I stopped by Pailin Thai Cuisine for lunch around 1:00 PM on Saturday, with some friends and oh my goodness, what an incredible experience! The place was absolutely packed, with a lively buzz that spoke to its popularity, and we had to wait about 15 minutes to be seated, but trust me, it was worth every second. The restaurant might be small, but it's incredibly inviting, with warm decor and a cozy atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at home. The staff were phenomenal, clearly dedicated to ensuring every guest has a fantastic time. They were darting back and forth between the kitchen, delivering steaming plates to diners, and refilling drinks with a smile. We kicked off our meal with fresh spring rolls and fried spring rolls, both of which arrived promptly and were bursting with flavor. The crispy fried spring rolls, stuffed with transparent noodles and veggies, paired perfectly with the tangy plum sauce, while the fresh rolls that were filled with lettuce, tofu, onion, and bean sprouts. They were a refreshing delight with their peanut sauce. For mains, I went with the green curry with chicken, and my dining companions chose the yellow curry, red curry, pineapple fried rice, and Tom Yum soup. The curries let you pick your protein (chicken, beef, shrimp, veggies, or tofu) and spice level (1 to 3), and every dish was a masterpiece. My green curry was a sooo good! Creamy coconut milk blended with bamboo shoots, eggplant, basil, bell peppers, and what I believe is a house-made curry paste that shone through, with perfectly cooked, thinly sliced chicken breast that melted in my mouth. The red curry impressed with its rich coconut milk base, eggplant, bell peppers, bamboo shoots, and basil, while the yellow curry brought a comforting mix of potatoes, green peas, and carrots. The pineapple fried rice was a tropical treat with chicken, egg, onion, tomato, cashew nuts, a hint of curry powder, and a touch of cilantro (we added shrimp for $2 extra, and it was a game-changer). The Tom Yum soup, with its tart lime juice broth, fresh mushrooms, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, tomatoes, cilantro, and Thai seasoning, was a bold, zesty highlight. Everything tasted unbelievably fresh, and the ingredients felt carefully selected. This place is a must try that deserves all the hype, don't miss out! I can't wait to come back and explore more of the menu. 5 stars, hands down!

Homey Thai food. Pretty restaurant and with limited seating and parking so be sure to arrive earlier during peak hours. We quite enjoyed our food but just a note to people who like spicy food- their scale is different. We got level 3 and it tasted like a typical level 1 as compared to most Thai places I've been to.

I love this place! I especially enjoyed the Thai tea served ice cold in a copper bowl! Their food is amazing! They have many great dishes that I still have to try! Everything has been perfect for me and my family! The staff are so sweet helpful and understanding! The atmosphere is so relaxing and makes you feel happy! Honestly, after dining here, it's tough to settle for anything else in OKC. The pineapple fried rice? A burst of flavor in every bite. The braised beef noodle soup? It's like pho met a Thai goddess--rich, aromatic, and beyond satisfying. And don't even get me started on the Pailin sticks! They're a unique, addictive treat, and the squid with homemade sauces is downright mouthwatering. I absolutely recommend Pailin to everyone--whether you're a Thai food aficionado or a first-timer. And if for some wild reason you're not blown away on your first visit (which is almost impossible), trust me: give it another shot. You won't regret it! What a hidden gem. This place literally left me leaving happy. I love the decor of this restaurant, so unique! It is small and the front of house is ran by one lady, who was very sweet. She was great, I wish I would have gotten her name. I ordered a few things. Started off with their Thai ice tea, it was good. Tasted like chocolate milk to me. For the appetizer we ordered the friend spring rolls. They were served hot and came with a plum sauce which enhanced the flavorful. I ordered their massaman curry with a level 2 spice level. I loved it and felt like it was a big portion. My boyfriend ordered the crab meat fried rice. First of all it was not imitation crab, it was real crab. I also thought it tasted great as well. Again I left this place with my stomach smiling. I will definitely visit them again.

Visiting from Atlanta and kept seeing this place on Yelp and other foodie pages. I'm a lover of Thai food so I had to try it! Small location with limited seating so that's one thing to note, but they do offer carry out. I ordered the Salmon curry -- my go-to and it was soooo delicious. Such a great space, friendly waitresses overall! I don't know when I'll be back in Oklahoma but I definitely foresee myself eating here again!

Always amazing. Eating at Pailin Thai is a consistently joyful experience. There are few places where a unique high quality meal is affordable to the working class. Pailin is one such place. I've had the pleasure of being in the area just frequently enough to eat here a few times over the years with my spouse. Usually we get the same thing pad kee mao, a curry and a side. Today I tried something new the Thai Braised Beef noodle soup and it was genuinely one of the best meals I've had in such a long time. Savory, sweet, slightly spicy with depths of flavor; perfectly cooked noodles and a massive portion of the most tender melt in your mouth beef. In Oklahoma the access to all qualities of beef is plentiful. So I've had a lot of beef and hours later I'm still thinking about this beef. It was so flavorful, perfectly cooked and melt in the mouth tender. Thankfully the portion was large enough I have some leftovers to enjoy tomorrow. Saving them until tomorrow will be the hardest but most rewarding part. My husband had beef pad kee mao. It was flavorful, tangy, spicy, satisfying and filling. A wonderful dish as always and out of all the Thai food in Oklahoma Pailin has the best Pad Kee Mao (drunken noodle) Because we don't come to Pailin often we kind of got way too much food. Including an appetizer, side and drinks. For an appetizer we had the Pailin Sticks to start. These we satisfying, crunchy, meaty and savory. I could truly have eaten so many more of these but then I wouldn't have had room for my entree. I got a side of Cucumber salad which was refreshing. We also had a Thai tea and Thai green tea. Both were tasty. Service was amazing as always. They always remember us no matter how long its been since we've been and its such a welcoming experience. It was also a joy to see regulars in and the business doing well. Atmosphere is wonderful. It's a small restaurant in a strip mall but when eating here its easy to forget the outside surroundings and be immersed in dining. There is also a small area with imported goods from Thailand for purchase. Anyway. I still highly recommend Pailin.

Everything was amazing!! The lady working was so kind, the inside decor is peaceful and relaxing, and the food.... 100%!!! Will definitely be traveling down to Moore for this place! The Massaman curry was fabulous, it was all amazing!

I don't write a lot reviews even though I'm a big Yelper. The only time I do is because a place really stood out. Pailin Thai Cuisine is definitely one of those places. I wish I had taken pics of the food but I didn't realize how good it was going to be until I already started eating. I ordered the edamame, Pailin wraps, Tom Yum, Tom Kha, cucumber salad, and Pad See Ew. All I can tell you is that everything was SO GOOD!! Like seriously so good. I've been craving their food since we ate there. And next time I'll take pics and write a better review. But trust me, it's good! GO THERE NOW! Yum yum! read more

Awesome food! I always make my orders complicated (no veggies) but this was not a problem. My entire order was hot by the time we got home with the take out, when we got into the bags we found there was an extra tea we had not ordered with a note they had made an additional flavor tea to try. Will definitely be ordering from here again! On a side note, they were taking very good safety precautions had the dining room blocked off, met me at the door and offered me hand sanitizer. read more

I recently moved here from Atlanta and I've been searching for some good restaurants. I've been to many in my short time here and Pailin Thai Cuisine is by far the best yet. Everything I had was delicious. The drunken noodles with beef was so flavorful and had the right amount of heat. My beef was very tender. I only got heat level 1 out of 3 even though I love spicy food. I also had sweet and sour chicken and that too was delicious. The dumplings were perfectly cooked and my cucumber salad was very fresh with a nice tang to it. Overall 5 out of 5! read more

we went to this restaurant for the first time during lunch yesterday and the food was soooo good. we got the fried rice with tofu and no tomatoes, pineapple fried rice, mango sticky rice and thai teas. thai tea was so good and was served in a gorgeous cup and the rice was presented beautifully. this place needs more recognition! we drove 30 minutes to try and we will definitely be coming back soon! friendly staff and food and drinks were ready within 10 minutes of ordering. the atmosphere is so peaceful and a 10/10 experience, would recommend!! read more

The best pad Thai I've ever eaten. Always tastes amazing and always consistent. I flew home for a few days and I was stoked to get some pad Thai from Palin. My boyfriend and I tried this little place the other night and we absolutely loved it! I placed the order through Uber Eats and they didn't have a time that they closed. I ended up ordering when they were closing up but they still made my order! We got the papaya salad, beef salad, pad thai and shrimp spring rolls. Hidden GEM in Moore!!! Wanted to see what all the hype was so I called to place a to go order. It was about a 20 min wait. I ordered the yum salmon and it was by far one of the best Thai dishes I have ever had. It was an explosion of flavors! A few days later I took a date and we ordered the spring rolls for an appetizer, which were great and came with a really good dipping sauce! He had the combination fried rice, which he loved and I had the massaman curry with Tofu. Sooo much depth of flavor I feel like trying every dish on the menu now! Not only were these plated beautifully but I had enough to take for leftovers. Our server turned out to be the wife of the chef...Turns out this delicious place is run by a two man show, who are killing it!! She was soo sweet and very patient with all the tables seated and phone ringing off the hook. Wait is definitely worth it...you will not be disappointed!! I was pleasantly surprised by this place. The food and service was amazing. As other reviewers mentioned the portion sizes are smaller than other Thai restaurants but they will still fill you up. I did not miss the huge portion as taste made up for it. Try the Thai Green Tea! Especially if you like green tea lattes. read more

Traveling from the East coast where Thai food is ubiquitous we didn't know what to expect in Moore, Oklahoma. What a pleasant surprise! This restaurant is a gem not to be missed. Can't say anything bad about this place. The food is good and the people are really nice. I feel so bad with all the coronavirus chaos causing local businesses to go down. I walked in there today and they gave me extra rice and some fruits with a sweet note saying "thanks for your support, take care". Wonderful place and wonderful people. read more

I got the drunken noodle and my friend got the noodle soup. It was so good. Our waiter was polite. The restroom was clean. The smell of incense was very calming. I am just sad this place is a bit far from where I am. Highly recommend. Will be back! read more

Tried the Pailin tonight. Ordered the spring rolls, dumplings, steamed veggies, Drunken noodles with shrimp and a kids fried rice. All delicious. Spring rolls and dumplings all crispy with great sauces. Steamed veggies were nice assortment. Drunken noodles great and well seasoned. Kids fried rice perfect for two people to share, and not spicy so good for the kiddies. Highly recommend. Very nice young lady delivering orders. read more

The steak and shrimp are cooked to perfection and the steak just melts in your mouth and the shrimp was cooked on spot. The zucchini, onions, mushrooms and carrots are a perfect pair. The sushi roll was also amazing. I couldn't leave without getting one of their deserts from their desert counter. I got the lemon curd cake this time. Yummy! I have had several and all of the deserts are excellent. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the extremely nice people that run GoGo. Even with me not getting there as often as I like they always remember me. I wish I lived closer. Overall grade A++. One of my all time favorite restaurants in the entire Oklahoma City region. I was impressed by the flavor and price, so I traded in the bottle I chose and went with Tower instead. Not only did I save a few bucks, but the customer service was outstanding and to top it all off, I had a $5 reward to redeem! This is my favorite liquor store and I love that it's so close to home in Moore!

Seriously, Pailin serves one of the best Thai Food I've ever had. From the moment you walk in, you immediately feel a sense of zen and warm vibes that is lacking in dining establishments these days. The owner made us feel so at home, we walked in 10 mins before closing on a Saturday evening and instead of rushing us out and making us feel unwelcome. She did the opposite and told us not to rush and take our time. That was just lovely and the dining area is cozy and you almost feel like you are a VIP special guest in someone's home. We ordered the Massaman curry with chicken and Pad See Ew with beef. OH MY GOODNESS both dishes were BEYOND AMAZING and the flavors were legit incredible. I got a spicy level one on both dishes and I can honestly say the curry and pad see ew were the best I've tasted in my many years of eating at Thai restaurants. The chef has these recipes down perfectly to a tee, very authentic. The flavors explode and the curry was rich, thick and hit the spot. So glad we gave this place a chance tonight. I have found my new go to Thai food place. Can't wait to eat here again. Food, service and low key zen atmosphere = A plus and Top Notch!! I can't recommend Pailin enough. read more

We have eaten at many Thai places in Oklahoma but this charming, cozy and tranquil spot ranks as the best Thai restaurant I've tried. The food here is cooked with love and perfection. The flavors are incredible, subtle and explode in your mouth with fragrant spices and herbs. I usually request a spicy level one and the cook never goes above that. my favorites are the pad see ew with beef, chicken wings and spicy basil eggplant with chicken. read more

Love this place! Great service, great food! You have to order take out now due to COVID but the food is still amazing! Very well prepared and delicious. If you like spicy food or curry, make sure to order Panang Curry! I always order it with shrimp and it comes with rice. Their Thai dumplings are a classic. Wow! Holy Smokes. This place has it going on! I've tried a few other Thai places in Moore and Southside but this is the best tasting and most authentic for sure. Must have the sticky mango rice, chicken curry & spring rolls. Best spring rolls IVE EVER HAD. Knock your socks off! read more
