When I asked Mike (the nail tech that serviced me) to fix my nails he sent me to another tech after failing horribly 3 times to correct his terrible work. Instead of flirting with his customers he needs to focus more on serving them and remaining professional. I even asked for a refund but they refused to give me my money back.
