I ordered Pizza Boli's for Pizza Friday at work for my coworkers and placed the order a day in advance for pickup. When I arrived, I did have to wait about seven minutes past the scheduled pickup time, which was a bit off-putting since I expected it to be ready as selected. That said, the customer service was good. The staff apologized for the delay, and when I received the pizzas, they were fresh out of the oven hot and ready to go so I can't complain about the quality. 4/12/25 I received a Boli's Pizza in Vienna menu in the mail several years ago. While shredding old documents yesterday. Since I was getting hungry, I thought I would check out this menu before shredding it if nothing was appealing to me. Seeing the pizza options, nothing stood out for me. However, the onion rings, bonless chicken wings and fries with cheese on did get my attention. I ended up going with the 12 peice Bonless Chicken Wings and the Bacon Cheese Fantastic Fries. Bacon Cheese Fantastic Fries turned out to be Patato Wedges with Cheese and Bacon on them. My wife ordered the 9 peice Boneless Chicken Wings and the Onion Rings. Both of us were considering getting bottles of Ginger Ale, but decided against it in the end. Talking to the service representative on the phone was a great experience. He repeated the address given to him for delivery and answered several questions my wife had. The service representative suggested Bacon Cheese Fantastic Fries were a better choice than the Fries with Cheese. The service representative did an excellent job on the phone. The food waiting time was within the time frame given by the service representative. Unfortunately the delivery driver went to the wrong townhouse. Luckily, we caught the mistake in time and everything worked out fine. Now there are two different experiences between the food we ordered. The food my wife ordered were acceptable. She enjoyed the taste of the onion rings very much. She liked the boneless chicken wings and ended up finishing off my boneless chicken wings the following day. I myself found Bacon Cheese Fantastic Fries to be sensational, just like Egg Shen's Six Demon Bag...(Big Trouble In Little China reference) The flavor was amazing and the cheese and bacon added a bonus taste to the piping hot fries. I will definitely be ordering this item again. On the other hand, I found the boneless chicken wings to be odious. Lack of flavor, a little more chewy than expected, but massive cool points on the hotness prevails. The hot chicken is what had me eating 8 of the bonless chicken wings. The blue cheese sauce helped give some much needed flavor to the naked bonless chicken wings. I think if garlic chicken parmesan were an option for the bonless chicken wings, I would have appropriated them immediately. Oh!, and I did try one of my wife's onion rings. The flavor and hotness prevails got me again. Whether it is hot fries or hot onion rings, I will be sure to order these bad boys again. I might even be tempted to have hot cheese sauce added onto the onion rings...maybe with bacon. This place gave off good vibes, so I will order from them again. Had a great experience here! The staff were super friendly and helpful when we asked for recommendations. The pizza was full of flavor, and the wings were delicious too. My guess and to be fair, is stores/companies are having a difficult time retaining people. Pizza delivery folks work hard. Ordered the Italian Cheesesteak pizza (3/5) Western Fries (4/5) and the Cheesesteak Sub (2/5). I felt as though all seasoning must have been banned from this establishment (not even under seasoned, just completely nonexistent). The pizza reminded me of Chucky Cheese; food looked pretty good but was overall tasteless and after one piece I did not want a second slice. The fries were okay, a nice crisp texture but absolutely no seasoning, and I got about maybe a dozen fries in total for $4, which is absolutely ridiculous. The sub's bread was probably the worst roll I've had in a while and overcame the taste of the rest of the sub. Even then the taste of the meat was pretty mid tier, equivalent to a Wawa sub. Pizza Boli's in Vienna is usually pretty good, but I always get delivery, so I can't speak for in-store food or service. As far as delivery goes, I've found that it's CRUCIAL to ask the guy on the phone (it varies) to read the order back to you for accuracy. Even then, they're not 100% consistent. For instance, there have been times when the Greek salad was missing Kalamatas olives, or tomato. They have carrot cake among their desserts. I love carrot cake. Theirs is not multi-layered, and I don't think the frosting is cream cheese frosting, but I get it often, anyway. It's necessary that I specifically request the big, square slices, because sometimes I have gotten the small, wedge-shaped ones. And I have to make sure they understand I want CARROT cake, because once, maybe twice, I got chocolate cake (which is also good, but not what I ordered). And once or twice I ordered 3 pieces (save the extras for later), and only got 2. But I can't say I've ever been dissatisfied with the food. Came close once or twice with the Naked Wings, but not worth bitching about. The pizza is good, 2nd only to PJ's, IMO*, but the Vienna store can be a little inconsistent with that, too. This time, you might get loads of your favorite toppings; next time, they might be a bit skimpy, or unevenly spread across the pie, or something. Depends on how busy they are, and who's making the food, I suppose. So I knock off 1 star for some inconsistencies. Bottom line, I say try them. The food's good, even with some inconsistencies. But be sure they've got the order 100% correct before you hang up. Oh, one more thing; their delivery is usually pretty quick. Often, the guy on the phone says, "35 to 45 minutes", and it's more like 25-30. I've only seen them be slow maybe 4 or 5 times in about 15 years. *(I quit my local PJ's because about 3 or 4 times in a row, I got the Tennessee Trots maybe 12-16 hours after eating their pizza. Made me gunshy. The Boli's near my job in MD was pretty durn good, so I switched to Boli's at home, and never looked back.) read more

Even my name is correct on the email. So don't try to pawn off your mistake on Grub hub. I will be more than happy to send you a copy of the receipt to the manager. CROOKED BUSINESS AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered tonight myself and for a group of 4 kids from ages 10 to 14. I figured an EXTRA LARGE would be perfect so that everyone would for sure be full. When the pizza showed up, immediately everyone asked if I had ordered a medium. I took pictures of the extra small pizza before calling the company to ask if they charged me wrong because this is clearly not an XL. What they did was take what appears to be a medium/large pizza, and cut each slice in half so the slices are extra thin. When you put the skinny sliced together, it equals about 8 normal size slices (NOT an XL.) When I called to inform them of their possible mistake, the manager on duty who was EXTREMELY RUDE proceeded to question me like I was in the wrong. He was shocked that I allowed the hungry children (who waited 45 minutes for the pizza by the way, ) eat the pizza! He questioned "why I would let them eat if the pizza wasn't the right size." I thought this response was rude, inconsiderate, and extremely off putting. When I asked him what he was expecting I do, he said that I should have not touched the pizza, and waited for a driver to come back and pick it up. What?? I have NEVER in all my life heard of a restaurant refusing any responsibility, not offering an apology when they made a mistake, and then tell me they are picking up the order they got wrong? He NEVER said we will send you the correct size, or I'm sorry for the inconvenience. The person on duty claiming to be a manager should NOT have a job in customer service! He stated the manager "Ali Adams" would be back next week if I had an issue with how he handled things. I will let it go at this point, but it will DEFINITELY be the last time I order from this shop! Perfect pizza. Cool people. I got the meal buster pizza. Mushrooms, olives and onions for flavor, peppers add a bit of refreshing crunch, pepperoni and sausage for protein. They don't skip on the ingredients every bite has goodness. The pizza cooked thoroughly. The end of the crust has that ripe crisp leaving the final bites of your slice satisfying. BUYER BEWARE. Especially if using a credit card to order online or over the phone. Ordered a pizza from Bolis last week, upon checking credit card the following day, they overcharged by 10 dollars before returning the overcharge to my account the next day. Stupidly ordered from them again that day, and this time, their lame online system failed to issue an order confirmation number while charging the $25 to my credit card. I called the store to ask them what had just happened, and the store manager "Ali" said the charge got stuck in "Pending" status, and if I sent him a screen shot from my bank of the transaction, he would take care of it. Which I then did. Only to have him call me back and say, there was nothing he could do without the order confirmation number, because of "corporate policy". I called corporate in Maryland (it was only 4:15 in the afternoon). The guy at corporate tells me there is nothing he can do, the store will have to release the pending funds, and he'd call them to get it expedited. Of course, NOTHING happened, with each blaming the other for the "system glitch" and telling me that the other was only capable of resolving it. I called my credit card company. They said it was up to PizzaBolis to release the funds, which they could do with one press of a button. Called Bolis back again. They tell me, well, nothing they can do, but the money will be returned to my account in 48 hours. It is now 4 days later and there has been no refund. And it is obvious they are holding the money as long as they can so they can crank interest and maintain an artificial inflated balance ledger, which appears to be their operating business model, if you read through the other comments on this site (and Fairfax Bolis as well). BEWARE! If you are foolish enough to order from PizzaBolis, check your credit card balance right after you order! They overcharge and expect you not to notice! If they don't just outright keep your money without delivering the food, as they did me, while blaming some kind of "system glitch". BBB complaint filed. Expect an investigation, Bolis. read more

I work for a hotel and the staff has designated lunch periods of 30 minutes. I ordered 5 sandwiches, quoted 30 minutes time. After an hour I called and the guy that took my order said the driver was on the way. An hour and a half the driver walks in saying they are short drivers. Why wasn't that told to me when I called to order!!! The sandwiches aren't even that good. By the way, after they delivered, I called to get the managers name and the guy who took my order wanted to play games and acted like he didn't know the managers name. Shady! Don't order from them. I was so excited to recently get in the mail a circular advertising mac & cheese pizza here! I've been waiting for years for a local place to have mac & cheese or spaghetti pizza. I got it as delivery a day go. I really enjoyed it, though it had a barbecue sauce, which while it tasted good together, I think I prefer a straight out mac & cheese pizza so you can enjoy better the pasta and cheese taste to it! This pizza was really good, but next time I would get it without the sauce. I'm definitely extremely impressed with their menu! They have a lot of unique offerings and everything sounds great!! Had multiple hiccups to my order last night. I went from being furious to respecting this place and the manager even more. The manager (I believe his name was Adam) personally drove the pizza to my house to apologize in person. I get mistakes happen, and I was mad when multiple errors occurred. However it says something about the integrity of the staff when they are willing to go so far to fix the perception of someone ordering a medium pizza. I will still say, best pizza delivery in the area. I will however say I would personally recommend ordering it with extra sauce. Thanks again to Adam for taking the time to change my mind.
