I ordered this today. I ordered the MD thin pauli's pizza. I went with Paisano's because I wanted something better than ordinary ..... or so I thought. This is my take on the pizza: They deliver really quickly, faster than it took me to take a shower afterwards. It was a bit too vinegary, like tart or sour. It did not taste as good as it promised. They didn't honor their own coupon/as a first time customer, you are supposed to get a free order of 6 zeppoles, well that was not included. It is expensive for what you get, which is not better than generic grocery store pizza, not even as good as Di Giornio's pizza. It had a faint.... curdled milk/yogurt taste. I was not pleased, in fact disappointed, So I crossed them off my places to get pizza from. I will keep searching for great delivery Pizza. read more

The food was really good as always but I must say this location has the worse customer service! I went in there and I wasn't greeted at all. I was the only customer in there and none of the 12 employees said anything. Once I figured out what I was ordering and told the guy what I wanted, he seemed like he had an attitude. Then he told us it would take only 10 minutes but it actually ended up taking 30 minutes for a cheese and a salad and like I said, I was the ONLY customer in there. They didn't offer an explanation as to why it took that long and didn't even offer a soda. Also, the majority of the tables were dirty. I'll just stick to the Rockville location! read more

We had the best experience with Pisano's Germantown! We were in town for a lacrosse tournament and needed to feed lunch to 80 people. Umar took care of our entire order with such care. The delivery to the field was on time and came with everything we needed! No one was disappointed with the food. There were only compliments. We went with my sister and brother in law and their kids for dinner after a soccer game - we were a total of 13 and took up about 1/3 of the restaurant seating. The staff was friendly and the pizzas came out fast. We ordered one cheese and one with spinach and feta, a pepperoni and a supreme. The pizzas were delicious, with a thin crust and not-too-sweet tomato sauce. It's the foldable type of crust! We ordered 2 Greek salads, and our only beef was with those. I consider Greek dressing to be a must have on a Greek salad. You know, the oil and vinegar type with oregano and garlic? Theirs came with either a "house dressing" that was called Italian but was very thick and sweet and maybe a little oniony, or a thick (and very tasty but not really that good as a salad dressing) tzatziki sauce. And one little kalamata olive. So five stars for the pizza and service, but only four for the Greek salad...which would be very easy to bump up to five with a kick ass dressing and a couple more olives!! read more

Please listen to me. My kids and I love Paisono's but Paisono's in Germantown is a rip off!!! First off we have been going there for a while now and we just noticed that they charge a bag fee regardless if you get a bag. That means each person that goes in there and doesn't get a bag is being charged and they make 5 cents off of it. It doesn't seem like much but if you add up all the customers that's a lot of fee's. Second there is a huge difference between the large and medium. Why advertise a medium that is basically a small in any other establishment. I'm tired of companies taking advantage of ppl trying to work hard!!! read more

This place is amazing!! When I say amazing I mean excellence on every level!! First, the cleanliness... I have never in my life been to a pizza place with this level of cleanliness, usually when I go to pizza places I notice a film on the table but this place, they have five stars when it comes to cleaning.. from the bathroom, to the counter, to the tables and the inside of the restaurant. Next, The. Customer. Service. Customer service is great!!.. they will go above and beyond to make sure that you have everything you need in a timely and efficient manner. And of course the pizza!! They have hands down a great pizza! It was perfect!...perfect amount of toppings with the perfect amount of cheese. I haven't tried the wings or the subs yet but after reading the reviews I assume that they're pretty good too. This is definitely hidden gem, from the outside looks like it's gonna be a regular pizza place but you will be pleasantly surprised when you walk in. Very good pizza. I normally order from a local pizza place around me but everytime before i eat my pizza i dab tissue over it just to get the extra oil out of the pie. But i got curious with the good reviews of this pizza place so i tried. We ordered the thin crust margherita and the hawaiian and the pizza tastes delish. Not oily and very yummy! Will be ordering again! The only reason ehy i didnt give 5 stars is because when we got our order most of the cheese kind of slid on one side of the pie. Probably from how it was hand carried/handled. But all the same it was good pizza. read more

I found their pizza to be good, but not great. We called and asked their specials, which honestly didn't even seem like specials. Two large, two topping for $27.99. We did that and than ordered a third, plus 24 wings. Our total was just a bit over $70. That seemed ridiculously high. I could understand that price if we had gourmet or specialty pizzas, but they were simple "extra cheese", one was double pepperoni and the third was tomatoes and green peppers. So I didn't give 5 stars because they messed up on my order. Im really glad I checked it outside before getting in my car. I ordered a grilled chicken sub and a Gyro and they gave me a chicken parm and a Gyro. They gave me a very small side of fries because of the mess up. Everything was really really good. I will be going back. My gyro was over flowing with feta. I LOVE FETA. I hate when i order a gyro and it does not come with feta cheese who makes a gyro with no feta. First off, it's great they're offering $4.99 one topping pizzas for customer appreciation weekend, but when you pay for something online and the order goes through, I shouldn't have to pay more when I go pick up the pizza and then get the wrong pizza. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and 16 boneless wings. I used my reward points and paid with my credit card. When I went to pick up the pizza and wings, I was told I owed more money, even though my order went through and I have the emailed receipt to prove it. I was told I couldn't use my reward points along with the $4.99 pizza. If you can't then it should be noted on the website. I eventually got the pizza and wings without paying anything extra. But when I got home, I was given a plain pizza not a pepperoni pizza. Plus the pizza wasn't hot and it was like eating cardboard. The wings were good. In the end, it didn't feel like I was appreciated as a customer on customer appreciation weekend. Hopefully I'll have better service next time and the pizza will actually be what I ordered and hot. read more
