Recently, my car was sideswiped my VW Tiguan while parked. There was alot of superficial damage but it was a very unique color, so I was choosy about where to get the work done. Since the guy who hit my car was driving an "uninsured" rental, I decided to go through my insurance and get it fixed immediately. I wanted to get a few local estimates. Paint Solutions was my first choice. Jeff gave me a prompt, reasonably priced estimate, without an appointment . He also gave me a hard copy of the estimate.....Jeff assured me that I would only need to be painted and buffed.......No parts replacement needed.....Great......The other shops I was considering either wanted an appointment to get an estimate or they were overcharging and therefore didn't want to give you a hard copy of the estimate to shop........I won't name the shops.......So it was an easy choice......Paint Solutions it is and I'm so glad I decided to go with them.... I dropped my car off with the printed estimate from my insurance company and I asked how long it would take.......Thursday, so approximately 4 days.... The drop off process was seemless and although Jeff wasn't there, his counterpart was expecting me. Thursday has arrived and Jeff gives me a call stating the car is ready and he add that I would love the work......I pick the car up on Friday and before I could say anything, my wife said....Oh wow, it looks brand new. The did a repaint of the roof of my truck. It was just battered by 15 years sitting in the sun, and was deteriorating. They did a great job at a reasonable price. I hope it last 15 more years but they said if it doesn't, bring it back in and they'll redo it - no charge. Time will tell. read more

I'll begin by saying that going to Paint Solutions has saved my wallet from a lot of tears. I drive an older car (2004 Volkswagen Passat) and it tends to have its own issues. Last week I began having issues of my sunroof not closing because of the track and my driver's seat not moving forward or backwards. The Volkswagen dealer couldn't take me in until Wednesday past week. Meanwhile we were able to get my car in on Tuesday morning, and I got it back Wednesday afternoon! I got my front lights grinded ( due to low visibility), the track for my seat fixed as well as my sunroof for a lot lower price than what Volkswagen wanted. (considering it would have cost me just $140 for the diagnostic of my vehicle). The staff at Paint Solutions is always friendly and will go through great lengths of explaining things that will be done to my car. I consider this body shop my little hidden gem when it comes to getting work done, but considering that I have been pleased with the services I have had on my car at this body shop I thought I would finally spill the beans of where I go. read more

Having health with many body shops with my classic and muscle cars over the last 30 years, I gotta say Jeff at Paint Solutions did an A+ job on my daughters Mazda. Of course I had issues with State Farm, but Jeff was able to get the work done without me digging too deeply into my pockets. He even put a loaner battery in the car (since it was on its last leg before it went into the shop and lost all of its charge) to get me over to CJ Wilson Mazda for a new one. Jeff (owner) is unprofessional, inconsiderate, and uneducated. Paint Solutions had my very clean (interior), completely drivable, newer car for over 4 months. Paint Solutions had my car longer than I owned it! Never got worked on. Jeff said the frame rail was on backorder. Okay, I understood. The frame rail finally came in (2.5 months later), only to find out Jeff said he could not fix my car, he does not have a frame machine, and did not know what type of frame my car had. I found out he could not fix my car through my insurance company calling me. Jeff did NOT call me ONE TIME with updates during the 4 months. Wait...not over yet...had to get my car towed (my preference) to another auto body shop in later November. Went to the next shop within 5 business hours of receiving my car to sign paperwork. I asked to see my car, haven't seen it in 4.5 months! Only to find out my car had 170 more miles on it and 1/2 tank of gas gone! Inside my car was full of dust, driver seat programmed for someone taller than me, center console rummaged through, dirt scuff marks on the interior. Of course Jeff/Paint Solutions denies driving my car while they had it, but when someone has complete possession of your car for 4.5 months and this happens. What would you think? More problems, aggravation, stress, time, and money is the price I paid for bringing my car to Paint Solutions/Jeff. I went there for "Solution", not more problems. Don't hesitate to take your vehicle here. Jeff is the most honest guy in the business. I have taken my car here 2 times and my moms car once. Jeff is very knowledgeable, fair and honest He does fast, great work and won't rip you off. Nobody enjoys taking their car for repair, especially after an accident, but they will do all they can to make it easier. I was rear-ended and had a dent in my bumper. The owner used a heat gun on the spot to remove the dent, and you can't event tell it was there. Only took a minute! Excellent customer service! read more

Jeff and his crew run a first rate body shop. We first were introduced after an accident nearly totaled our 2005 Subaru. Jeff handled everything from insurance thru payments. The car was beautiful. Then we asked Jeff to fix our sun roof. He did it, $400 cheaper than the dealership's quote! He also tuned up my daughter's sunroof. Jeff and his crew are our go to guys for body work. My son was in a car accident and the tow company suggested Jeff. I called Jell and told him that we were having the car towed to him. Allstate was even able to get the car, it had been towed to Jeff by the previous tow yard that I believe works hand in hand with Jeff. I was told that the car was able to be driven yet totaled. When we went to pick the car up, we were charged over 400 dollars for nothing. The car was NOT able to be driven as Jeff had said and it was NOT totaled. We were not able to get our car to a decent repair shop without having it towed once again. We were charged for work not done. When I spoke to Jeff, he told me that it was a misunderstanding, one that I had to pay for and he was not willing to reimburse, nor has he answered any more of my emails. He had my car towed there without my approval just to be able to charge me for it. I would not use this place at all, he is just out to rip people off read more
