This place is tiny, which is fine. But the plaza is a little sketchy. You have to ask for a tub liner when getting a pedi, and they said it would be $1 extra. How about it's just more hygienic? The lady doing my toes was more concerned with answering the phone. I got gel polish on my toes since I was going on vacation, I don't know what she did, but it bubbled up by the next day and it was all thick and lifting on a few of my other toes. I went back the next day (time I didn't really have) and the same lady was there, she had another guy redo the toes that were messed up. She never said sorry or seemed like she cared. Not the best 1st impression. Too many other places to deal with this shotty service . The only reason they are getting 2 stars is because they were nice. That's all. read more

Best manicure and pedicure ever! Very professional and kind employees! I didn't get my arm jerked as he was doing my fill like other nail salons! He gently and very politely asked me to move my arm when needed which I really appreciated! I went to a different salon and my nails were very sloppily done even though I only paid for a fill I noticed him fixing the previous work! I made an appointment for Wednesday and was pleased that when I arrived for my appointment, They were ready for me. I had an appointment for a pedicure and fill/polish. My technician was on the phone with someone the whole two hours I was there. I feel it's very rude when I am in nail salons and technicians speak to other technicians in their native tongue. Do that when customers are not around. I am wintering here for 6 months and hopefully I will find a quality salon. Because the technician was in the phone, the quality of work was very poor. I went here with my friend to get a manicure/pedicure and am extremely happy with both. I called in the same day to get an appointment and when we arrived we were taken back right away. I yelped about 7 different places, but decided to go to Paint Me Pretty by their prices were very reasonable. One visit and that was it. Beyond their prices, they do such an amazing job and make you feel at home. Their shop is beautifully decorated and they even have their own sense of place. I'd recommend this place to any one! I've been to a couple different nail techs in the west valley, after finding this place I haven't went to another place. It's very clean!! They always do what you ask and if you don't like it they'll change it without a fuss. It's two sisters, so depending on when you go it can be busy. I prefer Monday- Wednesday between 9am and 10:30. Came in to get pedicures with my 5 year old and seriously fell in love with the husband and wife owners. They doted on my daughter and gave her so much attention with bubbles in her foot bath and so many more sweet gestures. They are very kind and are so good to their customers! going into this place i thought it was nice and cool! but it's been about a week and my gel mani-pedi is starting to chip and lift, but to mention the my total was 80 plus tip just for gel. there wasn't really an option not to get the high end massages and other things, i declined the first time but the lady kept asking. and it's $5 extra just for them to scrub the dead skin off your heel. i don't think it's worth the $93. read more

These nail tech really talk to you and are very kind! I needed an acrylic manicure with a matte top coat. I called ahead and walked in at a time around the time they were going to close on a Sunday and still had a wonderful experience! I went in 40 min before they closed with my mother and niece and they accepted us and still were very patient and did their jobs. We got pedicures and were treated very polite and my 6 year old niece loved her stylish nails for her pool party. If I could leave zero stars I would. I saw a Groupon for this place and thought I would try a new nail place. After calling this morning to see if I needed to make a app, and saying I had a Groupon I was told to return my Groupon. That made zero sense to me, and then I was told that it is only for people that knew the nail place. After speaking to the manager and a variety of explanations that made no sense among them being that they had a deal to only sell 25 coupons with Groupon (which is not my problem, that the offer was still there). And it was the first the manager heard of it which seems sketchy to me since the mani/pedi Groupon was sold out and other had purchased the mani. only groupon I don't see how she had not heard of this problem. End of story will NEVER GO TO THIS NAIL SALON AND FOR SURE WONT RECOMMEND. Being somewhat newer to the area this place lost my business for good. As I am out of town, I read many reviews prior to picking this wonderful nail salon. I am always apprehensive about trying someplace new. About halfway through my gel manicure, I started not to feel well and became very lightheaded due to some congestion and allergies I have been experiencing. I was given beyond the attention I needed- water and oils- to try to calm me. My gel manicure turned out wonderful- as I can be very picky! If I could give zero stars I would. I was in today for a pedi and a fill. Just moved to the area with my family. My mom and I made appointments and went in. First it took 3 1/2 hours to do a pedi and fill. They scrubbed my feet raw with what looked like a cheese grater. The owner seemed like she didn't even know what she was doing half the time. She had to redo my nails because she didn't know what she was doing and not even 2 hours after leaving the salon my nails were already chipped and messed up. I would never recommend this salon to ANYONE. I have been getting my nails done for 10+ years and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had at a salon. I will never return. read more

Best nail salon I've ever been to! Great prices, friendly (not pushy) staff. Probably the cleanest, best decorated salon I've been in as well. All of the nail polishes are new and clean! The sisters have a lot of experience and provide a comfortable environment. They actually listen to what you want rather than doing what they think looks best and do not try to up-sell you for every little thing. The shop is quaint and customers are offered bottled water and not rushed through their service and out the door.
