This was my first time attending a paint and sip and let me tell you I'm so glad I did! It was a cute picture to paint for the 21+crowd and was a blast! Make sure you arrive in time to grab a drink before the painting begins. The drinks were good, not too crazy, you do need to focus and paint haha. They also provided an apron during your paint experience which was so nice! All instructions were clear. I will definitely be coming back! That was so fun! My husband and I received a gift certificate for Christmas for painting with a twist. We both had so much fun! Our instructor was very friendly and funny and she really broke the process down into small pieces so it wasn't so overwhelming. We were both very happy with our final paintings. I got a margarita to drink and my husband got a Long Island iced tea. There was a large drink selection and they even had some snacks that you could purchase. We started a bachelorette party here and it was so much fun. When they said you're painting will look like "this" when you leave, I thought they were crazy. I can barely draw a stick man. My husband and I came here for a 21 plus evening to celebrate our wedding anniversary. I booked our evening online and it was very easy. Also when booking the time you book the actual art piece you will be making. Per their website you can purchase drinks there and can't bring those with you, but it's ok to bring snacks, however bar does have small baggies of snacks. I made a container of different snacks that paired well with wine. We loved the wine we got there so much, my husband asked the bartender what it was and we already bought some for the house- delicious! Our instructor was very easy going and very encouraging. We followed her steps and our pictures turned out beautiful while we are no artists. Had a blast! My sis-in-law and I wanted to surprise our moms with a girls night out. Our first time at the Brentwood location. This was quite the theme night as the place was packed! The staff had a fluid process for getting parties seated and accounted for. Being the particular person that I am, I asked Kelsi if we could move to another table so that we could sit across from each and have better access to our snacks - she was kind enough to accommodate us, set us back up with no issues (thanks Kelsi!!). Our teacher for the evening, Katie, was super fun and provided instructions in a very simple fashion to follow. Lastly, Mae and Lu served as lovely bartenders and motivators. The instructor teaching the class is way too fast! It was extremely hard to keep up with her. It was hard to see the canvas she was painting in the front of the class room due to everyone's heads being in the way. There are monitors on the walls that you can look up to if you can't see her canvas. However, the camera was focused on her, and not the canvas itself. Therefore, it was really hard to see what detail we were painting next. If you are a perfectionist like me and take little more time with things, I do not recommend this as it will be frustrating for you. Also, two people got up and walked out of the class about a half hour into it. read more

There are better places to go. "Bartender" seemed to purposely take way too long and didn't get through the original first drink happy hour line before they cancelled happy hour, so then drinks went up to at least 12$. Other places give at least a small glass of wine for free. Additionally this place was selected as a very special group event to be a relaxing time for the group. Bartender walked around and even smudged one of the customers painting with her own finger so the customer had to work to correct the smudge. The artist was nice enough and is the main reason they even get two stars, though I didn't think it was a good idea to make negative comments about St. Louis....if you don't like where you live, leave. read more

It's hard for me to give a proper rating because my girlfriend and I were the only two people who came to class which was a little awkward. The teacher was very kind and made what seemed like a difficult picture seem relatively easy to do. My gf and I went far over our allotted time and the staff was very nice about it and never rushed us. read more

I wanted to like this place but it was nowhere near as fun as the other wine and paint experience I had. Like all paint n sip type places, this one claims that they are all about creativity and that they are just providing guidelines and not rules, yet they are stingy with the paint and would only give me four non-primary colors. There was a moon in the painting and I asked for some yellow. They said no and then ignored me the rest of the class. It totally ruined it for me. Go here if you want to be a robot painting the exact same thing as your neighbor with no personal touches on it. Plus it felt rushed, especially at the end. If you missed part of it or took too long, you fell behind. The instructor was nice and funny, which is why the two stars, but I would not visit this place again or recommend it because they refuse to let you truly be creative, trying to put everyone in a nice, neat box. For $35 I got a canvas and 4 colors of paint. A lot of other wine n sips will at least include a free drink. Also there were only two brush sizes and the smallest one was not very small, which made it hard to do any fine detail. Skip this place and go elsewhere! read more

I have walked away with paintings I could hang at Pinot's Pallette, and the Painting with a Twist in St. Peters. I have 14 in all now. Not here. What a great experience ! Did a painting in late July and another in August (and again in September) - I am addicted ! For the painting I did in July, there was an instructor walking around asking people if they need help. He had my painting looking so speculator, it is honestly something I am so very proud of. Did another painting in August by myself, and again, great service (and no need to feel awkward if you are solo) and an open studio event in September where I got to paint anything I wanted that was in the studio. This place has bad customer service. There is a saying that the customer is always right I booked seats for me and my mom for Mother's Day indecisive mother didn't want to go tried to cancel and asked for a refund guy was rude and said "only store credits" are available. I'm like I don't want to do this at all like why can't I have my fucking money back store policy is that well I booked seats from my iPhone and no were did I come across store policy I disputed and come to find out in small letters they have the policy on the damn page just be warned if booking here be sure your goin to do it because they will not give money back read more
