They've created a family centered atmosphere amongst their staff and many loyal players which my son and I truly enjoyed from day one. Their prices are fair and they have enough gear inventory for beginner and seasoned paintball players. Ballistic Ben's "Game o Games" event is also something truly remarkable and memorable. I won't write what happens because I think it's best that you experience it yourself. Yes, getting shot with paintball does cause bruises, but the excitement and competition makes it an awesome experience. My son and I look forward to Saturdays at Ballistic Ben's, and we'll bring more family and friends to enjoy and share the thrill of paintball.

Then another worker showed up I asked a question regarding a barrel set and he completely overreacted when I asked if the kit was new or used. I asked if it was new or used because I did not realize Freak made a XXL kit, and I thought it was just an old or used kit because older kits had the longer sleeves versus now a lot of companies are switching to smaller ones. Anyways I didn't have the chance to explain myself before the gentleman that walked in overreacted to my question thinking I was calling his product used or old. He misunderstood me and fired first ask questions later. This Will be the First and last time I ever step foot in this establishment. Had that guy never Showed up things would've been great, and if he was the owner well I now see and understand Things very clearly. A group of 10-12 girls and boys appearing to range in age from 10-14 are cussing and hitting each other. It is clear this behavior is acceptable and allowed as nothing has been addressed. They are speaking loud enough for me to hear across the room. The staff look bored, with one ignoring the obstacle course zone while talking to staff in the next one. The unattended zone, with the climbing and obstacles, has zero staff looking at it or within it (she has her back to it talking to staff in the dodgeball area). Kids in the obstacle course area are hitting and pushing each other, knocking down a child as they run throughout the zone. Staff, for the most part, are attentive or at least looking in the direction of the zone they are within. Our daughter is enjoying herself and that definitely counts. We traveled the distance for her to enjoy the glow hour experience. She greatly enjoyed the glow experience in Tahoe and the safety of the kids were the only focus of the staff. The play structures and zones were well maintained and clearly seen soap of recent. This location and experience is definitely not that. It is unlikely she will return with me, this space does not allow me to feel comfortable.

We stayed at Pleasure Cove Campground and had a pretty good experience overall…read more One of the biggest advantages was availability. We were able to book our campsite only two weeks in advance while many other campgrounds in the area were already fully booked. The price was reasonable, especially considering that bathrooms and hot showers were included. We chose a campsite close to the shower building, although the campground map on the website doesn't provide much information about the surrounding areas of each site. Upon arrival, the access code had already been texted to us, making check-in quick and hassle-free. Our campsite had several trees that provided plenty of shade, and there were BBQ grills available for use, although campfires were not permitted during our stay. The campsite was also conveniently located near the lake access area for water activities. The water gets noticeably cleaner as you move into deeper areas. There is also a small convenience store located at the far end of the campground for basic supplies. The biggest drawbacks were the shower and restroom facilities. The shower stalls felt somewhat run-down, with low water pressure and water temperatures that were excessively hot. After dark, there were a lot of bugs and spiders around the facilities. The bathroom lights were not working during our stay, so we were thankful to have a powerful flashlight with us. Another challenge was the local wildlife. There were quite a few skunks roaming the campground, and they seemed very interested in digging through trash and food storage areas. We ended up storing our food and snacks inside the tent every night and whenever we left the campsite for water activities. Cell phone service was also a major issue. We have T-Mobile, and despite showing 1 bar of 5G, 2 bars of LTE, or even satellite connectivity, data service was essentially unusable. Apps like Facebook, Instagram, and even basic web pages would often fail to load. If you need reliable connectivity for work or communication, be prepared for limited service. Overall, it was a positive experience. It's a campground, not a luxury resort, and it provided the essentials we needed for a comfortable stay. Having running water, hot showers, lake access, and decent campsite amenities made it a worthwhile trip. We would consider staying here again. Pros: Easy booking, reasonable price, shade trees, lake access, convenience store, and included showers and bathrooms. Cons: Run-down showers, poor lighting in restrooms, bugs and spiders at night, persistent skunks around campsites, and very limited cell service.

I went to my first open practice at Dixon this past Saturday. They are now open to bikes every…read moreweekend. We ran 30 min sessions (half bike, half kart), and the 30 min sessions were further divided into an experienced and a novice group. The whole experience was really well run. I met Gary, who was organizing things and he did a super job keeping things going smoothly and adapting the time slots as more riders arrived. The track is in SUPERB condition, the surface is excellent and really grippy. If you ride motos, it will give you a lot more confidence to push your bike. The track itself is very tight and technical, tons of fun and you really have to work the whole time. Its a lot tighter than Stockton little 99. I only wish this place offered memberships! Highly recommended.

The track seems easy enough to figure out, but will be a challenge perfecting, especially in the class I am running. Very casual and welcoming, I highly recommend.
