The wait time was very long (almost 2 hours), however I won't knock them for it because there were quite a bit of people in the waiting room, only one doctor working, and that doctor apologized repeatedly for the wait. I understand when you're the only one running around trying to get to everyone. I'm a pretty patient person, no big deal. Doctor ordered 2 chest x-rays and he told me it was bronchitis (ew!). Set me up with a few meds and an inhaler and sent me on my way. Even though the wait time was a little bad, the service was very prompt as soon as I got assigned a room. Mistakes happen, but given how quiet the office was, this felt like a total lack of effort and care for the patient experience. We will be seeking care elsewhere moving forward.
