We ordered many pizzas for a team lunch event a couple weeks ago from Paisano's, and my teammate (who handled the planning of all of it) had a really pleasant experience with the staff who took our huge order and the delivery was done smoothly and professionally. Overall, we enjoyed the pizzas, and they were still tasty even an hour or two later. Had a big order for TNF, and was greeted like I was part of the family by Andres' and Gaby, as they were trying to clown my team for laughs and giggles. What a super combo team, in addition to the entire kitchen on always getting things down on time, in point in regards to what's what, and throwing some humor in the mix. By far my favorite Paisano's for so many reasons, and I've been to a dozen locations, and there are 4 other locations closer to where I live, but I come here for a reason. The food is horrible and the customer service I received this evening was even worse. Apparently, because my salad was already bagged with my hot food, I'm supposed to accept it, regardless of what my desires were. The cashier told me I could leave after I asked them for a refund from a salad that they thought was an issue to bag separately from my hot food because I don't like my cold food hot and I don't like my hot food cold; and the problem is what. The chicken wings tasted like they had been cooked in grease that's been used for an entire week maybe a month. Garlic knots tasted like fried dough, no garlic flavor anywhere. I wish I had thought to take a picture of that awful food before I threw it in the trash. I couldn't even offer that food to the homeless. They deserve to eat something that taste good too. If I don't like it I would never give it to them. I'm at 7-Eleven getting me a drink and some chips and going back to my hotel room. What a waste of time and money... Let's see if I get my money back for my salad. I should have taken the wings and knots back too. But I had to humble myself to avoid any ungodly actions. I frequent this Pisano's quite frequently and they usually deliver quality food. However, last night I had a serious dilemma. I ordered 8 chicken wings for the pricey cost of $9, and got home to a serving full of Barbie food! My chicken wings were so tiny to the point that it was humorous. I am all for a hormone free, free range chicken, but these wings made me feel like I was eating frog legs or something. I was highly disappointed! Especially because I usually order their wings and they are never that small. I don't know if they got to the bottom of the bag of chicken and it was just my luck, but those wings were definitely not the $9 I paid for them. I won't be that Yelper who discredits an establishment based on one experience because I normally do have a positive experience. I just thought it was worth mentioning. Had a great Italian sub this evening for pickup. Was very impressed with their COVID-19 protection protocol which I'm attaching here. The sub was awesome, exactly what you want from a deli. What can I say? You can't go wrong with Paisano's and especially this location. The staffs are always smile, happy and the food are on point. Just remember to add garlic butter to your pizza and order the wing. The wing are charred and crispy, go great with blue cheese (personal favorite!) Glad that they offer cauliflower crust while most pizza chains out there don't- making it so hard for people on a low-carb diet craving for some pizzas. I rarely post reviews but this location was outstanding! I was a bit worried about some negative reviews, but my experience was perf. All my requests were met and all ingredients felt so fresh. I dont usually eat pizza crust but I had to - it felt like i was eating a good pastry! Wings were so tender. Delivery was fast as well. Ordered delivery here for the last day of a training session, our group ordered a variety of items ranging from pizzas, pasta, & a burger. We selected a delivery time of Noon, and the delivery was right on time which lined up perfectly with our planned break. The food was good, everyone was pleased with their selection. For my order I went with a Pepperoni Calzone which was served with the sauce on the side, leaving the cheesy pepperoni goodness all to itself on the inside. The sauce was ok, but the calzone was better without it. I felt that it was just a little to sweet and note quite my sauce of choice. I've always only ordered paisanos for lunch during work hours and they delivery guys are always very nice and their food is always good! However, I FINALLY had the opportunity to visit one of their restaurants and have their super warm fresh meals right then and there! WONDERFUL staff. The gentleman at the counter was so kind and patient, he brought out our food and even brought me my bag of chips that's I forgot :) I got their steak and cheese sub with a bag of salt and vinegar chips... Yummmm perfect combo! In addition we got the jalepeno poppers which were AMAZING! Their usually a bit cold by the time they get to me at the office but we're soooo good freshly out of the fryer! Yes, they're fried and no, I shouldn't be eating fried food but they were so delicious :) In addition to their great food and service I really enjoyed sitting in their clean and spacious facility! So I totally love this place! I would've never found it until I received a menu in the mail. I've ordered delivery from there now 3x and absolutely love the food! Their portions are large, the food is so delicious and best of all they deliver! The delivery fee is $1 and then I usually tip 15-20% and since they are relatively inexpensive I can get a lot for my money. I have been going to this place for 7 years straight, i does help that i work right around the corner but the food is fantastic. Paisano's has the best pizza and wings! Not sure what they use as ingredients but it's amazing! Better than Dominoes, Pizza Hut, and whatever else exists. My favorite is the chicken philly. The manager Aaron knows the menu top to bottom and has endless suggestions for lunch or dinner grub. He actually has different suggestions on how him or his staff can make my chicken philly evey single time i show up, I love it! I also have a huge sweet tooth and the Cannoli's they have there are amazing but Aaron always has a way to make it better. Best hot lunch special or hangover delight: I know everyone is wild for the steak and cheese special, grilled cheesesteak on a hoagie with fires and a drink for 8.99...and it's pretty tasty, but I prefer the chicken cheesesteak. The "healthier" choice, as if choosing greasy poultry or beef magically reduced the caloric intake of this monster sandwich special. I'll just keep telling myself that to feel better, along with doubling down on extra lettuce and tomato. So it's pretty much a protein salad. With fries. And mayo. As delivery goes: is decent, run if not run of the mill. Extra delicious if you order while at the pool. Chicken wings are ok. Garlic knots are my favorite bready app. Not crazy about the mozz sticks but I think the only ones I had were after they'd been sitting around for awhile. I typically refrain from posting reviews for chains, but Paisano's deserves a great one! I have consistently quality service and food from them, both pre and during COVID. Both delivery and pick up options have worked flawlessly! I especially enjoyed that make-your-own pizza kits. I was a bit skeptical at first tbh, but I was impressed with the texture and flavor. One note is that the pizza was a bit too big for my pizza stone, so I reluctantly threw it a non-stick baking sheet..however it still turned out great! Would highly recommend! read more
