They said they couldn't but after hearing us describe what we thought was the problem, they insisted we bring the car in because they were worried about a potential catastrophic accident. Then as soon as we pulled in our car alarm started going off for no apparent reason. Once they got the alarm dealt with, they got the car up on the jack, had their guy look at it and turns out it wasn't the springs but something much more minor. They said we were good to continue our travels, but that we needed to get it checked as soon as we got back to SC. Most places would've taken one look at us as out of towners and tried to take us for all we were worth. Not Hadjii and his team. We even tried to tip them and they refused our money. Seriously, if you ever need anything done to your car, I don't care what it is, these are your guys. Honest, knowledgeable, morally upright and thorough. I call and their rude manager makes me feel like I am the idiot because I didn't know those were only "appointment requests" and not actual appointments. He refuses to help in any way or show any concern about my situation that has been caused by his company. I needed tires installed immediately as my car is undriveable - that's why I booked with them - they had availability! Who has an online booking system for appointments that are actually only "requests"? And even if that is the case, who treats their customers like this when something like this happens? Suffice to say, Pete "the manager" did nothing to make the situation better and his smug attitude and refusal to do anything to help only served to increase my frustration and anger at the situation. This company screwed me over so bad, now my tires are being shipped to a business that I don't want to do business with. The entire situation is a nightmare now and on top of it I still don't have any idea when I will be able to get my new tires installed. We had to wait until Monday since they don't open during the weekends. However, the people there were so nice. They made our car their first priority and fixed it right away. We had to return our hotel by noon so we didn't have any place to stay. The Rock Diesel place allowed us to stay in their waiting room and even gave our dog treats. After fixing the problem, our mechanic even checked everything without charging us more to make sure our car was in order since we told him we had a long journey ahead of us. They were thorough and went beyond their job to ensure our car is in tip top shape.

Got my car in earlier then scheduled. Confirmed that the alternator is bad but admitted they couldn't do it due to some environmental restrictions. Nonetheless they re-charged the battery for me at no charge other than the 20$ to diagnose the alternator. So due to their kindness. I'll be bringing my car back on other things they can work on. Oh and Johnny on the spot with phone calls and not making me wait for information. Which helped me get it somewhere to get it replaced. If I was told in advance it was going to be this much, I would have left. There is still corrosion on the terminals, see photo. My air filter was clean. I was advised I needed an oil change, which I approved, but was not informed it included a tire rotation. I did NOT need this done. ( nothing is free) This was my first experience with this shop and was hoping I found a place for future services. Definitely not. I asked for an adjustment on the battery check and terminal cleaning of $138.97, but received no reply. ( I did send them a photo) My advice: Make sure you get pricing in advance!
