I've never been to a nail salon before that had individual sinks at each station and thought that was pretty cool. My nail tech was so sweet, I don't remember her name but she did a really great job. I got Dazzle Dry manicure and pedicure. She took her time with both services and gave me exactly what I wanted. Only think is I will say they are not super equipped to remove dip powder. I came in with an old dip manicure and luckily she was able to get it off because it was pretty thin - just be aware that you may want to try taking it off yourself before coming here. Overall, I thought my mani/pedi was fairly pricey for what I got, but that also included the cost to take off the gel. I'd recommend tho for sure!

I was annoyed as I've never in 20 years had a spa tell me they couldn't use my polish, but I said I'd go without polish and do it myself. Then they showed me to the tub, and I asked if they were going to put a liner in. She said they didn't need a liner because there was no pump. There were, however, a dozen places around the faucet and drain where bacteria could hide. So apparently they were worried about contamination from my polish but not their tub. I said no thanks, and she said they were going to charge me anyway because of their cancellation policy. It's not like I was keeping a tech from taking another client as the place was empty...not one client other than me. Anyway, no price is too high to avoid toenail fungus, so I walked away.

I got gel nails done while on vacation in Vietnam and was desperate to get them removed a month…read morelater when I was back in the States. Every spot I had gone to/tried to go to said no to doing the gel removal or simply would not respond to my calls/messages. It had become such an inconvenience and I was ready to give up hope until a friend recommended Clayton Nail Spa (spoiler alert -- they did the dang job). I did a walk-in around 2 PM on a Sunday and I received service within 5 minutes. They have a full staff that is really on their A-game all the time (I was there for almost 2 hours and paid attention to their workflow). They seem to have a handful of regulars and are really polite to clients (I witnessed a girly unload her entire life story onto a worker, unprompted, and the staff respectfully let her talk at them the entire time). The lady who worked on my nails was very sweet and chatted with me the entire time, explaining what she was doing and why. She really went above and beyond with removing the gel nails as carefully as possible, offering to do additional services and not pushing when I said no, and meticulously grooming my cuticles and buffing my skin. The pricing was fair and she was very transparent about the cost of each service before getting started. I'm not a big nail salon person because I'm quite frugal about these matters, but I would absolutely come back here for any nail service needs in the future.

They really took their time to perfect our nails and I felt very taken care of. This was the first time I've ever gotten my nails done and I definitely want to go back eventually. I am so happy with them. The nail artists know what they are doing! They're very skilled. The salon itself is great too, there were TVs for entertainment and the chairs were comfortable. I got a full acrylic set with nail art and my total was $90. My nails are in no pain at all and they feel strong. The design was one of my own and though it was complicated they did their best to keep it as close as possible.
