I got 35% done all the way around and it only took about a hour or so for him to finish it. I called the same day and made an appointment. Rich was friendly and took time to explain how dark or light the different tinny would make my windows. I went with what is considered legal by state of MD standards. We paid $656, which feels completely overpriced for the quality of work delivered. I was told a single car usually takes 3 to 5 hours; however, the detailer spent only 5 hours total on both vehicles. If you expect a thorough cleaning and shampooing, look elsewhere. My cars were returned with noticeable mess and stains left behind. My McDonald fries is still in the gap between seat and console. Car hood still has some tree sap. The only positive was their ability to remove scratches. They are clearly skilled at that but the rest of the job was below average . Given the low quality of the delivery, I have no idea how this place has such high reviews. It was a very disappointing experience. I'll gladly go back to my regular in-person car wash, where I get much better results for $200 for both cars.
