I've had a variety of pizzas and everything is pretty good. Would definitely like it if I was able to get some more toppings on the pizza, but I think that it's typical for a pizza place like this. Good location for takeout. Staff is consistent with what you expect at Pagliacci. I have had minor issues in the past where the pizza made was not done per requested customization and they were quick to acknowledge their mistake each time and bake me a fresh pie and also gave me the other pie if I wanted to take it. I'm rating this based on my growing up in the north east. For Seattle pizza this is 5 stars. The texture is magnificent for NY style pizza. Crispy thin crust, not too thin. The cheese texture is perfect. Bread is great. My only criticism is the red sauce doesn't have that sweetness that I love. This sauce is more tomatoey. The cheese and crust are perfect ny style. The venue here in Kirkland is great. Cozy and adequate for chowing on some pies. I tried plain and pepperoni slices from the counter and the pepperoni took me back to my days as a youngster in eastern PA. The Brooklyn! BOOM! I've only been to Pagliacci's in Bellevue to sit and have lunch so I can't really comment too much on their service. I had delivery and take out as well and haven't been moved to scream from the top of mountains saying how stellar they are but I'm not in any way shape or form disappointed either. I heart Pagliacci because of their crust...and when I'm lucky my dinner mates hand their crust over to me too. What can I say? I'm a crust carb lovin' fool, yo! Holy Pizza says this former NYer! I am a traditionalist when it comes to my pizza. Call me crazy but I love a good cheese pizza (not extra cheese, not fresh mozz, just a good old fashioned cheese pizza). After trying a few pizza places in the area, I ordered delivery from Paliacci Pizza and was so very happy! The crust is the perfect amount of thick and thin. The cheese is evenly distributed across the slices (this is important, people!) and the sauce delicious tomato heaven in your mouth. These three elements done right make for pizza happiness in your mouth! I also always order salad with pizza delivery, it makes me justify eating pizza for some silly reason. The pagliaccio salad is so yummy and they have the most delicious tangy house dressing. The service is also so quick - not to jinx them or anything but they always deliver way under the estimated time. Love that. They also have your order history when you call so if you, like me, order the same thing every time they make it super simple! I hope you enjoy them as much as we do! read more

The pizza quality is good, but they have some bugs in the mobile website. My last order got routed to Seattle instead of Kirkland. I showed up to pick it up in Kirkland and they promised to fix the issue and asked me to come and pick it up in 10-15 min as they are starting it now at the Kirkland lication. I showed up 20 min later and there was no sign of the pizza. The general manager asked me to come again in 15 min, which by now was the busiest time. Tastiest pizza, LOVE the Paggliacci salad and it's super easy to call in an order and swing by and pick it up after work. Perfect for busy, working parents. Their system even knows who you are by phone number and what you've ordered before! AND, the last time I came in, I was told that they do a thing where they pick random customers to get a free meal and we'd been chosen, so our salad and pizza were free. I love Pagliacci. For a pizza chain they do a wonderful job. They use amazing, local ingredients. My fave being Salumi's spicy pepperoni, YUM! I love that they have Gelato from Gelatianiamo. This is the best pizza place in town. Tonight for the first time ever we got a cold pie from them. When I called to complain, they were complete professionals. I am a fan of Pagliacci's because you can buy a slice for pretty cheap and not have to worry about ordering an entire pie. The down side is that they don't really customize anything for you, and are trained to push the slices that are already on display regardless if that's what you're looking for. This location in particular has very friendly staff members and the pizza is not too far off from more expensive chains like california pizza kitchen. I would give them five stars, but I personally don't think a slice of pie should be 4-5 bucks. read more

I've been told that this is the can't miss 'zza spot in Seattle, and as a recent transplant and lifelong pizza fanatic, I had to try it out. I've been twice and only had the Brooklyn Bridge, which should be a sign that the first time wasn't enough! The winner on this pie is their sausage. It's not grey lifeless little balls clung everywhere, no, this most favored of pork products has character! Discs thick enough to have some substance but not so much that they're hard to bite through. All the toppings tasted truly fresh and were cooked to perfection (I prefer some snap in my peppers and this was no disappointment). Crust is slightly sweet, and a pleasing combination of crispy and chewy. I didn't really notice the sauce. Main complaint (if you can call it that) is the price to pizza ratio. I'm not a fan of the smallest size on the menu setting me back a Jackson, but that's what you get here for any specialty pie. My mantra has always been quality over quantity and this establishment certainly does not slouch on the quality, so it's not a major grumble I am certainly going to return to Pag's. read more

I order on the phone, decided to splurge on gelato (6.50) and chatted about cherry and coconut are the operator's faves and he says go with cherry since it's seasonal. I don't see what the hype is. The pizza isn't great at all. Maybe I'm ordering it with the wrong toppings. I've tried the pizza, breadsticks, and pasta. Each time it's been meh. They are one of few places that deliver pizza to my home. But I'd rather pickup elsewhere. I hear the Seattle location on Broadway is better. Might try that if in the area. read more

Pagliacci is still and probably always will be our favorite delivery place! Not only do they have great pizza and awesome salads (the salads are what we order every couple weeks) with the freshest ingredients, they also sell amazing gelato that's hand-made in Seattle from Gelatiamo (their salted caramel gelato is HEAVEN). However, the thing that impresses me most is their service. My husband and I agree that they literally have the best customer service of any company we deal with (food-service or otherwise). The VERY few times they've ever messed up (seriously like 3 times out of 120) they follow it up with a sincere apology and a gift card!!! Who does that anymore?! Came in looking for a piece of pizza for lunch they were out of two of the pies that were supposedly there for per slice orders. they said it will be 10 minutes for the other pizzas to come out. they throw a cheese pizza out which wasn't what I was waiting for I stand up after a couple more minutes to see if they have the other one yet. the guy from upfront calls back and of course the only pizza that I was actually interested in they still hadn't bothered making and the finger-pointing ensued from there between two people in the back of whose responsibility was to of done it. I decided to leave not worth my time for a three dollar piece of pizza. And the cheese pizza they tossed up there had the slices l about half the size of the other two pizzas that were sitting there. read more
