The wait time was very long (almost 2 hours), however I won't knock them for it because there were quite a bit of people in the waiting room, only one doctor working, and that doctor apologized repeatedly for the wait. I understand when you're the only one running around trying to get to everyone. I'm a pretty patient person, no big deal. Doctor ordered 2 chest x-rays and he told me it was bronchitis (ew!). Set me up with a few meds and an inhaler and sent me on my way. Even though the wait time was a little bad, the service was very prompt as soon as I got assigned a room. I will still come back here since it's much better than Priority Urgent Care.

Despite confirming multiple times--both with the doctor and the receptionist--that our prescription needed to go to the Walgreens on Gosford because Costco was closed, it was still sent to the wrong location (CVS on Panama). Mistakes happen, but given how quiet the office was, this felt like a total lack of effort and care for the patient experience. We will be seeking care elsewhere moving forward.
