Ordered through UberEats. Food was cold but still okay. The fried rolls (can't remember the name) were pretty good. The garlic knots were so dry! Their marinara tastes like a red pepper sauce instead of tomato. The pizza slice was not good. The toppings were just thrown on and don't seem to have been cooked (or even heated) with the slice. Their pizza- yes it's thin, cheesy, and the ends of the pizza slice are phenomenal buttery flavored. The dough isn't too dry and the pizza is packed with flavor. I love how they have done in so you can order it and enjoy it while it's piping hot! The baroni roll-ups are to die for. I often crave and dream about the next time I'll taste them again. I don't know if it's the gooey cheese perfectly paired with pepperoni on the inside or that the bread on the outside is perfectly crisp and crunchy- but either way you must order them when you're here! Skip the garlic knots, when I order delivery or dine in, it's the same. It's huge, dried out, and not very well flavored- just overwhelmingly spicy from the amount of raw fresh garlic that's used. But hey, you might enjoy that, just not me. Like many pizza joints, customer service isn't top notch or phenomenal, they're there to take your order, payment, and get you your food. The pizza was a bit greasy and not quite hitting the mark for "New York style pizza". It was much better than the wings, which they advertised as "jumbo wings" and charged $16 for, however, they were the size of your average wing. Asked for hot wings and there was not sauce on wings. Great pizza, meatball subs, cheesesteaks and awesome antipasto salads! I haven't tried the pasta dishes yet but they sound good. We usually get delivery and they are much faster than the estimated time getting it to our door. However, one time we had a confirmation number for our order which never arrived and upon calling we were told it never came through to them even though we had the confirmation number. It caused major problems as some people had to leave and we didn't have time to wait for a reorder. I would just suggest that if you order online, wait a few minutes and call to be sure they got it! Good pizza and quick service. I've ordered pick-up a couple times and they are always ready on time and the pizza is hot and fresh. The crust is nice and crispy -- definitely more NY style. For pizza we usually get a medium, and two slices of it are perfect for 1 serving -- so we get 2 meals out of it. Ordered pizza for delivery. It took about an hour which is fine but when the pizza arrived it was cold. It felt like it had been sitting for an hour. When we started to eat the pizza something tasted funny. It tasted... sweaty/funky. Something wasn't right. My wife, daughter and I all looked at each other at the same time with a face of disgust and dumped the pizza in the trash. I wish I could leave negative stars for the way my mother and I were treated when my mom called to place an order over the phone. The young lady who answered hung up on my mom before my mom could tell her how she wanted her order either delivery or pick up plus my mom was in mid conversation trying to ask about a dessert and the young lady hung up, so I called back to let her know that she hung up on us and she got very snotty with us, so I asked for a manager and she proceeded to leave us on hold. For almost 5 mins, so I hung up and called back and when she finally got the manager the young lady on the phone said she was the manager on duty, so when I asked her,her name she refused to give it to me and snapped at me and said do you want my help or what,and then hung up on me. Ordered dinner the other night through Door Dash from Baroni's. Wasn't feeling the usual pizza delivery options, and wanted to try something new. I ordered the meats and the buffalo chicken pizzas. It arrived within an hour. The buffalo chicken had a great flavor to it and plenty of sauce. My one negative was that the chicken was a bit dry and tough. Otherwise, the flavor was great. My husband and I visited Baroni's for Charleston Restaurant Week. Normally, people take advantage of that week to visit more upscale places, but Baroni's had a "2 people eat for $20" deal, and it's close to our home. We've wanted to try it for awhile, so we figured this was an excuse to give it a shot on the cheap. Reading some reviews here, I figured if it wasn't good, at least we didn't pay full price. Maybe Baroni's saw the reviews and cleaned up their service and food, but we had a great time and really enjoyed our meal. Our service was great and portions were big, even with the Restaurant Week deal. The food is not that expensive, so we would come here without the sale. Our server was knowledgeable and checked on us several times. She brought us a to go cup and to go boxes when we needed them. First, my husband and I shared the large Greek salad. It was plenty of salad for both of us to share before a meal. If you just wanted a salad and no pizza, I'd say it's a good sized salad for one. It comes with 2 pieces of zepp bread, lots of feta, and mixed greens and spinach. I like that they used spinach and not just iceberg lettuce like some places do in the salad. Next, our pizza came out. We got a 14 inch medium with 5 toppings- tomatoes, black olives, artichokes, banana peppers, and sausage on half of it. The pizza was delicious, tons of toppings on it. Thin crust and just right for us. We took about half of it home, it was so large. They were not stingy with the toppings at all, and it came quickly. We didn't have any down time between the salad and the pizza. Finally, our restaurant week deal included dessert- which was cookies and cream zeppoles. The dessert was big enough for a family to share, so of course, the two of us had leftovers. All in all, we enjoyed our trip to Baroni's. I think this restaurant might be a bit better for takeout than eating in, as the radio inside is a bit loud, the booths are not super comfortable, etc. But, it's in a strip mall, so we weren't exactly expecting a luxurious sit-down meal. This is our favorite pizza place. We eat very low carb and this is our "cheat" place to get pizza. Normally everything is great! Maybe because it was super bowl Sunday or that there was no manager.. I'm not sure. The restaurant itself, sitting area was filthy. Tables were all sticky and dirty and there was trash all over the floor. The young man working the register, I believe I heard them calling him Elijah was more worried about his girlfriend that was sitting in there instead of actually working. We never got a refill, we had to ask for one to go so we could get our money's worth.Table was never cleared and after he brought our pizza he didn't return to our table. We were the only ones in there and they were not busy. My husband and I did not enjoy the kissing fest right behind us while we were eating. As previous owners of a restaurant this is not something that should be allowed. Even if it is a relative, Son etc.. totally unacceptable. I'm sure if pops was in there this would not have been going on. Pizza was great though. The guys and girl cooking were staying busy and doing a good job. Baroni's is my fiancé's go to place. Some weeks we will get delivery from here 3-4 times that week. We've never had any complaints. They always do a spectacular job on the food, and if there is anything wrong they will quickly fix their mistakes. All of their staff have always been very friendly and will help in any way. We've never ordered anything bad from here, and every time we have family visit this is the place we order from. Everyone loves it! 10/10 would recommend. read more

I ordered a bbq chicken bacon pizza. One thing I wish I had done was look at the reviews. The phone staff is very friendly and they know the menu well, but my pizza seems over cooked..my crust was cooked to long..making it very crunchy and hard..felt like a brick in my mouth. Delivery was easy, although it took over an hour. I wish my pizza was not cooked to long. My favorite part is the soft doughy crust, so was little disappointed when it was hard as a rock (overcooked)z I didn't call the store to notify them. Hope this helps. read more
