it but it was pooled in the middle creating garlic Parmesan chunks that I literally spit out. We were charged $3.00 for the smallest brownie. Definitely won't be back, lesson learned. read more

Excellent gluten free pizza! The crust does not taste premade, like you will get at a lot of places. The staff is friendly and has gotten my order correct each time - I always ask for light sauce as sadly tomatoes do not agree with me. I wish there was a Paesan's closer to my house, but I get their pizza when I visit my mom so it makes me want to visit her more frequently :) Also the family who owns Paesan's gives back a lot to the community and I think that is fantastic as well! read more

so i spend around $80 getting wings and 20 of them was supposed to be hot bbq but when i received them the 20 that was suppose to be hot bbq lloked like they just dabbed a little hot sauce on them so i called and let them know about the mistake on their end so they said if i bring them back they will remake them but when my brother took them back and they never remade them they took the same wings and poured what looks like an entire bottle of bbq sauce on them i was upset i tried to suck it up because i dont olay about my food now i tried to eat two but I couldn't do it and i called and told them how i am disappointed in the treatment and its not ok they said i can come back and get a refund but when he went to get it and took the food back the guy said he can give a discount only because i ate some of the wings i clear container was visibly filled up half way with bbq these ppl are out of line i dont want my money or a discount i just want to inform everyone about the treatment. I was put on to this place by a co worker and she had the same wings but they did not look how they did when they prepared them for me. read more

These guy's do a great job at this location. The owner is usually on running the store in a proficient professional manner. The pizza is great and I get wraps which are also very good. It's nice to frequent this shop on a regular basis, never disappointed. read more

In my opinion, this Paesan's doesn't live up to the reputation of the other locations. I'm a big Paesan's fan but ultimately this location just really disappointed me. I thought at first when they opened, maybe it was just a matter of working out the kinks. But it seems like it's more than that. Sometimes when you go here, it'll be surprisingly good -- better than normal, at least. More often than not, I've found, that's not the case. Instead, the food just seems to be lacking in freshness. The pizza is, as the rating suggests, a solid case of "meh, I've experienced better." Ultimately, the odds pertaining to the quality of service (particularly the lack thereof) don't justify the trip here. I've more or less filtered this place out of my various lunch options during the week. read more

Like the devil in a red marinara dress, Paesan's casual Italian fare looks quite appetizing. The white pizza and the crispy wings are as seductive as they are deceitful. Take a few bites, and you feel generally satisfied. But as you continue, the grease begins to congeal and the dough releases its cheap, low-quality poisons. And then it happens: you're sick to your damn stomach. OK, maybe it's just me getting old. This stuff was amazing when I was a drunk college student at 3 am. But then they added locations and I had kids and sweet Lord now the stuff just makes me want to hurl. read more

I recently relocated from Queens, NY to the Schenectady area, trying to find decent pizza is challenging . And that is why I haven't even tried lol BUT I do my laundry right next to this pizza place and my little guy isn't really picky with pizza so we tried it and I was very pleasantly surprised. The flavor is good and the cheese doesn't melt off everywhere and the crust isn't super crispy like I'm used to but that's ok. I don't even feel like trying other pizza spots yet around here for fear of being disappointed, so Paesan's has become a Friday night tradition. Also, the people who work there are really nice and the restaurant is clean for a pizza joint. Haven't tried the pasta and don't know if I will but maybe some day. And they also have good combo deals! read more

I went here yesterday to get slices for my husband and I. We're currently saving money to get married and have a nice honeymoon. So I had to pay in change and when I left the house I thought I counted $10 in change and it turned out I only had almost $9, the nice gentleman at the counter told me not to even worry about it! My first time ordering from here, and I used grubhub. I ordered 10pc boneless chicken wings, and an order of fries. The chicken was crispy and juicy, and the blue cheese was great. The fries were crispy on the outside but soft on the inside - like the perfect fries. The honey mustard for my fries was great, too. The delivery man was super sweet as well. I have always had issues at the Western Ave location when I lived in Guilderland and I was a little hesitant to try this one, it's about 3 minutes from where I moved to. Me and my boyfriend got their $15 for $30 worth of food on Double Take Deals so we tried it and now we come here usually once a week. We love it and never have any issues here. The pizza, subs, calamari, rolls &. Calzones are always delicious and they haven't ever messed up our order or anything. The staff is always friendly and doesn't ever seem annoyed or unfriendly. I give this place 5 stars because it's one of my favorites and they deserve it! read more

Since my last review, we've become regular pizza buyers at Paesan's. The delivery service has improved by leaps and bounds. The food is always hot and cooked perfectly when it arrives, and the delivery staff is friendly and respectful. It is a little pricey for pizza, but it's on par with other local pizza shops. read more

Not impressed with new crew, some of them are owners or owners kids. They park in all the closest parking spots to the door so the customers have to park out further. Who does that? Then when you go in, the kid who says he owns the place finishes his texting prior to coming over to help you. The last time I went in, he spent over 2 minutes doing that before he even acknowledged I was there. After he put my slice in the oven, he was right back to typing on his phone. Found another place nearby that I don't have to deal with that and the Pizza is better. Would not recommend to anyone who still values good service. read more

I ordered a lasagna dinner from here recently. The lasagna didn't seem to have any ricotta in it and the sauce was somewhat tasteless. The salad was almost entirely lettuce except for one slice each of of tomato and green pepper cut in half and a packet of croutons. There were no carrots or cucumbers, I mean come on! game 5 of the this years 2012 NBA finals I called in an order at 8:45 pm which I was going to pick up, counter girl told me "I'm sorry our kitchen is closed"...my reply "what time do you close?" she tells me "9:30".....I was extremely displeased with them not taking an order for an 8 cut pizza and order of boneless wings which I had coupon for. Needless to say coupon went in the garbage and I will not be ordering from this place again, horrible business ethic to turn away a customer 45 minutes before closing. read more

i got a personal pan pizza. was very good. i also decided to get d=some garlic notts with a side of sauce. the sauce was amazing but the notts were dough like in the middle. i called to let them know and they said sorry and gave me credit for next time! i am going to try the wings next time :) they have a sign at the register that reads "please finish your phone call before placing order" then while waiting for my notts to be reheated both employees were on their phones . read more
