My husband and I are very pleased with Rob and the work that he's done for us. He's extremely professional to deal with, courteous, and very responsive. We've had him come back three times to do three different projects for us after we bought our house (the bedrooms, then the kitchen and the family room, and then most of the interior of the house with really high celings) because we are so pleased with him and his work that we keep going back to him to do more projects for us. My husband and I both work, and so we've left him and his crew alone in the house, and they were great. He and his team took great care of the house, cleaned up after they finished, and even did little things for us that we didn't even ask for, but that we greatly appreciated (he cleaned our windows and our chandelier!). I am updating my review of this company, because I have since had a disappointing experience with them. As a repeat customer, you would think that they would have the courtesy to follow-through when I reached back out to them for a second job. Nope. I had reached out in November 2016 to try to get on their calendar for the beginning of 2017. I was told a proposal was forthcoming and tentative date for painting to begin set, but nothing. Rob even came to my house and said he'd send me the proposal before the weekend. I never heard from him again. I had referred a friend to them as well, who experienced something very similar in terms of poor customer service and unresponsiveness. I also don't think I got 2 coats of paint from the job they actually did complete. I have since noticed areas where the old wall color is not painted over. And since I went with another painter this year, the quality of the work I received (at a lesser cost) is far superior than Paint Masters. I can't, in good conscience, recommend this company anymore due to the complete lack of professionalism by never, ever following up with a proposal and the lack of attention to detail to the work originally performed compared to the new painter I hired. read more

We've used Rob and his team twice and could not be happier with the results! The first time was on our new house. They were able to come in before we moved in, paint every inch of the inside of our house, including the trim, cabinets and doors. Each team member was courteous, accommodating and thoughtful. We met Rob while he was painting a nearby neighbor's house exterior and were impressed with the high quality prep and painting he was doing. In talking with Rob, he told us how he starts with power washing off dirt and loose paint. Next he grinds and sands weathered wood. That is followed up with a water proofer to fill in cracks in the wood which will add many years to our wood's life. Painting came next with two coats of quality paint. My husband called and requested an estimate and the person he spoke with told him how expensive the company was (way to get business, right?) It was implied that we probably couldn't afford their prices and it would probably be better if he called another company. The guy was going only by our zip code!
