I usually keep my nails bare and very rarely get them done, unless I have an event. I am usually left a little disappointed in the end result but not this time... Tavin did an excellent job! I only knocked off a star bc I had an appointment at 2pm and we didn't actually get started with my mani/pedi until almost 2:40. Of course, I stubbed my toe and cracked my big toe nail this morning before my appointment. However, they were able to do a repair with nail glue and Tavin was very gentle and kept checking in to make sure I was okay. I did the deluxe pedi with paraffin treatment and hot stone massage- it was wonderful! I also did a gel manicure and I showed a picture of what design I liked and was assured he could do it (even though I chose different colors than the picture). Every step of the way Tavin took great care and kept making sure I was happy with what he was doing. He recut and reshaped my nails to my liking and then completed the manicure and did a small hand and arm massage. I had a great experience and will definitely come to see Tavin again anytime I need a mani/pedi in the future!

Gentleman did my full set with acrylic. He did a fantastic job and I have been getting my nails done for years. I went with acrylic but years past always had liquid gel. He took his time checked all and asked me if all was good along the way. I had indecision on color and he was patient. Only reason for not 5 stars is there was a lady in the small salon and she had a toddler (family of staff I think) and he screamed a lot! That was not cool. I left with a headache big time. I will be back. Hopefully it will be more quiet.

Emily did an amazing job on my nails and toes ,which she shaped beautifully, and a design that she matched perfectly with the picture I showed her., So careful and sweet. Made sure I like the color and shape of my nails. Very clean, super friendly I love this place! highly recommend them.

First & last time at this salon. It was clean, and everyone was very friendly. My technician gave a good foot and leg massage, but the salon carries only one brand of nail polish! It is GELISH, a professional brand, but it is very thin. My toes look like they had a see-thru-glaze on them that was super shiny. I asked for opaque polish but Gelish is transparent only. Since they only carry that one brand, there was nothing they could do to change the polish, except to put a matte finish on. Matte top coat is an extra $5 which was not listed on the menu. I am so very disappointed in the results of this pedicure. I immediately went to Sally's beauty supply and got some OPI nail polish to correct the ugly polish job.

This place is tiny, which is fine. But the plaza is a little sketchy. You have to ask for a tub liner when getting a pedi, and they said it would be $1 extra. How about it's just more hygienic? The lady doing my toes was more concerned with answering the phone. I got gel polish on my toes since I was going on vacation, I don't know what she did, but it bubbled up by the next day and it was all thick and lifting on a few of my other toes. I went back the next day (time I didn't really have) and the same lady was there, she had another guy redo the toes that were messed up. She never said sorry or seemed like she cared. Not the best 1st impression. Too many other places to deal with this shotty service . The only reason they are getting 2 stars is because they were nice. That's all. read more

Best manicure and pedicure ever! Very professional and kind employees! I didn't get my arm jerked as he was doing my fill like other nail salons! He gently and very politely asked me to move my arm when needed which I really appreciated! I went to a different salon and my nails were very sloppily done even though I only paid for a fill I noticed him fixing the previous work! Overall I loved my experience and I will definitely be back to this salon!! I highly highly highly recommend!! read more

I made an appointment for Wednesday and was pleased that when I arrived for my appointment, They were ready for me. I had an appointment for a pedicure and fill/polish. My technician was on the phone with someone the whole two hours I was there. I feel it's very rude when I am in nail salons and technicians speak to other technicians in their native tongue. Do that when customers are not around. I am wintering here for 6 months and hopefully I will find a quality salon. Because the technician was in the phone, the quality of work was very poor. I wanted to leave her a tip... stay off the phone when you have customers. PS. Customers came in and decided to leave. I'm sure it was because they saw her in the phone while doing nails read more

I went here with my friend to get a manicure/pedicure and am extremely happy with both. I called in the same day to get an appointment and when we arrived we were taken back right away. I absolutely love the job that Loan did on my nails, and will definitely be coming back again. The prices are also very good, and lots of color options. read more

When I moved to Goodyear I was in desperate search of establishing my beauty maintenance spots. Finding a good nail shop was one. I yelped about 7 different places, but decided to go to Paint Me Pretty by their prices were very reasonable. One visit and that was it. Beyond their prices, they do such an amazing job and make you feel at home. Their shop is beautifully decorated and they even have their own sense of place. The husband and wife team are wonderful and they make everyone feel welcomed instead of a business opportunity. They build relationships with a smile. Such a great find! I'm a lifer! read more

I'd recommend this place to any one! I've been to a couple different nail techs in the west valley, after finding this place I haven't went to another place. It's very clean!! They always do what you ask and if you don't like it they'll change it without a fuss. It's two sisters, so depending on when you go it can be busy. I prefer Monday- Wednesday between 9am and 10:30. I never have a wait! Although I wouldn't mind waiting because it's worth it to me. Check it out if your looking for a good place ! read more

Came in to get pedicures with my 5 year old and seriously fell in love with the husband and wife owners. They doted on my daughter and gave her so much attention with bubbles in her foot bath and so many more sweet gestures. They are very kind and are so good to their customers! going into this place i thought it was nice and cool! but it's been about a week and my gel mani-pedi is starting to chip and lift, but to mention the my total was 80 plus tip just for gel. there wasn't really an option not to get the high end massages and other things, i declined the first time but the lady kept asking. and it's $5 extra just for them to scrub the dead skin off your heel. i don't think it's worth the $93. read more

Was a "walk in" to this business after work. Had a great experience getting a pedicure and gel mani. My feet are so soft, toes look fabulous, mani exactly how I like it...best pedicure I can remember ever having...Thank you Thanh! Loan, the owner, was very attentive and engaging making sure I got what I wanted. Had a wonderful conversation with her too. Did I mention they have a Rewards program too! These nail tech really talk to you and are very kind! I needed an acrylic manicure with a matte top coat. I called ahead and walked in at a time around the time they were going to close on a Sunday and still had a wonderful experience! The prices are more than fair and the store overall is so cute! 10/10 would recommend! read more

I went in 40 min before they closed with my mother and niece and they accepted us and still were very patient and did their jobs. We got pedicures and were treated very polite and my 6 year old niece loved her stylish nails for her pool party. I recommend this place the only thing wrong with it was that it was kinda hot inside but it can happen I guess. Definitely will go again soon. read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. I saw a Groupon for this place and thought I would try a new nail place. After calling this morning to see if I needed to make a app, and saying I had a Groupon I was told to return my Groupon. That made zero sense to me, and then I was told that it is only for people that knew the nail place. After speaking to the manager and a variety of explanations that made no sense among them being that they had a deal to only sell 25 coupons with Groupon (which is not my problem, that the offer was still there). And it was the first the manager heard of it which seems sketchy to me since the mani/pedi Groupon was sold out and other had purchased the mani. only groupon I don't see how she had not heard of this problem. End of story will NEVER GO TO THIS NAIL SALON AND FOR SURE WONT RECOMMEND. Being somewhat newer to the area this place lost my business for good. The first thing you DONOT do is tell a potential customer to return a Groupon. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I was in today for a pedi and a fill. Just moved to the area with my family. My mom and I made appointments and went in. First it took 3 1/2 hours to do a pedi and fill. They scrubbed my feet raw with what looked like a cheese grater. The owner seemed like she didn't even know what she was doing half the time. She had to redo my nails because she didn't know what she was doing and not even 2 hours after leaving the salon my nails were already chipped and messed up. I would never recommend this salon to ANYONE. I have been getting my nails done for 10+ years and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had at a salon. I will never return. read more

Best nail salon I've ever been to! Great prices, friendly (not pushy) staff. Probably the cleanest, best decorated salon I've been in as well. All of the nail polishes are new and clean! The sisters have a lot of experience and provide a comfortable environment. They actually listen to what you want rather than doing what they think looks best and do not try to up-sell you for every little thing. The shop is quaint and customers are offered bottled water and not rushed through their service and out the door. I am very glad I stumbled across Paint me Pretty Nails and will continue to go there for any nail services I need. Keep up the good work ladies!!!! As I am out of town, I read many reviews prior to picking this wonderful nail salon. I am always apprehensive about trying someplace new. About halfway through my gel manicure, I started not to feel well and became very lightheaded due to some congestion and allergies I have been experiencing. I was given beyond the attention I needed- water and oils- to try to calm me. My gel manicure turned out wonderful- as I can be very picky! This nail salon was just opened recently, but I had previously owned salons for over 15 years in other states including Michigan and here in Arizona.

Meet the Business Owner: Loan L.

I have been doing nails for over 20 years. I was lucky enough to work on people like Pink, Missy Elliot and Mariah Carey, not to mention many other celebrities. My husband and I, now that the kids are all grown, decided to leave the fast pace life of Holly Wood to move to wonderful Arizona.

The salon is clean and not much of a wait. If there is they let you know which is nice instead of having you sit there saying soon and nothing. They sold their company to someone else and the decline in everything is distasteful. Theres a little girl just staring at the customers while picking her noseThey had me waiting while I booked an appointment. Extremely unprofessional and the prior owner would never allow the shop to be disgraced this way. To top it off, I got short acrylics. Typically my sets were $45 with a longer acrylic... yet they charged me 160! I asked the lady why she charged me so much, and she just stuttered and made up excuses and stated my nails were "long". Below is a picture of the nails so you can see how short and basic they were. Im deeply ashamed to see the downfall of this place and I suggest management takes into consideration how bad they are handling the business. Haven't been here since and I'm deeply saddened to see my business go elsewhere.

Very unfortunate having spent $150+ total on both hands and feet, and because I was a little skeptical about the liquid gel extension alternative the offered since they don't do gel-x. Also because the nail broke on the day before I left for my weeklong vacation. It didn't break from some sort of excess pressure or trauma to my finger, I just looked down and the whole tip was gone. I can see now that the layer of gel overlay on that nail is quite thin which is probably why.

While she did beautiful nails her rudeness intensified with each appointment. On my 3rd appointment I requested she use the same gold sticker art she used for me 2 weeks prior. She flipped through her book, while I watched and proceeded to tell me "I can't find the sticker. I lost it" I told her I believe I saw it, and she snapped at me "that one is silver! You said you want gold!" I asked to see the book so I could switch my design and lo and behold I found the gold sticker. I pointed it out and she scoffed and proceeded to use more pressure on my nails to the point it hurt. Despite all this I wanted to give it another shot because I loved her work and scheduled a fill. When she saw it was me she gave me a cold look and walked away. The receptionist then told me Stella is refusing service and another tech would assist me. I was paying ~$120 + tip each visit and to have this type of treatment and embarrass me was hurtful.

New hidden gem in Goodyear! Loan (Lo-ann) & her sister Yvonne warmly welcomed me when I entered, after which I had a delightful pedi experience. Yvonne took special care to listen to my needs and then set about to give my sore legs (thanks to a Pilates work out) a much needed massage, then proceeded to Paint Me Pretty again. The ladies were very engaging, unlike other nail salon experiences I've had. I look forward to returning for my next appointment. Thank you, Ladies! During these difficult COVID-19 times I was having a hard time finding a nail salon that was still open. I had SNS on my nails and that doesn't easily come off. After calling around I found this salon still open and by appointment only. I made an appointment and got there a bit early. Emily was waiting for me and it was only her and I. She took every precaution necessary to make sure her and I remained safe and healthy. She did exactly what I asked and charged me very reasonable. I was very pleased with her work and she was very pleasant. I don't know what this salon is like in normal times but if they treat their customers anything like they do during these tough times than I highly recommend them. read more

Omgggggg I've been looking for a good nail salon for over a year since I moved to Arizona and this place is IT! They take their time and do what you ask. The work is quality and you definitely get your money's worth. I showed Yvonne a picture and she matched it and even tweeked it the way I wanted. Loan did my toes and they're perfect. My feet feel great. While I was there they even entertained a birthday party for 3 little girls and their moms. These 2 are a dream team! Absolutely the best salon on this side hands down!!! First time visiting and I'm 100% confident they will be my go to shop from here on out! The inside is beautiful and they have amazing customer service. I walked in today 30mins before close with a terrible set from a pervious nail salon and Loann completely saved my nails! There was so much damage done from my pervious set I wasn't sure my nails could be saved but Loann worked her magic and stood open an hour past close just to finish my daughter and I up. I was visiting from out of town. The service was incredible. I had a pedicure and the chairs were amazing. I was offered a cool beverage. No place has ever done that to me before. They had been busy all day and I was one of the last people and they still took their time. A lot of places are in a hurry to rush you out. The massage on my feet was unreal!! I almost feel asleep.
