Then as soon as we pulled in our car alarm started going off for no apparent reason. Once they got the alarm dealt with, they got the car up on the jack, had their guy look at it and turns out it wasn't the springs but something much more minor. They said we were good to continue our travels, but that we needed to get it checked as soon as we got back to SC. Most places would've taken one look at us as out of towners and tried to take us for all we were worth. Not Hadjii and his team. We even tried to tip them and they refused our money. Seriously, if you ever need anything done to your car, I don't care what it is, these are your guys. Honest, knowledgeable, morally upright and thorough. We had to return our hotel by noon so we didn't have any place to stay. The Rock Diesel place allowed us to stay in their waiting room and even gave our dog treats. Booked through their online portal for tire…read morechange - I needed it right away and their website said they had availability 2 days in the future on Nov 6th - Perfect amount of time for my tires to be delivered in time so I ordered my tires from TireRack and had them shipped, set to arrive by Nov 6th They message me the next day (the 5th) to tell me my appointment has been rescheduled for November 17... I call and their rude manager makes me feel like I am the idiot because I didn't know those were only "appointment requests" and not actual appointments. He refuses to help in any way or show any concern about my situation that has been caused by his company. I needed tires installed immediately as my car is undriveable - that's why I booked with them - they had availability! Who has an online booking system for appointments that are actually only "requests"? And even if that is the case, who treats their customers like this when something like this happens? Suffice to say, Pete "the manager" did nothing to make the situation better and his smug attitude and refusal to do anything to help only served to increase my frustration and anger at the situation. This company screwed me over so bad, now my tires are being shipped to a business that I don't want to do business with. The entire situation is a nightmare now and on top of it I still don't have any idea when I will be able to get my new tires installed.
